I have a friend who thinks TNA is cool ( not sure why) and he's offered to buy me a ticket to a TNA show here in PA on September 9th. The problem is I'm not sure I want to go even for free. Would you guys take the offer or stay home ?

If it's a house show, then yeah. They usually put on good stuff at house shows.

That's what I've heard from a few people I know who attended a LIVE house show from TNA that they put on excellent shows, so for free I would go...

Personally, I think TNA has fine wrestling. It's their insane booking and rehashing all of the WCW crap that makes it unwatchable

For free, I'd go to any wrestling event.
I've heard they are very personable with fans at the shows. Enjoy a free time

I think if TNA just stuck to wrestling and not all the crap they are known for it would be better TV...

While in the hospital, I watched Thursday and enjoyed the Beer Money-MCMG and RVD-Abyss matches BTW, if anyone watched it, The Sandman needs to hang it up. He could barely get down the arena stairs and couldn't make it over the guard rail. Bad

Yeah, TNA has guys who can wrestle, and on the house shows they actually let them do what they're good at. On TV it's the over scripted, over booked, nonsense, but every report I've ever heard about their house shows is that they're good, traditional wrestling shows.
It's a company with a split personality!

I have been to a TNA house show and it was well worth going. Lots of action and a great time.
I also happen to actually like TNA's product, so I may be a bit biased, but it was well worth the $20 I spent on it.
Unlike the FREE tickets we got to RAW last year, which was so amazingly dull we didn't evn bother waiting for the main event. Compared to even the local indy show at the Rec Center, the matches on RAW looked sad.
