Does anyone know where I can find rules on how to run a boxing match?

Well here is what I remember from watching HBO years ago: Championship Matches
-12, 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest period in between -Rounds are scored on a 10 Point Must system. -No TKO -Fighter can not be saved by the bell -No Standing 8 Count -Only the doctor may stop the fight

If you're looking for Boxing, go find a copy of Title Bout... great boxing board game. The copy i have is from about 1980 or so, and has probably 1000 guys... all the current guys from every weight class, and a stack of all time guys for each class.
I think they've since come out with a PC version... it's a very good game... i've often considered adapting the game mechanics to wrestling, actually.

You my feel free to vent whatever frustrations you like, Holland. That's the point of the non-LWA forums here, after all

Title Bout was an awesome game. I had a slightly earlier version from the mid to late 80s Was really happy to have Mike Tyson in the set since was so huge back then. I think that Evander Holyfield was still in the middleweight class in my version of the game. Makes me want to get the box out of the attic and play a couple fights. Hagler-Leonard was always a "feud" match I would like to do. If i remember right, they slightly changed the rules from one set to the next, so the older "classic" cards had slightly different format and rules then the newer cards did. I guess they are all classics now lol. Not that I could name more then 10 current boxers anyways......
