For those of you that have seen Kyle's recent charts in the promoter (or other boards)...here is my shot at some enhancement. Love to have feedback. What say you?
Maximum Wrestler Rahl Backyard (19) Small (24) Cult (29) Regional (34) National (39) Continental (44) Global (49) Monopoly (49+)
House Shows Monthly (Backyard) Bi-Weekly (Small) Weekly (Cult; Regional; National) Semi-Weekly (Continental; Global; Monopoly)
Weekly TV Time (in hours) Backyard (0) Small (1) Cult (2) Regional (2) National (3) Continental (4) Global (5) Monopoly (6)
PPVs None (Backyard; Small; Cult) Semi-Yearly (Regional) Quarterly (National) Bi-Monthly (Continental) Monthly (Global; Monopoly)
So a Backyard Fed could run monthly shows with no TV and no PPVs with the biggest name coming in at 19 Rahl such as Steve Corino or Bob Armstrong
A National Fed could run weekly house shows, 3 weekly hours of TV, quarterly PPVs with a max Rahl of 39 such as Giant Baba or George Hackenschmidt.
Or, another way to look at it...to get Ivan Koloff, Rick Rude, and the Road Warriors, you have to be at Regional or higher. Bundy, Zbyszko and the New Age Outlaws will work for Cult or above. Mil Mascaras will only work for Global or Monopoly.
Any thoughts?

Country Wide Build Up Idea for Legends of Wrestling:
So really how does a promotion really start out as a mainstream operation? Sure if you have tons of cash, huge names to sign you will get a good start. Perhaps you were a star in wrestling in the past. Either way there are ways to get good ratings in a home area or an area you worked for in the past. But what if you were an independent federation who is just starting. Sure you have some money to hire talent but not money to buy huge advertising and you have small sponsers who just keep you out of the red. But what about a fan following? IF you are just starting your business and are not part of an umbrella promotion how do you get the fans to come? Well this is my attempt to work as a brand new federation to build its reputation. The federation will start a 0% popularity in every state. After each show in each state, a roll on the populartiy chart will be rolled. Following the instructions will tell if the popularity goes up, down or stays the same. If the result is popularity goes up or down, then you roll on the partering percentage change chart to see the amount. (Note: Popularity can not go below 0 or above 100%)
Popularity Chart: d6 1: Promotion Loses Popularity. Roll on Popularity Percentage Chart 2-3: Promotion Has No Change in Popularity 4-6: Promotion Gains Popularity. Roll on Popularity Percentage Chart
Popularity Gain Percentage Chart: d6 1: Popularity Rises by 2% ONLY if the event had a Successful Title Change otherwise it is a 1% Rise 2: Popularity Rises 1% 3: If the Event had 6 or more matches and they had atleast 3 Fatigue Tokens 2% Rise, if not 1% Rise 4: Popularity Rises 1% 5: Popularity Rises 2% if a successful title defense was made by pinfall or submisson, if no 1% Rise 6: Popularity Rises 3%
Popularity Loss Percentage Chart: d6 1: Popularity Falls 2% if a Heel wins the Main Event Match Cleanly, if not 1% Decrease 2: Popularity Falls 1% 3: If the Event sees all titles defended change hands Decrease 2%, if not 1% Decrease 4: Popularity Falls 1% 5: Popularity Falls 2% if the Main Event ends in a Countout or DQ, if Not Falls 1% 6: Popularity Falls 3%
What Popularity does for your federation: There are many ways to use Popularity for your federation. It could help you decide money made, attendance and all other things money could be factored into a federation for. However what I am going to use it for is to build off of Kyle Dusenbury's stuff as well as Graymar's stuff as well to use the Rahl Ratings to build a federation. There is a popularity percentage that equals a level in status for your federation
Federation Status: 0-14%: Backyard 15-29%: Small 30-44%: Cult 45-59%: Regional 60-74%: National 75-89%: Contintental 90-100%: Global
What Level Status Does: What the Level Status does will determine what level wrestlers will be available for you to use on each card. Example will be directly from Graymar's post on the LP:
Backyard (19) Small (24) Cult (29) Regional (34) National (39) Continental (44) Global (49+)
