A quick note on my fed. I don't run it with any kind of real regularity. The rule is I have to run a single show a month so all of the titles can be defended. Aside from that, I run shows whenever I want. That could mean 5 shows in a week and it could also mean 1. It usually means 1 or 2 shows a week so far. I'm sure that will decrease as time goes by. The fed is currently about 5 weeks old.
A few notes:
The piledriver is illegal in Memphis, TN. All piledriver moves become DQ moves. This will be equal to the wrestler's DQ rating -1.
The NWA International belts will only be defended in Japan and Mexico. Due to this, the belts will rarely or never be mentioned in the United States. The wrestler will usually not even wear the belt to U.S. shows.
Current Champions:
NWA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobo Brazil NWA World Tag Team Champions: Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion: Tiger Mask NWA World Television Champion: Red Bastien NWA United States Champion: Ted Dibiase NWA United States Tag Team Champions: vacant NWA International Champion: Bruiser Brody NWA International Tag Team Champions: vacant NWA Hardcore Champion: vacant NWA Women's Champion: Sherri Martel

I got a WCW trading card signed in the mail by Norman Smiley. Good tag tourny, nice underrated group of semifinalists.

NWA Wrestling: 11/21/2010
from New Orleans, LA
A hooded figure was seen watching the show from the rafters throughout the night.
Penny Banner d. Trinity DeNucci with the SMALL CRADLE Banner dodged a charge in the corner and hit DeNucci with a top rope splash. Banner rolled her up with the Small Cradle and picked up the victory.
NEW NWA World Tag Team Champions Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson are out for an interview. Robertson talks about how no one believed that they could win these title belts. Just then the Masked Superstars attack. Masked Superstar catches Robertson with the Superstar Clothesline and locks on the Cobra Hold while Masked Superstar II uses the Backbreaker on Lyons. Security rushes out and manages to get the Masked Superstars out of the ring.
Just as things settle down the Midnight Express comes out of the crowd and attacks. They hit the Veg-O-Matic on Lyons and Robertson. The Midnight Express pose with the NWA World Tag Team Title belts and then head to the back.
the Sheik d. Virgil with the FIREBALL The Sheik smashed Virgil into the guard rail and then into the ring apron. Back in the ring, the Sheik caught Virgil with the Fireball and covered for the victory.
Lou Thesz is spotted in the crowd. When interviewed he mentions that he's pushing the Championship Committee to sign him against Buddy Rogers for Starcade. He wants to prove himself against the best in the world. And Buddy Rogers is one of the best in the world today.
the Heavenly Bodies d. Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Koko B. Ware with the SUPERKICK The Bodies caught Ware with the Rocket Launcher but Duggan managed to make the save. Lane followed that up with the Superkick and managed to get the victory for the Bodies.
NWA United States Champion Ted Dibiase is backstage. He holds the belt up to the camera and talks about how he defeated 4 men in one night to win this belt. He asks the so-called Living Legend if he's ever accomplished anything of that magnitude. Dibiase talks about how hard it is be a champion in the NWA. He asks the Living Legend if he has what it takes to take the title away from him.
Fritz Von Goering, Maurice Tillet and Youssuf Ishmaelo d. George "The Animal" Steel, Hillbilly Jim and Cousin Luke with a cobra clutch This one turned into a wild brawl from the start. Fritz Von Goering managed to lock a cobra clutch on Hillbilly Jim and picked up the win for his team.
Backstage the Sandman approaches Bill Alphonso. The Sandman brings up the subject of ECW and asks if Rob Van Dam and Sabu would be interested in it. Alphonso thinks that they would be agreeable to getting the band back together.
Les Thatcher d. Steve Corino with the STUMP PULLER Corino worked Thatcher over with fists to the face to start the match. Thatcher caught Corino with a back body drop and then a head scissors. Thatcher used the Stump Puller to pick up the win.
NEW NWA United States Tag Team Champions Al Snow and D'Lo Brown come out to the ring. Brown talks about how no one gave them a shot at winning these titles yesterday. Snow talks about how they couldn't have done it without the great management of HEAD. Brown gets a disgusted look on his face but let's Snow talk.
the Hennigs d. Killer Bees with a sunset flip This was a great back and forth match. Hennig caught Blair with the Hennig Plex but Brunzell made the save. Hennig caught Blair with a sunset flip and got the victory for the Hennigs. The Killer Bees continue to struggle to find success in the NWA.
Pepper Gomez comes down to the ring. He's the man with the cast iron stomach and he's going to prove it to all of the people in the crowd tonight. Gomez lays on the mat and has a random person from the crowd drop a bowling ball on his stomach. Gomez doesn't appear to feel a thing. He thanks the crowd for their time and heads to the backstage area.
Killer Kowalski d. Jim Londos with the KOWALSKI CLAW Kowalski caught Londos with the bombs away knee drop and then locked on his vicious Kowalski Claw and picked up an impressive victory for himself.
Kowalski refuses to break the hold on Londos after the match. Security tries to pull him off but can't seem to pry him loose. Londos finally manages to break the hold and falls out of the ring. Kowalski stalks him on the outside of the ring. Londos manages to recover enough and catches Kowalski with a dropkick and then locks on an arm bar. Security finally manages to subdue both men and drags them to the backstage area.
No. 1 Contenders Match: Midnight Express d. Masked Superstars with the VEG-O-MATIC Eaton and Condrey had trouble dealing with the pure size and power of Masked Superstar II. Eaton blasted him with a series of stinging right hands. Eaton hit him with a big top rope elbow drop. They finally managed to get Superstar II with the Veg-O-Matic. The Midnight Express will challenge Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson for the NWA World Tag Team Titles at Starcade.
Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson come out of the crowd with baseball bats after the match. They go after anyone that moves in the ring. Robertson catches Eaton in the knee with the bat and then clotheslines him with it. Lyons smashes Masked Superstar II with the bat right in the gut and then chokes it with him. Masked Superstar tries to help his partner and gets a bat in the back from Robertson. Dennis Condrey is the last man standing and he tries to beg off. Lyons and Robertson take turns punching him and then toss him to the outside of the ring.
George Hackenschmidt d. Steve Williams with the RUSSIAN BEAR HUG Williams took control early with a football tackle and the backdrop driver. Williams went for a cross body block but Hackenschmidt rolled through and almost stole a pinfall. Hackenschmidt applied a keylock armbar and then switched over to the Russian Bear Hug to pick up the victory.
Commissioner Gorilla Monsoon comes out before the main event. He bans John Pesek from ringside for this match. He wants a clear winner for this match.
Main Event: 2 Out of 3 Falls Match: NWA World Heavyweight Title Match: Bobo Brazil (c) d. Ed "Strangler" Lewis with the COCO BUTT Ed "Strangler" Lewis d. Bobo Brazil (c) with the STRANGLER'S HEADLOCK Bobo Brazil (c) d. Ed "Strangler" Lewis by DQ (2nd defense) This was the epic encounter that fans had been anticipating. Lewis worked Brazil over with a full nelson in the first fall and then locked on the Strangler's Headlock. Brazil managed to break the hold and caught Lewis with the Coco Butt to take the first fall. Brazil mauled Lewis in the early goings of the 2nd fall. Brazil missed a charge in the corner and Lewis just wore him down with the Strangler's Headlock. Brazil finally was forced to tap out. Lewis smelled blood as the 3rd fall began and locked the Strangler's Headlock on again. This time Brazil just barely got into the ropes. Lewis went for the Headlock again but this time Brazil powered out of the hold. Things spilled out of the ring and Pesek ran out and helped Lewis double team Brazil on the outside of the ring. The referee called for the disqualification as a result. Bobo Brazil retains the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
Lewis rolls Brazil back into the ring. Lewis locks on the Strangler's Headlock. Pesek puts the boots to Brazil as Lewis continues to work the Headlock.
Suddenly Commissioner Gorilla Monsoon appears on the entrance ramp. He signals towards the ring...
IRON MAN by Black Sabbath hits and the crowd explodes as the Road Warriors charge down to the ring. Lewis and Pesek try to bail out of the ring but they're too slow. Animal throws Lewis into the ropes and catches him with the Powerslam while Hawk runs over Pesek with a big clothesline. The Road Warriors hit the Doomsday Device on John Pesek as the show comes to a close.

I figure that a fitting debut for both men is to take each other on in familiar territory.

I posted on Kayfabe, but for the life of me, I don't think Gilbert and Dundee ever had a program against one another. That's hard to believe
