To my surprise, when I checked my mailbox today, I saw that I got my copy of the newest Indy Circuit Pulse magazine (I guess it must have arrived yesterday) along with the newest official LOW card for Commissioner Charlie Cox.
Inside the magazine, on one page they have pictures of wrestlers and underneath the pictures it says: "Future Legends Coming Soon from Filsinger Games." So I am guessing the pictures are of some of the Indy wrestlers that will be part of the next LOW set. I only know the identities of som eof the wrestlers in these pictures:
POSSIBLE SPOILERS
Chris Hero (who won Survivial of the Fittest at the ROH show I went to last October) and Larry Sweeney are both pictured on this page and Mike Quzckenbush and also the The Heartbreak Express (Superstar Sean Davis and "Fabulous" Phil Davis) are also pictured on this page.
Does anybody else have this magazine and know the identities of the other 2 wrestlers shown on this page?

The other 2 are: Adam Pearce who is the current NWA Champ and wrestles for ROH. Ricky Landell who tags with Steve Corino as the Old School Blondes. He is also the most recent addition to the Extreme Horsemen which has apparently reformed in a couple indy feds.
I am hoping that the Backseat Boyz & SoCal Val will be included. They would fit in perfectly I think.
Would love to see "Sick" Nick Mondo in there as well. He would sell sets. I had talked to him about LOW before there were any indy cards out there and he had said at that time that he was interested but didn't feel like he was worthy to be in a game like that. (paraphrased) On my Indy Legends bootlegs page I have his contact info along with the contact info for most of the other indy wrestlers I have made cards for...in case any one cares.

Wow, some very quality guys from the indy scene! Glad to see the Heartbreak Express in there, as well as Hero & Quackenbush. Good stuff!

Adam Pearce is a peice of human waste. the rest of the lineup I'm happy about (well, I don't like Quck much either, but he's good in the ring). It gives some guys who've toiled away for a while and some who are on the brink of noteriety a chance to get some recognition.

Why is Adam Pearce so bad?

smathis,
In hindsight I shouldn't have written that. Wrestling-wise I'm sure he's as good as anyone in the set. I should've left that comment to myself, since it deals with my feelings of the man as they are colored by his past actions away from the ring and not of his ringwork.
Back on topic, again I am glad that some of these guys who've really given it there all are getting some recognition. They will enhance the game for anyone who wants to run a more current real-life based group.

Oh, that's cool. I didn't know if it was a personal issue or marking out on his heel work.
I hate it when people who I'd *like* to admire for their work turn out to be complete a-holes. I once met (or rather got to be in the same general space) as Billy Corgan.
I was a total Smashing Pumpkins fan until that day. Now it's very difficult for me to listen to their music without that experience clouding my judgment. Sure, time's gone by (~13 years) and he's probably a different person now (god, I'd hope so).
But it's always a bummer (for me) when really talented individuals fail to own up to being decent people.

No, my marking out days ended long ago. But if I was going to mark out for anyone current, it wouldn't be him. I never liked that kind of hammy heel stuff he does. I just don't buy his act.

I personally like Pearce for his in ring work and for his gimmick in general. Definitely know nothing about his personal life so I have no judgement of that. I just enjoy what I have seen of him on the dvds that I have.
I also enjoy Quack even though some of his moves are a little over the top.
Not a huge Hero fan though. Great technical wrestler but as with Quack his moves can be a bit much.

The fact that Chris Hero is in this set is enough for me! Hero RULES!

Question for those who got the last issue, is my article about Wrestle Fan Fest in it?
