Truthfully, I find watching WWE and TNA equally painful. At least there is ROH so we can still remember what pro wrestling is.

I saw the ending and too many "beatdowns" or "brawls" to end the show (seems to me).

It always amazing me how strongly people feel about TNA. I watch rarely. I find that the actual in ring product is usually pretty good.
However, in most cases, before the end of the episode something makes me shake my head and wonder why they don't hire me to book for them.
Ev 2 is supposed to be the top group, right? I watched an entire episode of TNA maybe 4 weeks ago, and while there were mentioned several times, I have no idea who's in the group, or if they're heels or faces... all I picked up in the 2 hour show is they're associated with Flair... but not even wether he's with them or against them. This is bad. I also recall them spending like 10 minutes on Matt Morgan pretending to be Kennedy, half of which was spent yelling at the guy in the rafters the lowers the mic.
It was like a high school play or something.
I do like that Abyss finally seems to be getting a good push, who I like.

But on RAW this past Monday you had Sheamus watch a bunch of matches that meant NOTHING b/c he does what everyone knew he would do and not pick anyone who won. Lawler gave that away 2 seconds in. I mean, they had a chance to just set up Sheamus vs. Barrett and make the other 4 "usual faces" go into a #1 Contenders Match / Tournament at the PPV. I mean, if anyone was surprised by the match announcement Monday, then where have you been? It is so obvious. They can't do a #1 contender's tournament at Night of Champions, it's a PPV where every match is a title match. 2006, 2007, and 2008 ECW weren't even near as good as RAW. The matches (largely) sucked and the segments were dumb. 2009 ECW was money, though. Superstars is still better than either, though. You're right, RAW's booking sucks. TNA turning Abyss into Evad Sullivan, throwing away dream matches like RVD/Joe and Joe/Jeff Hardy on TV, and trying to make a bunch of guys who were relevant in 1997 relevant again is better than RAW. And re: WCW always having good matches, it's kind of impossible to put Rey Misterio Jr. in the ring with Eddy Guerrero, Psicosis, Ultimo Dragon, Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho, Juventud Guerrera, and the like (or any combination of them) and not get an amazing match. Beyond those matches, the rest of WCW's card was stupid booking and bad wrestling.

I haven't really cared about TNA since late 2006, I've watched off and on since then and pretty much just like the WWE it's nothing special at all...
I have to say all this talk about throwing away pay-per-view matches on TV is not really a factor today with pay-per-views every month now and most of them are just hyped up television shows and not worth paying for, if the buy rates for TNA are true of late and that is 7,000 then it's best in their minds to try and give people on iMPACT! matches they can get into and try to draw more people which isn't happening anyways so giving away pay-per-view matches really is not a factor anymore with TNA because no one cares if it is a dream pay-per-view match...
If TNA ever did get back to a product I would tune in every week that would be cool, WWE for me is a joke now but then again pro wrestling is no longer at a level I can enjoy like I did growing up...

Obviously we are not going to agree, so no problem. I think what we all can agree with is that the state of wrestling could be much better than it is currently.
