CARD #2125.137 – BETRAYAL – 10.14.2125

FADE IN
SUPER: EARLIER TODAY
We are in the boardroom of the GWF directors. SLY DRURY stands at the end of the table pleading with the BOARD.
DRURY: …an absolute disgrace and we shouldn’t support it.
BOARD MEMBER 1: Are you aware, Drury that the GWF operates within the laws and governances of the United Federation of Stars and Planets?
DRURY: Yes, but–
BOARD MEMBER 1: And as such, we are bound by their laws.
DRURY: I understand that, but–
BOARD MEMBER 1: Are you also aware that one of those laws forbids the discrimination against anyone based on race, gender, creed or sexual preference?
DRURY: I do, but families–
BOARD MEMBER 1: If you are INDEED aware of these laws then I can only gather you are suggesting we break these laws and strip Swarm of the title based solely on the fact he’s made public the nature of his relationship with Payback.
DRURY: No, what I’m suggesting is he is punished for doing it in such a public manner in front of our fans. Personal lives should remain personal. I have no PERSONAL issue with what Swarm and Payback did at the close of Survival, but surely that type of things belongs behind closed doors?!
BOARD MEMBER 2: Rotunda and Gryt freely lock lips on camera and personally I find that more disgusting than what Swarm and Payback did. However if we allow them to engage in public displays of affection, we cannot prevent Swarm and Payback from doing the same.
DRURY: I am in charge of this fed and I say–
BOARD MEMBER 1: You are commissioner Drury, you still need to answer to us and we say, Swarm keeps the title and any…ANY…discrimination by you towards him…or Payback…will result in your immediate termination! Understood?
DRURY (pauses): Yes. I find what Swarm and Payback did reprehensible and the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed, but I will abide by your decrees.
BOARD MEMBER 2: Good. Glad we cleared the air about it. Now, let’s talk about Invasion tonight. Here’s…
The BOARD MEMBER pushes a piece of paper across the table to DRURY. DRURY picks it up.
DRURY: What’s this?
BOARD MEMBER 2: The plan for tonight. Instead of Invasion tonight, we’re holding the annual BETRAYAL tournament to determine the number one contender for BIG BANG. Those are the brackets.
DRURY looks down at the paper. He’s visibly angry.
DRURY: These…uh…set in stone, are they?
BOARD MEMBER 1: They are.
DRURY: Fine. Before I go, let me say this…Tonight, when I win the tournament and become number one contender, when I face Swarm at Big Bang, I’m going to be brutal. Violently brutal. And you aren’t going to be able to call it discrimination because it’ll take place during a sanctioned match. But trust me, it will be discrimination and you’re going to wish I stripped him of the belt and got him out of the GWF for good.
BOARD MEMBER 2: You’ll have to get there first Drury and as you can see by your first round opponent, that isn’t going to be as easy as you think.
DRURY crumples the paper and storms out of the room.
We cut to the arena and see it’s decorated for BETRAYAL! We head right to the ring for our opening match!

ROUND ONE
MATCH #1
Endgame d. Paganax via submission with the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. – * – Paganax gets in no offense at all as he’s easily steamrolled by Endgame. The quick win will allow Endgame to rest a bit before round two!
We cut to the back and we see SWARM stepping out of a cruiser. The crowd cheers as he walks to the arena. Suddenly he stops and looks off camera. The camera pans back and there stands MANTIS.
SWARM: Hey.
MANTIS looks at him.
SWARM: Look, kid. I…I probably should have told you about all this before what happened in the ring happened. I was just so preoccupied with Hector and his ‘plan’ that I couldn’t think of anything else.
MANTIS: Dad, I…I’m not mad. I’m relieved actually.
SWARM: Relieved?
MANTIS: Yeah. I mean it explains a lot.
SWARM: Does it?
MANTIS: Yeah.
SWAMR: Like what?
MANTIS: Well, for one, the reason why you and mom never got along.
SWARM: Yeah. I guess that would explain why it all fell apart.
MANTIS: And also your attitude.
SWARM: Attitude?
MANTIS: Yeah Dad. You had a mean streak. I mean, being tough is one thing, but you’ve been…mean. But since you’ve come out, it seems you’ve been freed. I mean look at that press conference, the old Swarm would have destroyed the podium after some of those questions.
SWARM: (smiles) True.
MANTIS: So I think it’s good Dad. I’m behind you. And I’m proud of you.
The two smile and then SWARM hugs MANTIS tightly.
MANTIS: Just don’t expect me to call Payback, ‘Dad’.
The two laugh.
SWARM: You coming in to watch?
MANTIS: No. I have to go meet up with Tristan for a workout. You have fun.
SWARM: Thanks kid.
They begin to walk away from each other.
SWARM: Hey, kid.
MANTIS: Yeah Dad?
SWARM: I love you pal.
MANTIS: I love you too.
The CROWD cheers at this scene as we cut back to ringside for our next match.
MATCH #2
Aethran Overmaster d. Havoc via pinfall. – ** – Aethran Overmaster dispatches of Havoc with ease. Havoc did get in some offense but Aethran Overmaster was determined to humiliate Havoc and strike a blow against Covert Operations.
MATCH #3
Nosfera d. Retribution via pinfall with DEMON’S BREATH. – *** – Retribution and Nosfera put up a good back and forth battle, but Nosfera is able to score the win when Omen distracts the ref and he’s able to hit the DEMON’S BREATH and move to round two!
MATCH #4
Hector The Holy Brown Bear d. Sly Drury via pinfall. – ***** – This was an unbelievable match! The fans were SO ready to see Drury go one on one with his tormentor Hector and Hector brought the fight! Drury looked good though and even, by all appearances kept it clean. He was close to winning once or twice, but Hector was able to hit his finisher and get the win. Drury was FURIOUS at the end of this and grabbed a mic…
DRURY: Listen up, sympathizer! You may hang out with a lot of freaks but your march towards domination of the GWF ends here! I promise, there’s no way you’re going all the way tonight. I promise.
HECTOR reacted in ‘mock’ surprise and ran around the ring.
When the ring is cleared the fans stand up and cheer as SWARM enters the arena! He is obviously still injured; bandages can be seen across his arm and back under his shirt. He high fives fans and holds aloft the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP as he makes his way to the front row to watch the final three matches.
SEMI-FINAL ROUND
MATCH #5
Endgame d. Aethran Overmaster via submission with the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. – ***** – A explosive match between these two that had every fan out of their seats! Endgame slaps on the figure four, in the center of the ring and the place goes nuts! The fans went nuts and even Swarm stood and applauded Endgame for his win.
HECTOR came out to the ring for his match against NOSFERA. Suddenly SLY DRURY appeared at the top of the ramp. He signaled for the ref in the ring to come to him. The ref ran up and the two had a brief discussion and the ref shrugged and left. Then different ref entered the arena and headed to the ring. The CROWD booed loudly as he stepped into the ring.
MATCH #6
Nosfera d. Hector The Holy Brown Bear via pinfall after Nosfera rolled through a cross body block. – ****1/2 – The fans went nuts as the count was a VERY fast one two three! Nosfera gets the win and Hector’s title aspirations are ended. As Nosfera and Omen headed to the back to catch a breather before the finals, DRURY got on the mic
DRURY: Oh dear Hector. That is a shame. Looks like I was right and you were wrong.
HECTOR grabbed a mic of his own.
HECTOR: Drury, what you fail to see is I have no desire to win the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP. I think my buddy Swarm here is a fine champion and I have no plans to try and take it from him.
The CROWD cheered loudly for SWARM.
DRURY: Yeah, how good of ‘buddies’ are you really? I’m disgusted to think of what goes on in that locker room of yours.
The CROWD booed loudly.
HECTOR: Blah, blah, blah. Keep your hatred and bigotry to yourself, Drury. Sing a new tune why don’t you?
DRURY: Fine. Tell me this Hector…if you aren’t in the GWF to win the GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP, heh, why he hell are you even here?
HECTOR takes a small remote controlled device from his pocket.
HECTOR: I’m here…to take you out!
HECTOR pushes the button on the remote control and thousands of stuffed teddy bears reign down on SLY DRURY. He’s instantly buried under their weight. HECTOR bails out of the ring and the CROWD becomes electric as he dives into the pile of bears and stars wailing on DRURY!
The SECURITY SQUAD storms out of the locker rooms but find it hard to traverse the bears. They begin firing at HECTOR who dives into the crowd, promoting an immediate cease-fire, lest they hit a fan! The fans were all cheering as DRURY and the SECURITY SQUAD attempted to make it backstage but were tripping all over the bears! The CROWD ate it up. When they were finally gone, the ring crew took several minutes to clear the bears, though they threw them out to the fans who rushed to grab them. When that was done it was now time for the…
MAIN EVENT
Endgame d. Nosfera via submission with the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. – **1/2 – Endgame makes it three straight submission wins for the night, beating Nosfera and earning a title shot at BIG BANG!
The crowd silenced a bit when SWARM hopped the guardrails and climbed into the ring. The two stared at each other for a moment and then ENDGAME stuck out his hand and the two shook, causing the place to explode! The main event is set for BIG BANG! Swarm defending his Galaxian Championship against Endgame! SWARM exits the ring to let ENDGAME have his moment and the man of the night raises his arms in the middle of the ring. Awesome Drury characterization... I've often though he was pretty faceless... good to see him have some passion. The Swarm angle is really working out well... though having Nosefra beat Endgame prolly would have made a better Big Bang main Event.. but them's the dice for ya.

CARD #2125.138 – SUPERNOVA: CHALLENGE – 11.07.2125

DIALECTUS and ABROZ are in the middle of the ring and they welcome everyone to what will be the final full night of Infinity Challenge action! They run down the scores…
ABROZ – 90
DIALECTUS – 84
They say that tonight is a pivotal night of action as at BIG BANG there will only be four Infinity Challenge matches. One for the Non-Fatal Showdown and the other three will be Infinity Challenge Cup defenses. It’s anyone’s game to win as we get set for tonight’s first match.
MATCH #1
NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN #11
BARBED WIRE COSMIC CAGE MATCH
Plethador d. Scimitar via escape after a running spear into the barbed wire. – **** – Another stupendous match between these two who are giving it their all, every single time they step into the ring! Plethador now leads the series six wins to five! Plethador received two points for the win and two bonus points for his in ring performance. Dialectus and Abroz also awarded Scimitar with one bonus point for his performance. Scimitar looked to be injured after this match and Plethador even joined the medics to help him get on the stretcher. Class act all the way!
We cut back to the locker room for DIALECTUS’ team. GRYT is standing talking to the rest of his team.
GRYT: Listen, guys we’re on the cusp. We’re as close as we’ve ever been to taking the lead.
ROTUNDA: Except for that time we were in the lead.
GRYT: Well…yeah…except for then. The point is the end of the year is RAPIDLY approaching. We need a big lead going in to BIG BANG so we can end the year as the winners. Now I know being lumped together as teammates is the LAST thing we all wanted, but since we’re here. Let’s accomplish something and show that DIalectus was right in choosing us. Remember he chose us for our abilities, not just because he “thought” we’d do good. So let’s do it! Let’s show them why we are better!
The rest of the team, surprisingly, starts applauding GYRT’S speech and the DIALECTUS locker room looks fired up!
MATCH #2
LEADERS OF THE PACK d. LIFTOFF via pinfall when Panther Warrior covered Tristan after JUNGLE NIGHTS. – *** – Decent match between these two teams. Both seemed to be working well, but the experience of LEADERS OF THE PACK seemed to make the difference. Panther Warrior and Malkuth pick up two points for their team.
MATCH #3
Tanck d. Tricks via DQ when the ref caught Trick attempting COULROPHOBIA. – * – Until the ref called the match, it looked like Tanck was continuing his losing ways. He does get the win, yet only a point for his team due to the DQ.
MATCH #4
Nitro d. Bloodline via pinfall with BAD VIBRATIONS. – SQUASH – A total surprise here! Nitro picks up a huge, dominant victory over the veteran Bloodline. He also picks up a much needed two points for Dialectus’ team.

INFINITY CHALLENGE WOMEN’S CUP MATCH
She Devil d. Shann-Ra via pinfall after EYES OF THE TEMPTRESS. – ***1/2 – A great match between these two ladies. She Devil finally looks good in a match and scores a HUGE win by winning the Infinity Challenge Women’s Cup for her team! That’s a huge five points for Dialectus’ Team.

INFINITY CHALLENGE TAG TEAM CUP MATCH
STARS & STRIPES d. FRONTAL ASSAULT via pinfall when U.S. Male hits Thraxx with the PATRIOT MISSLE. – ** – Unbelievable! Another huge pick up of points and pride for Team Dialectus! Two points for the pinfall and three for the cup win means STARS & STRIPES brings another five points to Team Dialectus!
MAIN EVENT
Gryt d. The Betrayer via DQ when Betrayer whipped him into the guardrails. – *** – Gryt was dominating this match and, surprisingly, fairly! Rotunda steered clear from interference, Gryt played by the rules but it was The Betrayer who ignored the ref and refused to bring the action back in the ring. This cost Betrayer and his entire team as it gave Gryt a point for the win and then three points for the cup defense!
ABROZ and DIALECTUS appear. Team DIALECTUS has won the evenin so they get one bonus point. The Cosmic Beings then reveal reveal the scores and at the end over the evening DIALECTUS’ team has pulled ahead! The scores are…

A small margin which means that the Infinity Challenge is still either team’s to win. ABROZ and DIALECTUS announce that at BIG BANG all three cups will be defended! They also announce that the final NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN match at BIG BANG will be a TITAN DEATH, TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH, with each fall counting towards the score!
The CROWD goes nuts!
They then announce that in the odd chance there is a tie by the end of the Infinity Challenge matches at BIG BANG, each team will select one wrestler at random and those two will wrestle a Titan Death Match to settle the score!
The CROWD cheers as the end of the Infinity Challenge is drawing near and it’s still anyone’s game!
ABROZ and DIALECTUS both bow to the CROWD as we…

CARD #2125.139 – INVASION – 11.14.2125
From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos
FADE IN
Behind the arena, a cruiser lands. The ramp lowers and PAYBACK steps out. He turns and looks back up the ramp and down comes GALAXIAN CHAMPION SWARM. SWARM smiles at PAYBACK who returns it. They grasp hands, smile, share a quick kiss and then turn and enter the building. The CHAMP is here! We cut into the arena and the crowd is rabid! It’s the final holovision show of the year heading into BIG BANG! We cut to the ring for our opening match.
MATCH #1
Ensor d. Coven Black via pinfall after ERUPTION OF THARSIS. – *** – Decent back and forth but again, Coven Black can’t pick up a win. Ensor looked strong in this bout.
MATCH #2
Aethran Overmaster d. Retribution via pinfall after REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER. – *** – Retribution looked good in this one. Even scored some near-falls on the, much stronger, Overmaster. Strafe was always seconds from entering the ring to help, but eventually Overmaster was able to gain the upper hand and then keep it, picking up the win.
MATCH #3
Havoc d. Paganax via DQ when Paganax refused to bring the action back into the ring. – DUD – Paganax was extremely upset he wouldn’t be facing Endgame at BIG BANG and decided to take it out on Havoc, not caring about the DQ.
PAGANAX continued to wail on HAVOC until the AETHRAN OVER MASTER came to ringside and began helping him beat on HAVOC! PAGANAX didn’t take kindly to the interruption and decked OVERMASTER! Soon, all three were brawling at ringside, knocking down the guardrail and spilling into the CROWD! Drury sent in the SECURITY SQUAD to break it up and it took several minutes to restore order! This was WILD!
MATCH #4
Patch and Hector battled to a ‘no contest’ when Drury ordered the Security Squad to enter the ring and attack Hector. – **1/2 – A pretty good match before the interference. Hector began getting the upper hand and from his luxury box office, Drury ordered his Security Squad to attack! They got in a few shots, then Hector bailed out into the crowd. Hector pointed up to Drury and then dissapeared into the crowd.
MATCH #5
Symbiosis d. Payback via DQ when Payback hit Symbiosos with a chair. – DUD – This one didn’t even really get going. The action tumbled out of the ring and Payback’s hardcore antics kicked in and he grabbed a chair and brained Symbiosis with it. The ref called the match and that was it.
Once the bell rang, INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION BISHOP HELL (II) came storming down to the ring and blindsided PAYBACK with the HELLFIRE! As PAYBACK writhed on the floor, BISHOP HELL grabbed the mic…
BISHOP HELL (II): Payback! What you and Swarm have done is an affront to humanity and the church and for your sins you shall suffer a fate in hell that is unthinkable by mortal men! But for your sins I will make sure that you suffer here on earth!
BISHOP HELL (II) advanced on PAYBACK again with the HELLFIRE and SWARM ran to ringside to make the save! BISHOP HELL scurried away as SWARM helped PAYBACK up. He appeared dazed, but the burns didn’t look too bad. SWARM helped PAYBACK to the back. Right before leaving he turned and waved to the CROWD who cheered loudly.
MATCH #6
Encubus d. Thantos (II) via pinfall after a frog splash. – ***** – Wow! A spectacular match between these two and quite possibly the final in this feud. After the bell rang, Mother Superior, obviously still injured, held Sultana at bay as Encubus locked Thantos (II) in the MAEFFI MASTERLOCK and refused to let go as Thantos (II) screamed. Several security members ran down to ringside to try and get Encubus to let go. When they finally did it was Thantos (II) who appeared injured and needed to be helped from the ring. Encubus and Mother Superior laughed as Thantos (II) writhed in pain.
Before the main event, it was announced that before the main event, we’d have the contract signing for the BIG BANG MAIN EVENT MATCH between ENDGAME and champion SWARM! ENDGAME was the first out to the cheers of the CROWD. He was followed shortly by GALAXIAN CHAMPION SWARM who got the CROWD on their feet! PAIGE had the contract handy and both men signed it. Then, ENDGAME called for the mic.
ENDGAME: Swarm, we’ve been on the same side of things for years now in the GWF. We’ve met a few times here and there and I’m looking forward to our match at Big Bang. But I got to tell you…man…I just admire you so much. Your bravery, coming out the way you did with Payback and the style and grace you’ve handled it with…you’re just an inspiration.
The CROWD cheered loudly and long for this. SWARM modestly nodded and waved.
ENDGAME: I will say, however, that come BIG BANG, I will bring the fight and I know you will too and friend or no friend, I will do all I can to win that belt and put it back around my waist.
SWARM asked for a mic.
SWARM: I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The CROWD cheered loudly as the two men shook hands, hugged and then went to opposite corners to celebrate. Truly a classy moment in the annals of the GWF. Once, they left, together, we were ready for our MIAN EVENT!
MAIN EVENT
Nosfera d. Tauran via pinfall after THE DEMON’S BREATH. – *1/2 – Nosfera easily dispatches of Tauran in a match that was a bit of a let down after the previous one. The CROWD booed loudly as Nosfera and Omen celebrated in the ring.
Up in his luxury box office, SLY DRURY watched. Suddenly he was tapped on the shoulder.
DRURY: What is is Paige? I…
He turned and there stood HECTOR, THE HOLY BROWN BEAR who began attacking DRURY! DRURY screamed for the guards as HECTOR beat on him but the SECURITY SQUAD could just be heard trying to break down the door of the office which we now see is barricaded from the inside!
HECOTR beat down DRURY to the floor. Then he stopped and took out a piece of paper.
HECTOR: I wanted to deliver this in person Drury! It’s a notice from the GWF Board of Directors for a new match added to BIG BANG. You. Me. Cosmic Cage!
The CROWD went nuts and HECTOR stood over DRURY laughing as we…

CARD #2125.140 – BIG BANG 51 – 12.31.2125
From Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos
FADE IN
The arena is packed and a HUGE syntho-pyro display welcomes us to the biggest event of the year, the final event of the year…BIG BANG! The crowd is going nuts.
We cut to the parking lot as a cruiser is landing, the ramp lowers and GALAXIAN CHAMPION SWARM steps out. PAYBACK is right behind him. PAYBACK slips an arm around SWARM’S waist, gives him a quick peck on the cheek and they smile at each other and enter the arena. They open the door and there stands BISHOP HELL (II). He stands in their path, his hand a ball of flame. PAYBACK steps infront of SWARM and BISHOP HELL (II) crosses up to him.
BISHOP HELL (II): You two are an abomination. A total disgrace to the heavens and the earth above and tonight I shall cleanse this mortal coil of you once and for all.
PAYBACK says nothing but just stares intently at BISHOP HELL (II). Suddenly, ENDGAME walks up behind BISHOP HELL (II). SWARM steps forward too.
ENDGAME (to BISHOP HELL (II)): Perhaps you should save your hallow rhetoric for the ring.
BISHOP HELL (II): My, rhetoric, as you call it is not hallow. It is the word of God. But you are right, I will save it for the ring so examples can be made.
BISHOP HELL (II) exits. As he does, SWARM steps up to ENDGAME. ENDGAME extends a hand.
ENDGAME: I look forward to our battle tonight.
SWARM reaches and shakes his hand.
SWARM: I do as well. See you then.
ENDGAME nods and leaves.
PAYBACK takes SWARM’S hand.
PAYBACK: Come on babe. Let’s get to our locker room. I’m sure Hector will have some instructions.
SWARM nods and they exit.
We cut back into the ring and seeABROZ and DIALECTUS who are ringside. They welcome us to the final night of the INFINITY CHALLENGE! They reveal the current scores…
DIALECTUS – 102
ABROZ – 97
They announce that the first match will be the finals in the NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN! A TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH between SCIMITAR and PLETHADOR and each fall will count towards the victor’s tally in the NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN as well as add to their respective INFINITY CHALLENGE team scores! They both bowed and we got set for the first match.

NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN #12
TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH
FALL ONE: PLETHADOR d. SCIMITAR via pinfall after a Lilly Pad Leap.
FALL TWO: SCIMITAR d. PLETHADOR via pinfall after a running spear.
The first two falls were fast paced and hard hitting as fans had come to expect from these two as of late! Both men could barely stand at the beginning of FALL THREE. The charged each other with a signature move each and collapsed in a pile!
FALL THREE: SCIMITAR d. PLETHADOR via pinfall after a Samurai Springboard. – *** – THis was an amazing event! Bothe men gave it their all and were a bloody mess by the end. Scimitar wins the night! ABROZ and DIALECTUS reveal the scores for the match! SCIMITAR picks up 4 points for the pinfalls and an extra two bonus points for his performance. PLETHADOR picks up two for his pinfall and then a bonus two for his performance.
ABROZ and DIALECTUS confer for a bit and then reveal they are in a bit of a quandary because the results of the night put SCIMITAR and PLETHADOR in a tie for the NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN at seven wins apiece! They immediately order a final one on one match to determine a winner, but neither man can stand! They wait for a few moments, but it’s clear neither is in ANY shape to wrestle another match! Shaking their heads they declare the NON-FATAL SHOWDOWN a tie! As both PLETHADOR and SCIMITAR are loaded onto stretchers, they receive a standing ovation from the crowd! These two raised the bar on the level of competition this year and the crowd LOVES them for it!

INFINITY CHALLENGE WOMEN’S CUP

LEADERS OF THE PACK d. STARS & STRIPES when Panther Warrior hit U.S. Male with JUNGLE NIGHTS. – ****1/4 – A fantastic match! These two teams were on fire. In the end LEADERS OF THE PACK get the win and the cup! Picking up two points for the pinfall and three for the cup win for ABROZ’S team!

INFINITY CHALLENGE SINGLE’S CUP
The Betrayer d. Gryt via pinfall with BLACK BETRAYAL. – ** – Gryt was FAR too cocky going into this match! Betrayer took the fight to him knowing that ABROZ’S team needed as many points as possible! Betrayer scores two points for the pinfall and three for the cup win! Gryt was furious at the conclusion of this and stormed out of the arena with Rotunda chasing after!
At the close of this match, DIALECTUS and ABROZ spoke to each other and then floated to the center of the ring.
ABROZ: The matches have all been lost and all been won.
DIALECTUS: The Infinity Challenge is now completely done.
ABROZ: Reason and Conjecture locked in battle evermore…
DIALECTUS: But now it is time to reveal the score…
They turn to the holo-vision screen and the final INFINITY CHALLENGE scores are revealed…

Two points only separates the winners, but it seems as DIALECTUS’ team, who had been behind all year, scores the final victory! They then go on to announce the MVPs of the INFINITY CHALLENGE!
ABROZ: The cups will now be returned to the ring for the presentation.
The INFINITY CHALLENGE CUPS appear in the middle of the ring in front of them.
ABROZ: Dialectus, since your team has prevailed, you may now announce the wrestlers who scored the most points for your team!
DIALECTUS: I will Abroz, but first special mention must be made of two men who scored the most points in the entire challenge, yet due to special stipulations of the NON-FATAL CHALLENGE, were not eligible to be MVP. Plethador and Scimitar were both the highest scoring men on their respective teams. A whopping 57 points were accrued by both men. More than half of my team’s total score altogether. Truly a commendable accomplishment.
The CROWD cheers in agreement.
DIALECTUS: But now, on to the awards. May I have my team in the ring please.
ABROZ bows out of the ring as Gryt, Tricks, Oracle, Nitro, STARS & STRIPES, LIFTOFF, She-Devil and Rotunda enter the ring.
DIALECTUS: The WOMEN’S MVP for my team, scoring 16 points total for our team…She Devil! It should be noted that this was the highest score for women in the entire competition.
DIALECTUS hands her the WOMEN’S CUP as a trophy. It is instantly filled wit her cut of the winnings.
DIALECTUS: The TAG TEAM MVP for my team is STARS & STRIPES who scored a total of 11 points for our team.
AMERICAN GUY and U.S. MALE hug and then reach for the cup! They hold it up and wave to the cheering crowd.
DIALECTUS: STARS & STRIPES’ score was only one point behind the best tag team’s score. LEADERS OF THE PACK scored 12 points in the competition.
The CROWD cheers.
DIALECTUS: And now, the SINGLE’S MVP, scoring an impressive 17 points, the highest for singles in the entire challenge…Gryt!
GRYT goes berserk and rushes to grab his trophy! He kisses the side of it and begins giving it a big hug. He doesn’t even seem to notice the ROTUNDA has picked him up and is spinning him around.
The CROWD is not big on GRYT but it’s hard to deny his final score in the INFINITY CHALLENGE. DIALECTUS’ team begins to leave the ring and ABROZ floats back inside.
ABROZ: It appears reason has won this challenge my old friend.
DIALECTUS: It has, but conjecture was not far behind.
ABROZ: And with that this challenge comes to an end.
DIALECTUS: But the challenges will continue till the end of time.
They two cosmic beings bow to the CROWD and the vanish in thin air. Bringing the era of the INFINITY CHALLENGE to a close in the GWF.
MATCH #5
Ensor d. Encubus via DQ when Encubus slammed Ensor into the guardrails. – ***1/2 – Ensor wrestled a heck of a match against Encubus. Perhaps the best match of his career to date! Encubus looked a little frustrated at exactly how good Ensor was in this match! Perhaps these two will meet again in 2126!
MATCH #6
COSMIC CAGE MATCH
Sly Drury d. Hector The Holy Brown Bear via escape (pinfall) after hiting him with the CRIME LORD. – SQUASH – Sly Drury entered the cage first and while no one can be sure, it appeared as if the ref may have accidentally caught Hector’s foot in the door of the cage as he closed it. Drury leapt on Hector as he tried to make it through the ropes! Hector got NO offense in at all after this surprise attack! Drury wailed on him, delivered a few moves and hit him with the CRIME LORD! He then high tailed it to the exit and won via escape! The crowd booed him without mercy but he just shrugged saying he won fair and square!

TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Paganax d. Havoc and Aethran Overmaster when he hit Havoc with the PAGAN VOID and got the pinfall. – SQUASH – At the start of the match, Aethran Overmaster charged Paganax and Havco who’d locked up. They saw him coming, let go of each other and ducked, sending Overmaster flying over the top rope and crashing to the floor, through the announce table! As Havoc turned to see what’d happened to the Overmaster, Paganax spun him around and hit him with the PAGAN VOID getting the quick win!

LADDER MATCH
(The pouch containing the tattooed pieces of Anivar’s skin that Paralyze had flayed off were suspended above the ring.)
Anivar d. Paralyze after pushing him off the ladder and using it to scale to the top and retrieve the pouch! – ***** – This was the intense, bloody battle everyone thought it’d be! Both men were torn up at the end of this affair. In the end, Anivar was able to retrieve the pouch. After the bell he spit on Paralyze who was being attended to by Strafe and left.
MATCH #9
GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Phantasy d. Strafe via pinfall with SWEET SUICIDE. – *** – Strafe was helping Paralyze to the back when Phantasy charged the ring, grabbed the champ and threw her inside. The bell rang, and Phantasy just DOMINATED the math and picked up a pretty quick win to become the new GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPION!
MATCH #10
INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP
MILKY WAY FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
Bishop Hell (II) d. Payback via pinfall after he hit him with the HELLFIRE. – ***** – This match went ALL OVER the arena with both men coming close to winning at several points. Near the end though, Bishop Hell got the upper hand after tossing Payback down a flight of stairs. He then drug the semi-consious Payback back to the ring and grabbed a mic.
BISHOP HELL (II): You are an abohrration! You have knowingly committed sodomy and now I shall expedite your trip to hell by bathing you in it’s fires now!
Bishop Hell hit Payback with the HELLFIRE and covered him in the center of the ring for the win. He stood and made the sign of the cross above Payback. Suddenly, Swarm hit the ring and Bishop Hell (II) bailed. Swarm helped as Payback was loaded onto a stretcher and taken to the back. It appeared as if Swarm was crying.
MATCH #11
GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
THE GLADIATORS d. ULTIMATE FIGHTERS by DQ when Clinch refused to stop hitting Turmoil with closed fists. – **** – Rush and Turmoil looked as if they had their fire back in this match! They tore into Clinch and Shoot without mercy and things got brutal quickly with the ref finding it hard to keep the action in the ring! In the end the ref had no choice but to DQ Clinch when he refused to stop hitting with closed fists. The bell ringing resulted in a bigger brawl that needed members of the security staff to break up.
We cut backstage where PAYBACK was being loaded into an the medical cruiser. SWARM held his hand.
SWARM: I want to come with you.
PAYBACK: I’ve been beat up worse than this before.
SWARM: I know, but knowing you’re not here…it’s like my heart is missing.
PAYBACK put out a hand and touched SWARM’S face.
PAYBACK: I’m always with you. No go wrestle in the main even beautiful.
SWARM smiled weakly as PAYBACK’S hand fell back on his chest and the medics wheeled him into the cruiser. SWARM wiped his tears and turned and headed to the ring for the main event!
MAIN EVENT
GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Endgame d. Swarm via submission with the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. – ***1/2 – Swarm gave a valiant effort but everyone watching could tell his heart was just not in it. Endgame dominated the match, best Swarm in every second of action. Swarm wasted no time in tapping out to the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. Endgame is your new champion. After he was handed the belt, he went over to help Swarm up. Swarm pushed him away and slid out of the ring and left. Endgame watched him go and then celebrated with the belt.
The new GALAXIAN CHAMPION ENDGAME is what we see as we…
FADE TO BLACK.
