CARD #2125.123 – INVASION – 05.07.2125
From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos
FADE IN
We are in the LEGENDS OF THE RING locker room. Hector The Holy Brown Bear, Swarm and Payback stand arguing. Mother Superior and Thantos (II) are not present.
HECTOR: …I don’t care. The Gladiators are not our focus! Our focus is Martial Law! You shouldn’t have got involved!
SWARM: He was doing what was right. What was honorable. Why can’t you grasp that?
PAYBACK: I was just supposed to stand by and let those animals do the same thing to Havoc they did to Anivar?
HECTOR: Listen, I get the honorable thing. But what you’ve done is put us on the Gladiator’s radar. You were involved in injuring the Aethran Overmaster! When he returns, he’s going to be gunning for you. Which means he’ll be taking you away from the plan.
SWARM: Aaaahhhh! The plan! This stupid mysterious plan you keep talking about! The plan that has me wrestling once in a blue moon. The plan that makes it ‘okay’ for you to LOSE! The plan keeps Payback from going out there to make sure a guy’s fingers, or worse, aren’t carved up! Tell us, Master Planner, what the plan for tonight? Am I wrestling?
HECTOR: No.
SWARM: Is Payback wrestling?
HECTOR: No.
SWARM: Let me guess, you get to go out there and maybe win or maybe lose.
HECTOR: I do wrestle tonight. And it’s a must win. In order for the plan to continue forth, I have to win.
SWARM: Well, good luck with that. I’m sure the ‘plan’ will change when you come back here after losing and say it was…
There is a pounding at the door. Hector opens it. It’s Paralyze. He see’s Payback and lunges at him! A wild brawl erupts in the locker room! Officials rush in and begin to try to separate them as we head to the ring for our opening bout.
MATCH #1 Nosfera d. Ensor via pinfall after DEMON’S BREATH. – *1/2 – Nosfera easily dispatches of Ensor in a short match. After the match Omen grabs the mic.
OMEN: Retribution. We’ve taken care of the runt of your team. Now it’s time for you to step forward so we can finish our personal business once and for all. Come to us or we come to you.
As they leave the ring it’s announced that Payback vs. Paralyze has been signed for later tonight.
MATCH #2 Hector The Holy Brown Bear d. Symbiosis via pinfall after I KNOW YOUR SECRET. – *** – Symbiosis takes Hector to the limit but the experience of Hector wins out over the newcomer. Great match for Symbiosis though. Shows what he’s capable of. Him and that…thing on his back. It came dislodged early on in the match and it seemed that even Hector was a bit skeeved out by it.
As Hector is getting his hand raised in the ring we cut up to Sly Drury’s luxury box office as he watches Hector below. He speaks to himself.
DRURY: Yes. Celebrate. Enjoy your moment. Enjoy the feeling that comes with thinking you have some measure of advantage over me. You do not. You, simply, do not. The day is coming soon my friend when you will realize that any advantage you think you have is crumbling below you like cliffs worn away by the wind. You do NOT have the upperhand. I. Run. This. Fed.
He downs a shot of whiskey.
We cut back down to the ring for our next match. Paralyze made a big show of coming to the ring with the blood encrusted pouch which, presumably, held the pieces of Anivar’s skin in it. He handed it to Strafe before the match. Payback charged the ring and the bell rang!
MATCH #3 Payback d. Paralyze via pinfall after the EXVENGE. – ***** – Holy cow! Explosive! This was a crazy free for all that many thought for sure would end in a DQ but it did not. At one point in the middle of the match, several members of Sleeper Cell appeared at the top of the ramp. They had ‘A’ armbands around their right arms. They stood at the top of the ramp during the match. Paralyze was instantly preoccupied with them. They did not interfere at all. They just stood there staring at Paralyze. This gave Payback an opening to take control and he took it, winning the match. Afterwards, Sleeper Cell began advancing to the ring slowly, brandishing their crowbars, bats and chains. Paralyze slips out of the ring and grabs the pouch from Strafe and then vaults a ring barrier and head off into the crowd. Sleeper Cell watches him leave. They stare down Strafe for a moment until Dark Menace and Phantasy appear and Dark Menace motions for them to leave.
MATCH #4 Strafe d. Phantasy via pinfall with GROUND ZERO. – *1/2 – Strafe makes short work of Phantasy, much to the dismay of Dark Menace. Strafe spit on Phantasy as she lay on the mat and left ringside.
Endgame made his return to the ring to the cheers of those in attendance. He took the mic.
ENDGAME: I know I’ve been away for awhile. I apologize, but I’m here to let you all know, and this goes for anyone in the back who may have been wondering. Endgame is back! And I’m ready to take on ALL comers. So if…
Suddenly Bishop Hell (II)’s music hit and he headed to ringside tossing a fireball back and forth between each hand, staring a hole through Endgame. Obviously still mad at his loss last time against the hero.
MATCH #5 Endgame d. Bishop Hell (II) via submission with the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. – SQUASH – Endgame beat Bishop Hell quicker than last time much to the delight of the crowd. Just as his hand was raised in victory, Paganax stormed the ring and a huge brawl between the two broke out. The crowd was going nuts. Soon members of the FDF and the ROUGE’S GALLERY ran to ringside to break these two up! Harsh words were exchanged between the two teams as they separated! The crowd loved every minute of it! As they were exiting, Paganax grabbed the mic.
PAGANAX: Tauran. Tonight, the Chief will treat you as I will treat Endgame when we meet!
MATCH #6 GWF GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP NON-TITLE MATCH GLADIATORS d. LIFTOFF by pinfall after Turmoil hits Mantis with a piledriver on the ramp. – SQUASH – To many this was a foregone conclusion before it began. The GLADIATORS were just to much for Tristan and Mantis. Rush grabbed the mic after the match.
RUSH: Clinch. Shoot. You want us, you got us. At Rings of Destruction! Prepare to taste defeat. Defeat that only the Gladiators can deliver!
MAIN EVENT GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Tauran d. Paganax via pinfall after a VICTORY STAR DROP. – ****1/2 – Paganax was moments away from winning when Endgame charged the ring and delivered a huge clothesline behind the ref’s back! Tauran was in full control afterwards and was able to hit his finisher, get the win and recapture the INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP. Paganax seemed to care less as he charged Endgame after the match and it was the sight of these two big men going at it that we see as we…

You know, I really thought the 'top of the card' was kinda boring when I read the book... I was much more interested in the infinity challenge... but you're going a great job making Hector interesting! Endgame's return was well timed, too.. I was just thinking about him.
Have you ever considered making wrestling cards (or perhaps using Z guys) for Sleeper Cell? Seems like it would make alot of sense given the current Anivar story.

Have you ever considered making wrestling cards (or perhaps using Z guys) for Sleeper Cell? Seems like it would make alot of sense given the current Anivar story. Thanks for your kind words. I may try that with the 'Z' but for the short term I think it's up to the rest of Covert Operations to exact a bit of revenge. Trying to plot out exactly how I'd like to go no thought Payback has gone over Paralyze (which actually kind of shocked me). And we're not too far from the Overmaster returning from injury and he might have some plans as well. I like alternating cards between regular and Infinity Challenge. Lets separate storylines build. Thanks again for reading.

CARD #2125.124 – SUPERNOVA: CHALLENGE! – 05.20.2125
From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos
FADE IN
Abroz and Dialectus greet us with a deep bow.
ABROZ: Together again we are for another evening of competition.
DIALECTUS: The Infinity Challenge races forward nearing the halfway point.
ABROZ: A ballte of logic and intuition…
DIALECTUS: Woven into the very fabric of the cosmos.
The two bow to each other.
DIALECTUS: At this point in time Abroz’s team chosen with reason leads with 22 points.
ABROZ: While Dialectus’ team chosen by hunches is within striking distance at 17.
DIALECTUS: What will tonight’s battles bring.
ABROZ: To find out, let’s turn our gaze upon the ring.
MATCH#1 She-Devil d. Shann-Ra via pinfall after a handspring elbow. – *** – She-Devil picks up the win as well as two points for Abroz’s team.
MATCH #2 NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN MATCH #3 LEPUS STUN ROD MATCH Scimitar d. Plethador via pinfall after a running spear. – *** – A decent match, but neither man used the stun rods!! Several times in the match, the lights went on but it was almost as if they both forgot what kind of match they were having and had to Regardless, the match itself was pretty action packed and both athletes looked good. In the end Scimitar picks up a win scoring two points for Dialectus’ team. Abroz and Dialectus then revealed their ‘judges’ scoring (as they do for ‘grudge’ or ‘special stipulation’ matches) and awarded both Scimitar and Plethador an extra point for each of their teams!
MATCH #3 The Betrayer d. Nitro via pinfall after BLACK BETRAYAL. – *1/2 – The Betrayer made short work of rookie Nitro in this, mostly one sided affair. The Betrayer picks up another two points for Abroz’s team.
We cut to a video package laying out some of the matches signed for the next big SuperCard…
RINGS OF DESTRUCTION!
We already know that THE GLADIATORS will be putting the GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS on the line against THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS!
In addition, there will be three Infinity Challenge Matches on the card! Already signed…Bloodline vs. Gryt!
Also on the card, the long awaited, first meeting between Endgame and Paganax! This has all the makings of a classic!
In addition, Havoc will try to extract some revenge from Paralyze after the brutal and shocking attack on Anivar! Will the Sleeper Cell get involved as well? We shall see!
If you recall, Encubus put Thantos (II) out of action after a brutal, post match, sneak attack! Thantos (II) is back and looking for vengeance and he and Encubus will meet in a SUBMISSION MATCH! The only way to win is to make your opponent submit in the middle of the ring! Fans are eagerly awaiting this spectacular!
Int he title defense picture, Mother Superior will defend her GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP against Phantasy!
Commissioner Drury has ordered that Tauran will put his newly reclaimed GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP up against Patch!
And in the main event, having once again hand selected his opponent, Sly Drury will defend the GWF GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP against F.D.F. member Ensor! Though ranked nowhere near the #1 contender spot, this is the biggest moment so far in the career of this young rookie!
All this plus two other HUGE matches, coming your way at RINGS OF DESTRUCTION on June 20, 2125!
The crowd let out a huge cheer at the billboarding of this big upcoming event! Then it was back to the ring for more action!
MATCH #4 LEADERS OF THE PACK d. LIFTOFF when Malkuth pinned Mantis after hitting LORD OF THE POUNCE. – * – Panther Warrior and Malkuth have never worked better as a team. This was on the verge of being a squash, but LIFTOFF did get in some offense. One has to wonder how much longer they’ll be content being out of the main event picture due to being wrapped up in the Infinity Challenge. They pick up yet another two points for Abroz’s team.
Before the next match, Oracle made his way to ringside and asked for a mic.
ORACLE: Tonight ladies and Gentleman I have consulted with the spirits afterlife. They have told me the mat will run red with Vidtek’s blood in this next match. Those who may be squeemish, should turn a blind eye to the events that are about to unfold.
MATCH #5 Vidtek d. Oracle via pinfall after BIG TIME. – **1/2 – Oracle predicted blood and blood there was. Vidtek was cut open early. This just seemed to enrage him though and he tore into Oracle, hitting BIG TIME to get the win.
Afterwards Vidtek grabbed his mic and got in Oracle’s face.
VIDTEK: Didn’t predict that did you?! That’s a WRAP!
Oracle’s losing streak continues.
MATCH #6 STARS & STRIPES d. FRONTAL ASSAULT via pinfall when U.S. Male gave Thraxx and Zygon a knoggin knocker to pick up the win! – SQUASH – Talk about a tag team firing on all cylinders! American Guy and U.S. Male made lighting quick work out of finishing off Thraxx and Zygon! This is another team who probably yearns to be in the main event picture again. They pick up two, sorely needed, points for Dialectus’ team.
MAIN EVENT Tanck d. Tricks via DQ when Tricks attempted to use COULROPHOBIA to win, but the ref saw it. – *1/2 – The crowd hotly anticipated this match-up between the two former Dark Carnival members. Tanck was worked up over his recent loss to Gryt and looked to take out his frustrations on Tricks. He had the upper hand and perhaps Tricks knew it as he went for the COULROPHOBIA in plain view of the ref and got the DQ loss. Tanck was furious and tried to go after Tricks but the mist had blinded him a bit so he was slowed down. Those in attendance could tell that Tanck would be seeking revenge soon.
At the end of the night, Abroz gets 10 points. Dialectus gets 5, giving Abroz the win and the extra bonus point for the night! This brings the grand totals to…
ABROZ: 31 DIALECTUS: 24
DIALECTUS: Still in the lead I see my firend.
ABROZ: I am, but our contest is far from it’s end.
DIALECTUS: You are ahead by a seven point range.
ABROZ: I am, but the competition is about to change.
The two smile at each other and bow. On this ominous note we…

Abroz is pulling away! the non-fatal showdown was pretty funny... having a special match without using the Rod fits in with those guys really well.

CARD #2125.125 – RINGS OF DESTRUCTION – 06.20.2125
From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos
OPENING MONTAGE
We cut to Gryt, Scimitar and Tricks.
GRYT: Tonight is the night were those of us on Team Dialectus who are winners make up for the hole the rest of our team has put us in. Tonight there’ll be three wins in the DIalectus column!
SCIMITAR: Ha, ha yeah and one dried up fish.
GRYT: Actually, he’s an amphibian.
TRICKS: Shut up. Both of you. Tanck, our last match ended with you being partially blinded. Tonight, in a Hardcore Titan Death match, prepare to lose all sight! Heh. Heh heh. Heh heh heh heh. Ha ha haaaa!
Some liquid squirts out of Trick’s flower and a wicked smile crosses his face.
We cut to Paganax. He stares directly into the camera.
PAGANAX: Tonight the Chief gets his hands on the one prize that lured him to the GWF. Endgame. Tonight.
We cut to Thantos (II) and Sultana.
THANTOS (II): Tonight, I have to do something difficult. Something that no father wants to do, but must do when it’s needed. Tonight I must discipline my son. And in such a cruel way…a submission match. But when my son, my…(he begins to fake tearing up)…my own flesh and blood put me on the shelf…well, a father has to do what a father has to do.
Sultana puts a hand on Thantos (II) two’s shoulder in mock consolation. They both begin to laugh wildly.
We cut to Havoc.
HAVOC: Paralyze, what you and the Gladiators did to Anivar was unspeakable. It’s time to get some payback and remember…I am a Aethran. I KNOW payback. And I’m not alone…
Members of Sleeper Cell slide in behind Havoc and he begins to laugh.
We cut to THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS.
SHOOT: Tonight we get to sink our fists into Rush and Turmoil, right Clinch?
CLINCH: That’s right Shoot! I hope they are prepared because when you step into the ring with us you need to quickly realize that we are a specialized brand of fighters. Huh, Shoot.
SHOOT: You said it Clinch! Once you’re at the end of my fists and the recipient of one of Clinch’s holds you’re going to quickly realize that the Ultimate Fighters are…
BOTH: FIGHTIN’ TOUGH!
They both flex and do their trademark arm movements.
We cut to Sly Drury with the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP BELT.
SLY DRURY: Ensor. You’ve been impressive. To be truthful, your record has been lousy, but you moves are often impressive. So tonight I have acquiesced to give you a title shot. I’m not worried though because being GWF Commissioner provides me with a small amount of…security.
He smiles as members of the SECURITY SQUAD file in behind him.
With this we cut to the ring as the opening theme begins for RINGS OF DESTRUCTION! Abroz and DIalectus float to ringside from the ceiling and we are ready to begin with our three Infinity Challenge Matches.
MATCH #1 INFINITY CHALLENGE Gryt d. Bloodline via submission with the STONGMAN STRETCH. – **1/2 – Huge win for Gryt and a much needed with for DIalectus! Gryt and Rotunda celebrated in the ring. Bloodline, for his part, looked despondent. He had been sure he could have taken Gryt, a far less experienced wrestler. He hit the mat with his fists and left ringside.
MATCH #2 INFINITY CHALLENGE NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN EARTH LADDER MATCH Plethador d. Scimitar after shoving Scimitar off the ladder, grabbing the rod and then performing a Two Star Salamander Splash on his fallen opponent. – ***** – Another five star match from these two. Could one of these encounters end up as match of the year? Plethador ties up the series to two all and scores points for Abroz! After the match it’s announced that Abroz and Dialectus have awarded both competitors a whopping three bonus points each for their match tonight. Plethador gets those wins added to the two points he’ll get for his victory.
MATCH #3 INFINITY CHALLENGE HARDCORE TITAN DEATH MATCH Tricks d. Tanck via pinfall after COULOROPHOBIA. – ***1/2 – Wild match that went in and out of the ring several times! Chairs, tables, ringposts, guardrails were all used in this one. Tricks uses the no DQ rules to use underhanded tactics to get the win and more points for Dialectus. After the match it’s announced that both Tanck and Tricks will receive one bonus point each for their teams. Tricks’, of course, added to his two points for winning.
Final Infinity Challenge score for the night…
ABROZ – 6 DIALECTUS – 6
Added to the totals…
ABROZ – 37 DIALECTUS – 32
Again, no points for winning the night as this is a mixed GWF event. Though ground has been gained for DIalectus, Plethador’s performance single handedly nullifies it and helps the Abroz team keep their lead. Abroz and DIalectus announced at the conclusion of the Tricks/Tanck match that soon, new challenges will be added to the matches that will mix things up a bit. They bowed solemnly to the crowd and ascended to the ceiling.
We cut back to the LEGENDS OF THE RING locker room. We see Hector standing with Swarm, Payback, Thantos (II) and Sultana.
HECTOR: Tonight is of crucial importance. Thantos, you must further you feud with Encubus. You can do so in any way you see fit.
THANTOS (II): Right.
HECTOR: Payback, you have Symbiosis. You match is a must win. Drury’s plan to keep his guys in tight contention for the titles so it’s you job to make sure he loses.
PAYBACK: He hasn’t won a match yet.
HECTOR: And you need to make sure he doesn’t tonight. Got it?
PAYBACK: Don’t worry, I’m looking forward to breaking him in half and kicking both parts of him around the arena.
HECTOR: Fine. Now Swarm, tonight you have Nosfera.
SWARM: Nosfera? That doesn’t make sense. He isn’t on Drury’s team.
HECTOR: It makes perfect sense in context, but whether or not it makes sense to YOU, you need to beat him tonight. Preferably via pinfall or submission.
SWARM: Don’t worry, bro. I can handle that overgrown grasshopper any night of the week.
PAYBACK: Yeah, when it comes down to Swarm in high profile matches, there ain’t no one better.
Payback slaps Swarm on the back.
HECTOR: Fine. Whatever. Just make sure you win.
SWARM: Piece of cake.
We cut back down to ringside for our next, most anticipated, match.
MATCH #4 Paganx d. Engame via DQ when Endgame took the action outside and kept it there! The ref had no choice but to call the match and award it to Paganax. – ** – It took several members of ringside security to separate these two who, several times, broke their being held back and charged each other. No one really got a good idea of who would have the upper hand in a one on one match from this brief encounter. All anyone knows is there will be another meeting, if not several.
MATCH #5 Nosfera d. Swarm via pinfall after a SPRING HEEL KICK. – ** – This was a glorified squash. Nosfera toyed with Swarm the entire time. Refusing to pin him on several occasions. Many were surprised that Nosfera had SUCH the upper hand on Swarm that he never used the DEMON’S BREATH or interference by Omen to gain the upper hand. Many began thinking that perhaps, like Bloodline, Swarm is beginning to lose step.
MATCH #6 Paralyze d. Havoc by DQ when the action spilled outside the ring and Sleeper Cell who was at ringside, got involved. – ** – There was some back and forth at the beginning of the match but when Paralyze got tossed from the ring, he got into the faces of some of the Sleeper Cell and suddenly a hug brawl erupted. The ref called for the bell, awarding the match to Paralyze. The brawling continued after the bell and ended with Havoc making a huge suicide dive that toppled over Paralyze, Strafe and several members of the Sleeper Cell! This feud is far from over.
It’s the announced that in one week the GWF will host it’s annual RECKONING Ranking Gauntlet, but it’ll be done in a very special way. On the first day there will be four separate RECKONING cards across the galaxy that will take place at the same time. Two will host Infinity Challenge gauntlets. Two will host GWF gauntlets. Then the next night there will be a huge supercard on Demios where the finals of each gauntlet will be held along with a few selected matches stemming from the night before.
MATCH #7 SUBMISSION MATCH Encubus d. Thantos (II) via submission with the MAFFEI MASTERLOCK in an amazing match. – ***** – Though Thantos (II) is obviously no relation to Encubus, he’s studied him well. Thantos (II) matched him move for move in the match, coming close to getting Encubus to tap out several times. In the end, Encubus got the win but as he and Mother Superior left ringside, Sultana handed Thantos (II) the mic.
THANTOS: Son…son!
Encubus at first refused to turn around. Then he did.
THANTOS: You’ve made your father very angry tonight son. This isn’t over. Not by a longshot.
Encubus threw up his hands in disgust and walked away.
MATCH #8 Payback d. Symbiosis via countout after an AMAZING Suicide Dive that left both men weakened, but only Payback able to return to the ring in time. – ** – This is the closest Symbiosis has come to winning a match here in the GWF, but Payback’s hardcore style was able to get the better of the strange alien.
MATCH #9 GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Phantasy d. Mother Superior via pinfall after SWEET SUICIDE to become the NEW GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPION! – ***** – This was a fantastic match. Easily one of the greatest women’s matches in recent history. Phantasy came to the ring with Dark Menace with one goal and that was to win. She did and in the process, brought to an end the longest GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP title reign in recorded history! For 615 days, Mother Superior has had a strangle hold on that belt, but now there’s a new Champion in town! Phantasy was so happy to be the one to finally dethrone Mother Superior, she began crying a bit. The crowd gave her a huge standing ovation. Meanwhile, in the aisles, Mother Superior and Sly Drury were not happy at all.
We cut back to the LEGENDS OF THE RING locker room. Hector is furious.
HECTOR: I thought you said you had it?! I thought you said Nosfera would be a piece of cake?!
SWARM: Whoa, bro, I had an off night.
HECTOR: We canot afford ‘off nights’ you moron! There is a plan and…
PAYBACK: Listen man, stop with this ‘plan’ garbage. “Cause so far we ain’t seen anything going down that would let us know there even IS a plan.
HECTOR: You shut up! You were supposed to get a convincing win tonight and you failed as well!
PAYBACK: I did win.
HECTOR: Yeah, barely! But a countout means you’ll have to face Symbiosis again. Giving him the chance to win now that he knows your style.
PAYBACK: Well, I…
HECTOR: Shut. Up! Listen when I asked you two to join this team I did so because I thought you’d be able to get things done. I’m beginning to think I was wrong. So here’s the deal. You two need to gut check. NOW! At THE RECKONING, you need to let me know if you can handle the assignments I give you or if I should start scouting for replacements. Got it?
Hector storms out of the locker room slamming the door behind him. Swarm lets out a scream in frustration.
SWARM: Aaaaaarghh! That guy makes me so mad I’m about to shove that bear head up his–
PAYBACK: Whoa. Swarm.
Payback puts a hand on his shoulder.
PAYBACK: Don’t worry, bro. This garbage continues and I’m going to put him through a table. Remember we’re in this together.
SWARM: Yeah. Thanks man.
We cut back down to ringside and find Patch in the ring with a mic.
PATCH: Mother Superior’s loss will now be made up for. In mere moments, I will be the new INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION and will bring gold back to Martial Law where it belongs.
This was met with a chorus of boos, only to be drown out with huge cheers as Tauran made his way to ringside.
MATCH #10 INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Patch d. Tauran via submission with STREET SMARTS to become the new GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION. – ** – Patch made good on his word and you could tell that Drury was more than pleased! The crowd, however was furious and booed the two loudly as they celebrated. Love or hate the outcome, Patch had wrestled fairly and there was no interference on the part of Drury.
MATCH #11 GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH ULTIMATE FIGHTERS d. THE GLADIATORS when Clinch made Turmoil tape out with TAPPED OUT, winning the ULTIMATE FIGHTERS the GWF GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP! – *** – Wow! What a huge night for Covert Operations as Dark Menace’s team scores two Championship wins! Clinch and Shoot made THE GLADIATORS look silly in this match. It was unclear if THE GLADIATORS just underestimated this team or were distracted by the presence of the Sleeper Cell members at ringside! After the match, Clinch and Shoot walked around the ringside shaking hands with the younger fans and doing their signature arm moves with the crowd.
After the new champs cleared the ring, Sly Drury made his way to ringisde with his Security Squad. He was furious. He was fired up.
MAIN EVENT GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Sly Drury and Ensor battled to a NO CONTEST decision when the Security Squad charged the ring and began beating down Ensor! – ****1/2 – The crowd was livid! Before the moment that the Security Squad interfered, the entire galaxy thought that maybe, just maybe, Ensor could unseat Drury for the belt! Ensor wrestled the match of his life! But with the NO CONTEST decision Drury keeps his belt. He needed to be escorted from the ring as the capacity crowd was nearly in full out riot mode! Drury is escorted directly to his transport and as he pulls out of the arena, we…

CARD #2125.126 – THE RECKONING NIGHT 1.1 – 06.27.2125
NOTE: The 2125 RECKONING took place over two nights. On the first night four different cards were held at the exact same time.
From Titan Sportatorium, Saturn
FADE IN
ABROZ is standing in the middle of the ring. He bows to the camera.
ABROZ: Good evening mortals. Welcome to The Reckoning!
CROWD CHEERS
ABROZ: Dialectus and I know and understand how much The Reckoning means to the Galactic Wrestling Federation. And though the Infinity Challenge cannot itself be interrupted or postponed to allow the Challenge rosters to participate. However we can adjust the Challenge to incorporate the excitement of The Reckoning into it. We said last time you saw us that the Infinity Challenge would be changing and that change starts tonight! TOnight we introduce these…
ABROZ gestures next to him and three shimmering green cup like trophies appear next to him.
ABROZ: These are the Infinity Challenge Cups. There is one cup for single competitors, one cup for tag team competitors and one for female competitors. These cups give those who win them bonus points for their team. WInning one of these cups awards the winner three bonus points. Successfully defending one of these cups via adds three bonus point to the holder’s team. These are in addition to any points, regular or bonus, awarded in the match. Tonight we begin the ranking gauntlets to determine who will be the first holders of these cups!
CROWD CHEERS.
ABROZ: Dialectus and I, of course, knew the limitations of holding a gauntlet with both Infinity Challenge Rosters in one big gauntlet meant that members of the same roster may wind up facing each other for the cups. To avoid this we have decreed that the rosters will face each other first, in point free gauntlet matches, to determine who will face each other for these cups tomorrow night. Those matches begin immediately following the next in the series of the Non-Fatal Showdown!
MATCH #1 NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN #5 CIRCINUS CELL MATCH Plethador d. Scimitar via submission with the SUCTION CLAW! – **** – These two brought it again! Plethador retakes the lead in the Non-Fatal Showdown and in addition to getting the points for his victory he also gets an extra point for winning consecutive matches! Scimitar is also awarded a bonus point for his performance in this match!
MATCH #2 ABROZ TEAM WOMEN’S GAUNTLET Deadliest d. Shann-Ra via DQ when the action spilled outside the ring and Shann-Ra smacked her teammate with a vicious chair shot. – DUD – Both these women wanted the win to move forward to get the cup. Shann-Ra was willing to do anything to get the cup but as this was a regular rules her use of the chair cost her shot. I've always liked the Reckoning as a PPV going back to when you first posted it Thanks! Little trickier this year with the Infinity Challenge, but I thought it'd be fun to have members of the same team face each other to get a chance at the cups.

FADE IN
DIALECTUS is standing in the middle of the ring. He bows to the camera.
DIALECTUS: Good evening mortals. Welcome to The Reckoning!
CROWD CHEERS
DIALECTUS: Abroz and I know and understand how much The Reckoning means to the Galactic Wrestling Federation. Tonight we introduce these…
DIALECTUS gestures next to him and three shimmering green cup like trophies appear next to him.
DIALECTUS: These are the Infinity Challenge Cups.
DIALECTUS: Abroz and I, of course, knew the limitations of holding a gauntlet with both Infinity Challenge Rosters in one big gauntlet meant that members of the same roster may wind up facing each other for the cups. To avoid this we have decreed that the rosters will face each other first, in point free gauntlet matches, to determine who will face each other for these cups tomorrow night. The matches to determine the Women’s and Tag Team Cup competitors are taking place now on Titan. The matches for the singles cup are taking place here. Tonight.

From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Demios
FADE IN
We see SLY DRURY in his luxury box commissioner’s office on his communicator. He’s listening to the person on the other end. When they are done, he speaks.
SLY DRURY: It’s not open for discussion. I’m the GWF GALAXIAN CHAMPION and the GWF Commissioner. I cannot spare even one member of my Security Squad.
He listens as the person on the other end of the line talks.
DRURY: I’m sure you were, but it’s just not going to happen. The Board is watching me even closer now than ever so I’ve got to make sure my team plays it as legit as possible.
He listens as the person on the other end of the line talks.
DRURY: Yes, of course, look I have very pressing matters to deal with here, I have to go.
He hangs up his communicator and the camera pans to reveal that standing in his office is PAGANAX, ENCUBUS, NOSFERA and OMEN. They are all four impatient. Especially PAGANAX.
DRURY: I’m sorry gentlemen. (He smirks.) Women. Now I know you all have various things on your mind. Paganax you’re focused on Endgame…
PAGANAX: (Growls.)
DRURY: Encubus, you’re focused on Thantos (II).
ENCUBUS: Yes.
DRURY: And Nosfera, you’re focused on…well…whatever it is you focus on.
NOSFERA: (Hisses)
OMEN waves his torch.
DRURY: Right, but gentlemen tonight, I need your help. I need you all to change your focus and help me out tonight. In return, I will deliver the things you want to you. Paganax, I’ll give you Endgame however you want him.
PAGANAX: (Growls)
DRURY: Encubus, Thantos (II) isn’t even here tonight…
ENCUBUS: Because he’s not even in my class.
DRURY: Yes. So this task should be easy for you, complete it and I’ll give you Thantos (II) in whatever type of match you’d like. And Nosfera…
NOSFERA: (Hisses)
OMEN again waves the torch.
DRURY: I’ll give you whatever it is…you want.
ENCUBUS: What do we have to do?
DRURY: Simple. You have to do whatever you can to ensure that Hector doesn’t make it anywhere near the top of the gauntlet. He must not take the night.
ENCUBUS: Sounds like you’re scared.
DRURY: I’m not scared, I just…have a lot on my plate and I don’t need him getting in my way.
PAGANAX slams his fists down on the desk. Everyone jumps back.
PAGANAX: Chief will destroy whoever it takes to get Endgame.
DRURY: Yes, Chief. Good. So that’s it. You gentlemen deliver and I will deliver unto you.
The four men turn and begin to exit. ENCUBUS stops and turns back.
ENCUBUS: Oh and Drury?
DRURY: Yes?
ENCUBUS: I’ve already had Thantos (II) in a submission match and I laid him to waste, so I may have another thing I’d like if I take out Hector.
DRURY: And that is?
ENCUBUS: You’ll find out.
ENCUBUS stares at DRURY for a second and then exits. DRURY watches the closed door, shakes his head and begins to straighten the papers that flew when PAGANAX slammed the desk.
We cut down to the ring for our first match.
MATCH #1 GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP – NON-TITLE MATCH ULTIMATE FIGHTERS d. THE GLADIATORS via DQ due to wild brawling. – DUD – The bell rang as the GLADIATORS made their way to the ring, and as soon as they hit the ring a wild brawl broke out. The ref tried desperately to restore order, signaling SHOOT and TURMOIL as the legal men, but he was unable to and called the match when TURMOIL hit SHOOT with a steel chair! After the bell rang and officials were able to seperate the teams, SHOOT and CLINCH grabbed mics.
SHOOT: You guys think yer real tough guys but you know you aren’t, right Clinch?
CLINCH: That’s right Shoot! We’ve bested you for these here belts at RIngs Of Destruction and you know there ain’t no way yer gettin’ them back, right Shoot?
SHOOT: You said it Clinch! And since we’re the champs, we get to call the shots! You and us, tomorrow night, for the belts in an Ultimate Fight Match! We’ll be glad to knock yer heads in once again, right Clinch?
CLINCH: That’s right Shoot, ’cause me and Shoot are the Ultimate FIghters and we’re…
BOTH: FIGHTIN’ TOUGH!
CROWD CHEERS.
Steeming with rage, THE GLADIATORS head backstage as CLINCH and SHOOT both flex and do their trademark arm movements. Soo they head back and we’re ready to begin the Galaxian CHampionship Gauntlet!
MATCH #2 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Paralyze d. Paganax via pinfall with PERMANENTLY PARALYZED. – *** – Paralyze picks up a HUGE win knocking the Heathan Chief out of the running for the belt and keeping him about as far from his goal of getting his hands on Endgame as possible. After the match PAGANAX was furious as he stormed backstage!
MATCH #3 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Paralyze d. Payback via pinfall with HEART TRANSPLANT. – ***1/2 – Payback had been eager for this match to get a win over the Gladiator after their last encounter ended with a loss for him. Paralyze saw it as a chance to get some, payback, for Payback’s involvement in injuring the Overmaster! Paralyze swiftly took Payback out and was eager for his next opponent.
We cut backstage to the LEGENDS OF THE RING locker room as HECTOR and SWARM watch Payback’s loss on a holovid screen.
HECTOR: Dammit.
SWARM: What?
HECTOR: Well now it’s up to you?
SWARM: Up to me?
HECTOR: Yeah, it’s up to you to go all the way to the finals and face Drury.
SWARM: Am I going daft or are you not also in the gauntlet as well?
HECTOR: I am.
SWARM: Then I can’t quite wrap my head around why you said it’s all up to me then to get to the finals.
HECTOR (laughs): You use that phrase a lot.
SWARM: What?
HECTOR: That you ‘can’t wrap your head around’ things or that ‘things don’t make sense’ to you. You keep talking like that and people are going to start thinking you’re stupid.
SWARM rushes to HECTOR and backs him up against some lockers.
SWARM: You want to call me stupid again?!
HECTOR: Well then why don’t you stop acting like you are! There’s a plan…
SWARM rears back and punches Hector who goes flying back into the lockers.
SWARM: Don’t mention that damn plan again! You got me? I’m sick of hearing about it! You don’t have a plan. You’re a lying sack of…
HECTOR: You…you…need to…
SWARM: I’m done with you telling me what I need to do. From now on I do what I want to do. And tonight, I’m winning this whole thing whether that’s part of your plan or not.
HECTOR (laughs): It is. It’s the whole plan.
SWARM shakes his head and storms out of the locker room as HECTOR stands and we cut back to the ring for our next match.
MATCH #4 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Encubus d. Paralyze via pinfall with SECOND COMING. – ** – Encubus topples the big Gladiator, defeating him soundly to move forward in the gauntlet. MATCH #5 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Havoc d. Encubus via pinfall after a whiplash clothesline. – * – Havoc pulls out a big win against Encubus, dispatching of him very quickly. Again, Mother Superior’s absence is felt in this match.

The fans were on their feet the whole time as these two laid into each other. A great back and forth battle. Hector gets the win! As soon as his arm is raised, SWARM charges the ring for our next match. SWARM looks like he cannot wait to get his hands on HECTOR!
MATCH #7 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Swarm d. Hector The Holy Brown Bear via pinfall after VENOMOUS STINGER. – *1/2 – SWARM dispatches HECTOR in this match!. HECTOR had no offense at all! After the bell, SWARM was obviously smiling as HECTOR rolled out of the ring and grabbed a mic.
HECTOR: Good. Now, you need to go all the way. It’s all part of the plan.
SWARM lunges through the ropes towards HECTOR who dodges and runs up the ramp as SWARM’S next opponent came to the ring and it is…NOSFERA!
MATCH #8 GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Swarm d. Nosfera via pinfall with the VENOMOUS STINGER! – SQUASH – SWARM destroys NOSFERA in this totally one sided affair. The crowd is ecstatic! SWARM is pumped up. HECTOR is at the top of the ramp applauding and nodding. If SWARM wins this next one, he will face SLY DRURY for the championship! His opponent makes his way to ringside and it’s none other than…
ENDGAME!
The crowd is blowing the roof off this place as they feel this match will be something to see between these two fan favorites.
MAIN EVENT GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GAUNTLET Endgame d. Swarm via pinfall with the ULTIMA LEAP. – ** – ENDGAME gets the win and will face Commissioner and Champion SLY DRURY tomorrow night in the main event! SWRM is sitting in the corner shaking his had as ENDGAME celebrates. Up near the entrance HECTOR who has been watching shakes his head and leaves.
That wraps up this night of action from Deimos! All eyes turn now to tomorrow night and night two of THE RECKONING! Up in his luxury box office DRURY shakes his head and looks nervously down at ENDGAME. This is what we see as we…
