Greetings!! Reports of my untimely demise have (yet again, lol) been greatly exaggerated... I think.. (checks pulse... WHEW!!)... yepper, they have been... Sooooooo, i STILL do not have full time or even reliable part time internet access, and since I have discovered that trying to be a part of a fed that depends on group interaction is NOT apparently feasible right now, I have decided to start putting up my results here.. It might be frequent or a L O N G time between, but at least it won't hold back or affect anyone else, lol... So, soon (relatively speaking of course, lol) I will be putting up my roster for PCICW and begin posting as I am able to get here and have results handy, lol... PCICW will be based out of... (wait for it... WAIT for it.....) PORTLAND, OREGON!!!!! We will however run cards up and down the west coast, Hawaii and (once the aftershocks slow down) Japan... I will be trying to reclaim my lost desktop files and am trying desperately to replace the LOW 1-9 sets that my ex mother-in-law threw away when i moved across the country, lol... In the mean time, I will limp through with the limited roster I have and hope you will all enjoy it.. Eventually, this might branch out as my hobbits are gaining interest in the game and when/if i can replace the cards I might be running several feds to keep them happy (cuz we all know that each child needs their own fed, lol.. just ask Shane and Steph, LMAO!!!) In the meantime, if anyone would like to see my BEAUTIFUL new arrival, you can see her at... web.mac.com/dfliesen/MiaHope to be here again soon!!!

Thanx all for the welcome and the kind words... am finishing up figuring out who all I still have in DT or PDF and will have a final roster up soon...
PCICW will operate with a revolving 3-roster system...
Roster "A" will be the "home team" and will put on the shows up nd down the West Coast of the USA... "outside wrestlers" (wrestlers i do not actively use, or find/get access to afterwords, lol) will make the occasional sort term drop in and will at times develop into full time roster members...
Roster "B" will be the "international diplomats" and will put on shows in Hawaii/Japan and any other Pacific Islands we decide to invade, lol... Roster B will have a small selection of "international talents" that drop in and out whist they tour... these wrestlers will NOT be part of the PCICW roster and will unlikely perform on US soil...
Roster "C" will be the "touring" roster and will be out and about the USA hitting other territories and wreaking havoc (kayfabe: these wrestlers will be shelved for the 3 month rotation so i keep roster sizes manageable, lol... these wrestlers WILL be available for random appearances to shake things up...)
Roster slots will be determined at "random" every 3 months (kayfabe: Rosters really will be random except for occurrences where i am enjoying a particular feud and want to not split up the participants or where i need certain body in a certain place to further a plot line)...
There will be 2 types of tag teams in PCICW: Full-time and Part-time... Full time teams (i.e. the Samoans or Kangaroos) will travel as a unit and will always (kayfabe: unless for a specific purpose to further an "injury or angle) be on the same roster... Part-Time teams (i.e. The Dogs of War, Canadian Mafia or Chono/Tenzan) are made up of Singles members who function exceptionally well as a team... Part-time team members will be slotted together as a team every other tour and will be slotted randomly (allowing the possibility but not necessity of teaming together even if they land in the same roster)... The exception will be any Part-time team holding a recognized PCICW Tag Title and will be considered Full-time for at least the duration of their reign... On occasion PCICW management will exercise the right to recognize a Part-time team as a Full-time for the duration of their time together.
Well, there is the nutshell idea for what I am thinking.. hopefully within the next few days i will have the full Roster and initial "A", "B", "C" selections posted... Any and all feedback/questions/opinions are welcome...
On a personal note, I appreciate the support and friendships of a good number of the promoters here, thank you all!! Also, I have this set as my home page and as my comp scans, desperately seeking a connection for me to ste... erm, BORROW, it will find and put me online for about 2-10 seconds a LOT throughout the day, so if it looks like I am here.. I probably was for about a handful of seconds, lol

PCICW PRESENTS: NEW BEGINNINGS weirdjerod, So-Cal Val, Gary Hart, Mr Fuji, Lou Albano and Canadian PittBull enter the ring to the thunderous applause of the crowd and weirdjerod takes the mic... "Ladies and Gentlemen... WELCOME BACK TO WHERE IT ALL BEGINS AGAIN!!!!!!!! Tonight is not about this selection of talent you see in this ring, but over the next 3 nights you are going to see crowned the first PCICW International Heavyweight champion, then next weekend we will crown our PCICW International Tag Team Champions... The faces in this ring are familiar and you will come to know us all indepthly!!! But the next 3 nights are about These 32 men and YOU!! the fans!!!! So sit back, relax and enjoy yourselves!!! PCICW is proud to bring to you 3 nights of NEW BEGINNINGS!!!!!!!" 1-Inoki 2-Bad News Antonio Inoki v Bad News Allen: A hotly contested match-up between two martial arts tough men. This back and forth showcase was an excellent beginning to this long-awaited championship tournament. Both men displayed the toughness that has made them champions and the versatility that has made them legends. In the end it was a series of Ghetto Blasters by Allen that bested the Enziguiris of Inoki from earlier in the match up... With a Ghetto Blaster in 9 mins 37 secs... BAD NEWS ALLEN ***1/2 3-Dynamite 4-Stasiak Dynamite Kid v Stan 'The Man' Stasiak: This standard "David versus Goliath" match-up proved to be a bit less than the hype would have left us hoping for. Despite a strong showing at the opening bell, one quick trip outside the ring spelled the difference maker for Stasiak. Once the action spilled outside the ring, DK was able to take control and dissect the larger Stasiak. A series of high flying maneuvers left the big man reeling and appearing confused, a Snap Suplex and top-rope headbutt left him pinned. After the match, Stasiak required assistance to the back and appeared quite disoriented... With a Flying Headbutt in 7 mins 23 secs... DYNAMITE KID ** 5-Ishmaelo 6-Sheik The Sheik (w/ Abdullah Farouk) v The Terrible Turk, Youssuf Ishmaelo: This exhibition in violence was all we expected and more from these two pioneers of hardcore wrestling. The bad blood flowed freely as these two violent legends legitimately seem to dislike one another and were happy to let it show. The advantage traded hands more times than Lita in a WWE locker room. As the tokens mounted and the internal blood levels dropped, it was the referee's patience that finally gave in as he called for the bell after Turk smashed the Sheik with a chair outside the ring... Via dq outside the ring for use of a chair by the Terrible Turk in 8 mins and 41 secs... THE SHEIK (w/ Abdullah Farouk **/****1/2 (Technical/Hardcore) [Kayfabe note: usually i make no difference between the 2 for * rating.. but occasionally a match comes along that requires it.. this was one, lol] 7-Gama 8-Zbyszko Great Gama v Stanislaus Zbyszko: Another great match-up in the storied rivalry of these 2 men leaves Zbyszko still looking for a way to defeat the Great One. A dazzling display of move and counter-move by these 2 mat technicians to begin the match saw Zbyszko with 2 near falls on Gama, perhaps coming closer than anyone has to upending him. After Gama reversed an attempted back body drop off the ropes, it was no looking back and the Northern Lights Suplex claimed another victim... With the Northern Lights Suplex in 4 mins 21 secs... THE GREAT GAMA *** 9-Graham 10-Ladd 'Superstar' Billy Graham v Ernie 'The Big Cat' Ladd: A classic battle of two big, strong, charismatic performers. The pre-match jaw-jacking was eaten up by the fans and promised great things to come, which these 2 giants delivered in spades. Fantastic back and forth brawling between these 2 in and out of the ring had the fans on their feet for most of the match. As it became clear that beating in one another's heads would not bring home the win, both men resorted to more devious means, culminating in Ladd using an illegal choke for several minutes to set up for the Asian Spike... Withe the Asian Spike in 11 11 mins 33 secs... ERNIE "THE BIG CAT" LADD ***1/2 11-Rose 12-Colon 'Playboy' Buddy Rose v Carlos Colon: One of the sleeper matches of the tournament, these 2 veterans showed and asked no quarter as both men tried the pick up the coveted win to advance in the tourney. great catch-as-catch-can wrestling and donnybrook style brawling highlighted this match. Sadly this particular referee seems to carry with him the spirit of the now-defunct PNW and dq'd both men as soon as they left the ring... For Illegal brawling outside the ring in 6 mins 21 secs... BOTH MEN ARE DISQUALIFIED, GIVING ERNIE LADD A SECOND ROUND BYE **** 13-Race 14-Schmidt Hans Schmidt v Harley Race: Race started with a great selection of wrestling, but as the German giant continued to drag the match outside the ring, Harley showed his toughness and willingness to bend the rules (into a pretzel). Both men received numerous warnings for their actions outside the ring (leaving us wondering how Rose and Colon were viewing the leniency exhibited in this match...). A blown spot off the top turnbuckle by Schmidt allowed Race to land a Piledriver, a Swinging Neckbreaker and then lock in an Indian Deathlock for over a minute before the German menace could take no more... With an Indian Deathlock in 10 mins 13 secs... HARLEY RACE **1/2 15-JYD 16-Andre Andre the Giant v Junkyard Dog: This battle of beloved fan favorites was filled with great sportsmanship and hard-hitting action. JYD proved he is double tough and worthy of being in this tourney as he took it right to the Giant, taking a shelacking and handing it right back. The rock solid head of the JYD accounted for 2 very close calls for Andre, but a missed turnbuckle charge led to this Dog's day coming to an end as Andre was able to land his patented Splash... With the Big Splash in 6 mins 49 secs... ANDRE THE GIANT *** 17-Baba 18-Bundy King Kong Bundy V Sohei 'Giant' Baba: This battle between these two behemoths shook the ring as they threw more heavy leather at each other than Chuck and Billy did behind closed doors. These 2 giants pounded each other from pillar to post to the delight of the fans. Bundy seemed to be on the fast track to victory when, much like a Jerry Lawler marriage, tragedy struck and a missed turnbuckle charge landed him outside the ring. Visibly stunned from the fall, he crawled back into the ring to Baba's waiting arms... With a Neckbreaker Drop in 8 mins 19 secs... SOHEI 'GIANT' BABA **** 19-Rogers 20-Stecher 'Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers (w/ Lou Albano) v Joe Stecher: What looked like one of the best match-ups of round one on paper was sadly as one-sided as Chyna after the infamous "deflation" incident. Stecher showed up and that is about it as Rogers simply dominated the match... With the Figure Four Leglock in 4 mins 33 secs... 'NATURE BOY' BUDDY ROGERS 1/2* 21-Snuka 22-DiBiase Ted DiBiase v Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka: This match was marred by controversy, as Snuka was continuously being admonished and reprimanded for his "questionable actions". After the referee dq'd Snuka for his "actions outside the ring" (effectively ignoring DiBiase's actions), Snuka grabbed the ref by the throat and "convinced him" to restart the match. The referee called for a dq a second time only a few minutes later (wisely calling for it as he left the ringside area). Snuka snapped and pummeled a barely concious DiBiase before landing the Superfly Leap and counting his own 3-count. DiBiase was assisted to the dressing room afterward... Via dq for "illegal activity outside the ring" in 8 mins 37 secs... TED DIBIASE **1/2 23-Piper 24-Sawyer 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper v 'Maddog' Buzz Sawyer: An absolutely great match-up between these two old rivals. Advantage was traded multiple times as both men show-cased both their wrestling acumen as well as their sadistic streaks. Unfortunately the "Ghost of PNW past" visited the unfortunate Hot Rod as he was dq'd for using his belt as a whip (it should be noted that BOTH men had received numerous warnings for their use of foreign objects prior to this). However, something as simple as a ring bell sounding meant little to these two gladiators as they continued to brawl so intently that other wrestlers and security were sent down to separate them. Sawyer finally ducked a Turnbuckle charge and sent the rowdy Scott to the arena floor where he was forcibly removed from the ringside area as Sawyer was restrained in the ring from pursuing... Via dq for use of a foreign object in 11 mins 47 secs... 'MADDOG' BUZZ SAWYER **** 25-Thesz 26-Norton Lou Thesz v Scott Norton: Power v Technique has never been truer than in this match-up. Norton used his super-human strength to take an early advantage over Thesz, keeping the consumate pro off balance with his amazing displays of power. A miscue by Norton on an attempted clothesline gave Thesz all the opening he needed to take control and wear the massive Norton down with Grecco-Roman maneuvers and flawless mat wrestling. Norton fought gamely for several minutes before the wily vet was able to take him to the mat for the 3-count... With the Thesz Press in 8 minutes 17 secs... LOU THESZ ***1/2 27-Gotch 28-Kobashi Frank Gotch v Kenta Kobashi: Kobashi used his power advantage to it's fullest, keeping the mat technician working harder than X-Pac in a jailhouse shower. In the end, Gotch's technical game wore down the Japanese powerhouse... With the Gotch Toehold in 13 minutes 22 secs... FRANK GOTCH *** 29-Fujinami 30-Destroyer Tatsumi Fujinami v The Destroyer: These 2 legends of Japanese Wrestling showed why Japanese wrestling has long been looked at with such affection and admiration by wrestling purists. The Destroyer continually kept the Dragon off balance and on the defensive with his wide array of technical prowess, frustrating and countering almost everything his Japanese foe could unleash. Fujinami showed why he is viewed as one of the greatest as he weathered an inhuman amount of punishment (collecting 7 tokens in the process.) Fujinami bided his time waiting for an opening and one error is all he needed to lock in the Grounded Cobra Twist seemingly from nowhere... With the Grounded Cobra Twist in 12 minutes 21 secs... TATSUMI FUJINAMI **** 31-Watson 32-Brazil 'Whipper' Billy Watson v Bobo Brazil: Watson used his vast array of moves to keep the mostly power based Brazil off his game and on the defensive for most of the match. Brazil was only able to mount any sort of sustained offense just once, but that was long enough to land a series of Coco Butts that allowed for a surprised Watson to fall to a quick 3 count. A disgruntled Watson refused Brazil's hand after the match... With a Coco Butt in 8 mins 56 secs... BOBO BRAZIL ***

Man, you go out in the first round of a 32-man tournament, how long until you might get a chance at the title? Lot of good matches, good commentary (Lita, Lawler remarks).

PCICW PRESENTS: NEW BEGINNINGS
(night two) Round 2: 1-Bad News Allen 2-Dynamite Kid Dynamite Kid v Bad News Allen: Some things never change and this rivalry seems to be one of them. These two men tore right into each other as if it was still the early 80's in Calgary. A great back and forth match that saw Bad News utilize a foreign object to wear down and control the Kid for this match. However, like Lassie and Timmy, he went to the well one too many times and the referee called for the bell awarding this one by dq to Dynamite Kid... Via DQ for use of a foreign object in 11:32... DYNAMITE KID *** 3-The Sheik 4-Great Gama The Sheik (w/ Abdullah Farouk) v The Great Gama: Gama manhandled the Sheik in this match, using his vast array of technical prowess to keep the crazed Arab off balance. The only real offense the Sheik got were several shots with his infamous sharp object. Thanks to the timely interference by Farouk, the referee remained blissfully ignorant of the constant rules infractions. Finally, in a fit of frustration, Gama used the Sheik's own tactics against him outside the ring. Unfortunately, w/o a corner man to draw the official's attention elsewhere, Gama got caught red-handed and the ref called for the bell... Via dq outside the ring for use of a timekeeper's bell, in 6:22... THE SHEIK **1/2 5-Ernie Ladd 6-Bye Ernie Ladd receives a second round bye 7-Harley Race 8-Andre the Giant Harley Race v Andre The Giant: Harley started strong, using his mat skill and superior speed to keep the big man off balance, even successfully slamming the Giant at one point. Then, Andre apparently woke up and decided it was time to win.. so he did... With the Big Splash in 9:44... ANDRE THE GIANT ***1/2 9-Giant Baba 10-Buddy Rogers Giant Baba v 'Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers: Food Poisoning? Jet Lag?? One night too many with weirdjerod's main squeeze, ODB??? Whatever the cause, Baba seemed about as effective in the ring as the Ultimate Warrior in a spelling bee. On this night the Japanese Legend never got in the match and Rogers was right there to capitalize on this short, but forgettable, debacle... In 5:33 with an Atomic Drop... 'NATURE BOY' BUDDY ROGERS 1/2* 11-Ted DiBiase 12-Buzz Sawyer Ted DiBiase v 'Maddog' Buzz Sawyer: Another controversial match involving DiBiase. A great back and forth early match saw the referee make 2 questionable counts against DiBiase, both times looking to have been match ending 3-counts, but on both occasions an apparent last second hesitation allowed DiBiase to get his shoulder up. After a late match collision with the referee, DiBiase pulled out all the stops and pummeled Sawyer outside the ring, busting him open. With a second referee headed to the ring, DiBiase appeared to engage in heated conversation with him. This gave Sawyer the time he needed to recover and hit the Flying Powerslam for the win. After the match, 4 masked men ran down and attacked Sawyer with his own chain under DiBiase's direction. The combined force of Lou Thesz, Andre and the Dogs of War were enough to encourage DiBiase and his cronies to exit the ringside area... With a Flying Powerslam in 12:41... 'MADDOG' BUZZ SAWYER **** 13-Lou Thesz 14-Frank Gotch Lou Thesz v Frank Gotch: We only need 2 words to explain this match-up: "just wow". These 2 legends brought their A-game and showed the world just how NOT boring old school wrestling can be. back and forth hold and counter-hold was the calling card of this match-up, and both men proved why they are spoken of in hushed whispers (well, so is Pat Patterson's affinity for ring-boys, but THAT is a whole different whisper...) Sadly the end was a bit anti-climactic and as abrupt as the end of a Sid Vicious run in wrestling when Thesz got a surprise 3-count after a dropkick... With a Flying Dropkick in 19:37... LOU THESZ ****3/4 (would have been 5 stars if not for the ending...) 15-Tatsumi Fujinami 16-Bobo Brazil Tatsumi Fujinami v Bobo Brazil: This was a great contrast of styles and the fans absolutely loved this instant classic of David v Goliath. Tatsumi kept the big man reeling with quick hits and solid mat work, but Goliath returned the favor with hard hitting punches and bone-jarring bodyslams. Fujinami looked to have it wrapped up with a quick Dragon Suplex, but Brazil fought back, culminating in a stiff series of Coco Butts for the win... With the Coco Butt in 11:57... BOBO BRAZIL **** In a spectacular World Tag-Team Championship match, The Road Warriors def the Midnight Express when Animal pinned Stan Lane following a Powerslam. This match was a great match-up of size v speed, but the Midnights (even with Cornette and Condrey at ringside to help) could not keep a sustained advantage over the big World Champs. After a miscue against Hawk, Eaton found himjself laid out courtesy of Cornette's Tennis Racket. As Hawk chased the diminuitive manager to the back, Condrey tried to jump Animal from behind. Unfortunately for Camp Cornette, Animal side stepped and sent Lane and Condrey head to head. Animal followed with a bone jarring powerslam for the win... With a Powerslam in 17:43... Winners and STILL World Tag Team Champions... THE ROAD WARRIORS ***1/2

PCICW PRESENTS: NEW BEGINNINGS
(night three) Round 3 (No Disqualification): 1-Dynamite Kid 2-The Sheik The Dynamite Kid v The Sheik (w/ Abdullah Farouk): The Sheik proved his toughness, accumulating 7 tokens in this bloddy affair, but even Farouk's presence at ringside could not affect this outcome as DK came on like a freight train. A series of amazing snap suplexes and one bone crushing Superplex were just the set up for the Flying Headbutt which put the crazed Sheik down for good. The constant interference of Farouk ended up costing him as the Kid found a leftover headbutt to serve him as well... with thet Flying Headbutt in 8:44... THE DYNAMITE KID **1/2 3-Ernie Ladd 4-Andre The Giant Andre the Giant v Erni 'The Big Cat' Ladd: These two men are no strangers to each other and set out to prove who IS the dominant Giant. Ladd started strong and kept Andre off balance with hit and run tactics. Ladd's onslaught looked like it might pay off as he even got the big man down and earned two near falls. Then, like The Undertaker rising slowly to a sitting position or Dusty rising with great sorrow from an empty plate, Andre decided it was time to be done... With the Big Splash in 8:57... ANDRE THE GIANT *** 5-Buddy Rogers 6-Buzz Sawyer 'Maddog' Buzz Sawyer v 'Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers: Sawyer came out full of piss and vinegar, but the referee stepped in and grabbed the Maddog's chain before he could attack Rogers. Sawyer got in a shouting match with the ref and Rogers capitalized, hammering down hard on a distracted Sawyer who never really got going in this one... with a quick Pin with the ropes for leverage... 'NATURE BOY' BUDDY ROGERS **1/2 7-Lou Thesz 8-Bobo Brazil Bobo Brazil v Lou Thesz: Thesz was on a mission and NO ONE was going to stand in his way here. The match began and ended with a handshake, but in between, it was ALL (8 tokens) Thesz. Brazil refused to go into the night quietly, but quietly or not, tonight was made for Thesz... With the Thesz Press in 11:44... LOU THESZ * Lou Albano comes out in the intermission: Albano: "May the good Lord Jesus bless you and keep you... Now listen up, Daddy, the old Captain has something to tell ya!! As you all know, it was announced that we had one unannounced team for our Tag Team tournament... NOT ANY MORE!!! The good Captain has scoured the planet, from the top o' the mountain, to the lowest over-turned rock, and has found THE crown jewel of teams to add to the tournament!! Now, next weekend the tag tourney starts and THIS team will be..." Jim Cornette is seen rushing from the back waving his tennis racket and a piece of paper: Cornette: "Now just a dad-gum minute, Fatty!!! My momma's lawyers have something for you to try and sound out.. A CONTRACT, legally binding, you buffoon!! (Stan Lane and Bobby Eaton have joined Cornette at ringside) When you brought us in for that cheap shot match against those 2 over-muscled, mascara wearing inbreds, you signed us on for the whole season!! and THAT, fat man, includes a GUARANTEED shot at your two-bit Tag Titles, and we are cashing that in!!! Sweet Stan, Beautiful Bobby and..." Albano (smiling): "Now, now, now, Junior, don't blow a vein or soil yerself. The ol' Captain is WELL aware of that contract and had a slightly different idea for you and the Express, but if yer not inter..." Cornette (turning Red): "Differetn? DIFFERENT!!?? You hackneyed has-been!!! What Momma Cornette wnats for her little boy, Momma Cornette GETS!!! If you think..." Albano (signalling to the back and Cornette's Mic is silenced): "Careful what you wish for Jimmy, your boys can face the team i brought in for that spot... RIGHT NOW!!!" Midnight Express (w/ Jim Cornette) v : As Albano's words sink in on the fuming Cornette and his Midnights, two large men with the hoods of their robes pulled up run down to ringside and clear the ring in quick order. The hoods pull back to reveal... Doc and Gordy!!!! This match got off to a huge start with the Miracle Violence Connection dominating the early action. A fluke turnbuckle miscue gave the Midnights a new lease on life. Both teams displayed a high level of tag team excellence, but the power difference started to show, as Doc and Gordy moved back into control. A series of hard hitting maneuvers had Doc primed for the win after the Oklahoma Stampede.
