Well Road Dogg apparently confirmed on Twitter ao did voiceovers, so that means they're gonna be in the story mode, which furthers the Attitude theme rumors. Rumors are also going around that the game will be revealed this weekend.

Even a minor teaser/reveal this week/weekend makes perfect sense.

From JR's blog:
"THQ has some amazing, WWE plans for 2012 and beyond. I like THQ's 'Attitude.'"

WWEGaming.com is reporting that Cory Ledesma, creative director of WWE Games, announced a major update for the upcoming WWE '13 video game at the WWE '12 Superstar Challenge that took place recently at WWE WrestleMania Fan Axxess.
According to Ledesma, the traditional Road To WrestleMania mode has been scrapped and a "Story Mode" will be introduced in its place.
Ledesma also stated that once the game is officially announced, a detailed list of changes will be provided for fans and gamers alike to check out.

Seen a few people saying that the first demo of the game they're showing at E3 will be straight up Attitude Era. Probably the RAW is WAR arena, Austin/Taker/Rock/Kane as playables.

The new “Revolution is Coming” promo that’s been airing on WWE.com is actually leading up to WWE announcing a new video game release.
The announcement is expected to be made next week, prior to the upcoming E3 video game convention in June.

Every year they make it better and add more stuff. I just can't keep up with playing these games.

Totally understand what you mean, Jason. I probably won't bother with this year's game unless I get a review copy or they load the roster with enough Attitude Era dudes that I can overlook the shitty gameplay. They're on the right track with KOTR98 Undertaker and Mankind though.
Honestly, unless they really do give us the most complete WWE game ever, I'm fine with just playing the Gamecube games, Fire Pro on PS2 and the King of Colosseum games instead of $60 every fall for a game I know is going to be relatively the same as the one prior.

Exactly! Thr $60 part is super killer as well. I mean, if you only played that 1 ge then $60 a year is not that bad, but how often would you go back and play the previous year? Certan games, like you mentioned, are just better then others and are more to play again. I mean if I had SVR11 & SVR12 for the same system, prob not going to play 11 unless there was some reason to play it. It is not like 11 was far superior and then it was messed up in 12. This is why I try and wait a few years between wrestling games

Like I said, if this doesn't look like it's going to be a complete game with no online problems and accurate movesets, then fuck it I'll play KOC for the rest of my life. I'm sick of the $60 for a game where everyone has German suplexes and plays exactly the same. At least in Fire Pro, KOC and even the old N64 games people played differently.
