Bloodline and Phantasy debuted in 2109 American Guy, U.S. Male and Encubus debuted in 2112 Tanck and Shann-Ra in 2114 Swarm and Tauran in 2115

yeah, that art is terrible... probably Carter's worst.
That's kinda amazing that 2109 is the oldest wrestler... that's only 16 years! That would like WWE not having anyone who started before 1995. I didn't realize there was that much turnover.

While I agree with you 100%, I'd be shocked if it ever happens... printing a book is far more expensive, has more risk, and a lower margin than the PDF version.
