Hi guys,
I own a PSP and was wondering what you considered to be the best all-around wrestling game for that platform? Pros? Cons? Best at making CAWs?
I do take people's advice before buying.
Thanks!

CAW mode in any PSP game is bad. It's all laggy and stuff and it takes forever to get appearances right. I'd say for gameplay, I'd go with SVR 2010 or 2011. 2011 has the better roster, but there's far too much to unlock, unless you're into having to unlock most of the roster. Anything pre SVR 2010 on PSP is plagued with ridiculous load times and just doesn't play all that well.

I have to concur with SF. The PSP, while having some great titles, is lacking in the wrestling title department. It is a shame, but no Fire Pro port ever made it onto the PSP and the Lucha Libre AAA: Heroes of the Ring has been near impossible to get you hands on.

The AAA game, AFAIK, actually never came out on PSP. Just PS3/360.

Figured it never came out They have the release date listed as July last year, which was three months before the console versions got released. Last word was that Konami axed the Wii/PSP versions because of poor sales on the console versions.

The TNA game is okay. I have only played it a few times and you have to play as Suicide in the storyline mode, which is ehhh!

And the people who ported the game to the PSP had no idea who Suicide was. They didn't know he was an on-screen character, which shows you how much they care about the TNA license.

I own 07 and 08 but after hearing about 10 I went ahead and purchased that for my PSP. (I got a brand new game for under $9) The game play as was reported is a lot better, the load time probably cut in half, and the overall LOOK to the game is great! And there is room to create 30 wrestlers instead of the 12 that was available on 08.
So for anyone else, who was like me and wondering if it is worth getting a new SVR for their PSP, it really is. The difference is night and day.
Thanks guys!
