Yes, it's time to bring this over. I saw last week that I was almost done with 2088 and started playing again. Just starting 2089 and figured I'd post this here since it is my big fed. It's the one that I might take a long hiatus from but I always come back to in the end.
Anyways, if you haven't read this at the other board I will explain. This is the GWF starting in 2087 and it's designed to resemble 80s style wrestling. That means that television is comprised of mostly squash matches. The shows use mostly promos to build up to monthly arena shows at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena and quarterly PPVs. You'll notice that the vibe closely resembles what World Championship Wrestling was in the 80s.
The jobbers are CACs on COTGOnline that have Ursa Major's stats. In that program they're just hometown grapplers. I rename them for the posts with references to all sorts of things.
Enjoy as year 3 dawns in my GWF fed.

As Nexus is talking the Blood Brothers appear on the set. Pit Viper claps and congratulates the Titans on their big title win. He informs them that those belts are meant for the Blood Brothers and they intend to take them by any means necessary.
Just then the Blood Brothers attack. Splatter and Billy Jo Boxer brawl while Pit Viper and Lord Nexus exchange punches. They trash the set and continue to brawl through the arena. K.O. Keller tries to break things up and Pit Viper pushes him. Keller catches Viper with a left hook and he's stunned long enough for Lord Nexus to catch him with the Titan Drop. Torpor points out that Pit Viper touched K.O. Keller first and that it was self defense.
Darkos doesn't want to hear Torpor's technicalities. But that's not the point. He promised Pit Viper and Splatter that he was going to lead them to greatness this year and he plans to life up to his promise. He is going to lead them to the GWF Galaxian Tag Team Titles and as a bonus, Pit Viper gets to rub it in the face of the Titans.
Pit Viper wants Nexus to know that this has become personal. He looks forward to taking those championship belts away from the Titans. Nexus spent the better part of this decade holding him down and he's sick of it. It's time for him to spread his wings and fly on his own. Nexus can't hold him back anymore.

- Opening - Host is "Mr. DSPN" Torpor
GWF Galaxian Tag Team Champions TitanPower are in studio for an interview. Torpor asks if they're maybe looking past the Society of Death a little because the Blood Brothers have been much more active in coming after them.
Nexus says that you can never overlook any member of the Society of Death. They are far too dangerous in and out of the ring to ever look past them. Boxer wants to smack around that little punk Pit Viper some more. He's not going to forgive Viper for betraying the Titans like he did. That match is going to be beyond personal in his opinion.
