I have to say, I don't think this set has as much star power as alot of them have... even Thesz, while a great name, isn't someone who's going to get anyone not already a hardcore wrestling fan excited. I don't think this set is going to net FG too many new customers, that's for sure. TBH, I think Lynn would make more sense in a LoTF set.. he's worked with those guys alot more, I think, other than RVD... and you know he's not going to be good enough stat-wise to hav a good feud with RVD.. he shouldn't really. RVD was THE guy in THE fed for a while, was huge in ECW, and is still huge in TNA. Jerry Lynn has been a good worker in alot of small US feds, a bit of a star internationally, and an RoH heavyweight champ.. not much comparision, IMO. I think Lynn should be in a LOW set. Danny Doring was nowhere near the star Lynn was, and he was in a main set. Nigel McGuinness, as well. There are others that I'd argue Lynn is just as valid an inclusion as they are but I'm half awake.

Jerry Lynn has been a good worker in alot of small US feds, a bit of a star internationally, and an RoH heavyweight champ.. not much comparision, IMO. I have to defend Lynn a little here. He had stints in WCW and the WWE. I would count him as a bigger name than Danny Doring, Justin Credible, Les Thatcher, Roadkill, Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness just to get started. The guy has serious street cred to be in the game if you ask me. As far as feuds go. He has the entire host of ECW guys to take on. And his feud with RVD... he lost every match they ever had against each other. So, the weaker stats will mean he's going to lose most or all of the matches. That's about right to me. Anyways, I imagine that Lynn will end up being about D'Lo Brown level on the Rahl rating scale. I feel that's about right for him. I personally am happy to have him as he'll be a good junior heavyweight and television title guy. As far as star power and bringing in new fans? Not every set can be like the last set was. This set is more about filling in gaps in the roster and giving us a big name in Lou Thesz.

True, true. I guess I was really hoping for Savage... but there's still a couple spots left To be honest, I just feel a little let down when it's a guy that already have a good bootleg. I know that's silly, but it is what it is

I don't use bootlegs much.
This set actually has a lot of guys I'm really looking forward to. Even Mr. X as I love jobbers. I would love a set of women wrestlers and jobbers.
Still hoping we get Rocky King and Italian Stallion one day.
