I also play S!O!S! - which is an MMA game and I love playing that, I just don't have the time. My wife kinda finds it boring, but it is really cool.

I think the system is better than Tom's. Unfortunately, his only way to make the game is if it's free. That would be a really bad hobby. If Alex had license to do the game it would be awesome but there is no way for it to happen.

I was always curious about that game... shouldve forked the cash over, oh well.

One being Superstar Pro Wrestling which featured real wrestlers and the other being Champions of the Galaxy which had fictional cartoonish looking guys (it was the original PWI ad I saw). I ended up talking my parents into getting me the Superstar Pro Wrestling game. Superstar was the shiz-nit. The cards had numbers and you filled in the names. I remember the friggin card numbers because I used them to remember my row number at the mall!! "We're parked in row 24. Larry Zybszko is number 24. Remember that." If you have the cards, I remember 20 + years ago. Please confirm my tardnation!! This was my favorite game time. I had one bootleg - me. I booked many cards. I was champ from time to time with a memorable feud with Bam Bam Bigelow. At one point I decided it was lame to have a card on me and had me injured by Bigelow. Months later a mysterious bearded wrestler appeared billed as Lex Luger's brother. We teamed up for awhile before my true identity as the former champ was revealed.

Other than the video games, I'd only ever played WWF RAW Deal before picking up LOW. Glad I didn't do it for long, that game was confusing.

I don't have a lot of time for the game currently, but it is loads of fun to play. I usually play while watching a UFC or Pride DVD.

Very cool Trav, I think i'll actually use him as some random early 80s guy no one has heard of. I picture him looking like a cross between Johnny Fever and Doctor Detroit with a Dracula cape.
