This is only in this section as It relates to my GWF fed. As I'm sure some of you do, I bounce around from fed to fed (or time period to time period) to keep things interesting. I have a LOW fed, three time periods in GWF (Early Classics, Original and Current - all one timeline, but different periods) and a GWFZ fed (though I've let that one slip a bit). I have the feds divided up in binders so after I play a few game months of one, I can slip it back in the binder, grab another binder and play a few months of the next. Anyway, I took out GWF Early Classics the other night, looked at my booking sheet and played out a SuperCard I'd been building up to. I went to go enter the results on gwf.mrgrant.com (cheap plug) and lo and behold, I realized I'd already rolled out the card when I'd been playing the set the last time (I'd skipped a page on accident in my results notebook and didn't realize I'd already rolled it out). I am such a stickler for stats I always count EVERY match, so I don't just want to throw these results out. I'm thinking to make it fit storyline wise I could change the SuperCard to all two out of three fall matches and roll out the last fall of those matches that need it. But I'm just throwing this out there...how would you go at it?

I would count it as best two out of three and roll the third falls.
Also, your way of fed organization sounds really good. I'm seriously considering doing this. I've been really sloppy on my bookkeeping since I stopped my original fed timeline back in 2000.
Thanks for your inadvertant help!

Thanks for your inadvertant help! You're welcome. I love hearing how folks have their feds organized. May seem silly but I'm always looking for new ways to set things up. I have a binder for each Fed (or time period) GWF Early Classics GWF 2087-2119 GWF 2119 on GWFZ and LOW in each of those binders is the current roster, current handbook. Booking sheets for that year and the spiral notebook I used to write down all my results. Then I have a thick plastic clip board that opens up and has storage inside. In there I keep two sets of charts (modern and classic as I only use the classic charts for the classic GWF feds), the dice, markers, tally sheets, ringside companions, etc. Anything needed to play the game. So when I want to switch feds I can just grab the binder for the fed I want to play and and the clipboard and I'm all set. After a game year, I put all booking sheets in a HUGE binder (divided by year) so I can look back if need be. Anyway, that's how I do it.

Thats a pretty good way of doing it. If one fed starts to get in a lull you can switch to anothe one and take a break if you want. Organization has been a huge part of my problem over the years.

I like the 2 of 3 falls idea too, or it can be like the old days, where they'd tour and do the same cards in different places.
As to organization, I generally do stuff on excel... so I have a spread sheet for each fed. The results sometimes go in a spreadsheet, or sometimes a document (if it's something I post)

I've got a similar problem. I played out the first 13 cards of my GWF 2124 year. I had hand-written results. I updated my Championship History and W-L Spreadsheet. I thought that I had typed my hand-written results up, but either I didn't or I forgot to save.
Making matters worse, I have misplaced/lost my original notes. I know what my Deimos Perennial card matches were (I found those notes).
Should I reboot the year or have a "hole" in my results?

I did the same thing with my EC fed... I was up to 2084, planning out the big code breaking, and somehow my notebook vanished. I ended up starting over, because I like looking back at stuff. Of course, once I did so and made some progress, I found my stats (still not the results though) but still... I still hope the results will turn up at some point

Something similar happened to me. A certain someone deleted the Deuce and my Memphis fed and parts of my EC fed with it. My EC fed is in a notebook, my Memphis fed had a ton of stuff written out that wasn't kept anywhere else. Needless to say, that Memphis fed is not around anymore.
So you lost all 13 shows?

I think so. I found my notes (typed) with the planned cards for Deimos Perennial (it's a two-day event that opens my year) and a hand written note for the lineup to card #13. No results to be found anywhere.

After it was deleted Holland was able to get pro boards to partially restore it. Quite alot was still missing but your memphis fed might be there
