BTW, No Piper, no Perfect, no Fandango or Big E. Langston, none of them on disc. They put David Otunga and Justin fucking Gabriel in the game, but those guys will probably end up as DLC. Fuck this company.

Why does this not surprise me as far as the Legends are concerned. But to not have Big E or Fandango makes no freaking sense. I was sure we were getting Big E at least. Vince needs to stop. PLus do we really need a bunch of retro versions of guys? Just make skins and leave it at that and add more wrestlers. Just lame!

I'm so glad I switched my preorder from this to Pokemon X. Squirtle > This whole game Why does this not surprise me as far as the Legends are concerned. Just make skins and leave it at that and add more wrestlers. Just lame! Vince doesn't even decide who ends up on the final roster or as DLC. 2K does based on the budget for the game, time to make the models, etc. There's no excuse for Fandango and Big E being left out, or Mr. Perfect being ONLY a manager.

From what I understood was Vince actually has final say on who is in the game and who isn't. In the past he has pulled guys if they had heat with the company or whatever the reason.

He has final say on who is actually included in the game, not who is DLC and who is on the on disc roster. That aspect of the game makes zero difference to him whatsoever.

Here's what's new with Universe:
New this year are custom rivalries, which will allow you to set up your own feuds throughout the course of the mode. The rivalry manager allows you to have short or long rivalries, and they can begin and end and different times.
Improved menus which will have news, rankings and statistics within your own personal Universe.
The game will also set up rivalries by itself if you choose not to use the manager.
You can now manager wrestler attires within the mode. You can customize the look of each wrestler as you move through the mode.
Other customization options include the ability to edit the rosters of each show, edit the tag teams, titles, and the storylines.
You can now set up an actual King of the Ring PPV in Universe Mode complete with the tournament along with other matches within the card. This is accomplished via the PPV editor, which also gives you the option to select a 'No Man's Land" PPV theme, which features a PPV built around different cage matches.
Winning King of the Ring will result in a Superstar carrying the title of King of the Ring for the rest of the year.
You can set up a Divas Themed PPV now with Diva Titles being able to be named a major title.

So uh...Piper's in the game in some shape, form or fashion because his head is in the Superstar Heads mode along with multiple attires for him.

Then your friend is a mortal enemy of mine. He's one of the dudes who could bring the game-breaking bugs to their attention pre-launch and just doesn't.

We laughed and laughed about how he does that just to piss you off. Because I'm totally the only person who has this complaint. There's totally not hundreds of other people who hate the shit out of the testers for not doing their jobs and allowing these games to get out of beta with bugs that crash people's consoles, or at the least, wipe their save data and ruin the experience. Hope your friend is one of the dudes axed when 2K actually takes over the games from Yuke's and the mouth breathers from the THQ team. next year.
