I agree with both MD and Havoc.. Swarm is nice when it comes GWFZ... while I wouldn't put it past him to attempt to take an anomyous shot at someone (remember Casey Jones Pitbull? Sharkbowl?,) he does seem to have real passion about the project. HE also wants people to like him for it.. and he certainly is smart enough to know I'd check the IP.
I'd be more inclined to think it was one of his boys... with or without his consent? Who knows?

But I'd like to think if he was told a description of card art for Brian Underpants (a card on the list for the set), that he would say something and not do it.

WF, you and I will have to see things differently friend.

Well, yeah, that seems like a pretty clear shot, if you'd didn't make it.
That's EXACTLY why I haven't bought any 'Z' stuff to date.. too many 'in' jokes... I don't want board issues and personalities in my fed, you kow?

I was alerted to this thread with a mention of the "I-CON boys" making fun of Brian for not participating in a Z tournament. Just to let it be known that that didn't happen at I-CON due to the sheer fact that we've only had 1 I-CON and that was last year and Brian didn't attend that one.
Please have information correct before using names like that so as to not damage or cause ill will towards a new midwest FG convention just starting up. Thank you.
I am no longer part of this conversation, just coming on here to clear the air in the good name of I-CON.

Sure, Strong is an in joke but he still has a character. Outside of him, there's no one that really jumps out at me.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say we take posts by 'guests' like that(that is, those cowards who using being anonymous to take shots at people) with several grains of salt.

The more I see of this set, the less I want it.
Take the last preview... 'Cardinal Sin'... not a bad concept.. if it was really what it looks like. I suspect from the banter it might actually be a parody of Joshsharpie.
Then there's Vegas' guys. While I totally understand people making themselves for this sort of project, -I- certainly don't need a card of anyone on the boards, and I'm sure they wouldn't need a Wildfire card. Between that and the 'tributes' to real wrestlers, I'm thinking there's probably a good 1/2 of the cards that I'd probably not use.

What makes you think Cardinal Sin is a parody character or that there is even one such character in the set? What makes you think Mr. Vegas created a card of himself? Where do you come up with this stuff?

What am I supposed to be looking at? That's a link. I'm asking you what makes you "suspect" Cardinal Sin is some joke parody card? What makes you accuse Mr. Vegas of creating a playing card for himself? Is there an announcement somewhere I missed where Swarm or Mr. Vegas said he was? What makes you assume there are cards like this in the set?
Don't show me a picture. I know what it looks like. I want to know what reasons you have to make those bold assumptions/accusations.
