Ted Dibiase beat The Destroyer with a flying knee drop off the top turnbuckle. The Iron Sheik defeated Antonio Rocca by submission with a camel clutch. Roy Hefferman beat Road Warrior Hawk with a stepover toehold in a preview of next week’s tag team title match. Andre The Giant crushed Mr. Fuji with a choke slam followed by a Big Splash in 6:09. The Killer Bees defeated The Dream Team with a double atomic drop on Greg Valentine.

Red Bastien beat Johnny Rodz with an atomic drop in 3:14. Ox Baker defeated Hillbilly Jim with a heart punch. Larry Zybysko defeated Yukon Eric with backbreaker in 10:00. Jimmy Snuka and Hacksaw Jim Duggan handed The Dream Team another loss when Valentine missed a top rope knee smash and Snuka got the quick cover. Doctor Death Steve Williams beat The Magnificent Muraco with an Oklahoma Stampede following interference by The Grand Wizard. In a non title match LWF Champion Lou Thesz put away Gorgeous George with a Greco roman backdrop in 14:59. The Road Warriors retained their LWF Tag Team Titles by defeating the Kangaroos with a Animal power slam on Al Costello.

LWF Ladies Champion Ida Mae Martinez defeated Sensational Sherri Martel in with a dropkick to retain her title. Larry Zybysko defeated Ted Dibiase with a piledriver following head rams into the exposed turnbuckle. In a great back and forth match Cowboy Bob Orton beat Red Bastien with a superplex in 22:45. The Kangaroos beat the team of Special Delivery Jones and Hillbilly Jim with a boomerang on Jones in 7:30. Andre The Giant crushed Johnny Rodz with a underhook suplex in the time of just 5:09. Despite Gorgeous George getting the advantage early on with Georgie pins and interference by Sherri Dupre The Destroyer defeated George in 14 minutes with a figure four leglock. The Killer Bee’s went toe to toe against the Road Warriors in a non title match. The Bee’s performed like a well oiled machine showing off great tag team skills while the Road Warriors relied on their superior power. The Warriors came out on top at the 14 minute mark with a doomsday device on Jim Brunzell following s spike piledriver. LWF Champion Lou Thesz won by disqualification over The Iron Sheik when the Sheik was disqualified for body slamming Thesz on the concrete floor outside the ring.
LWF Championship Wrestling Highlights
- After teaming with several different partners over the last month Hillbilly Jim introduces his Cousin Luke as his official partner. Their debut match will be against the Dream Team Of Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake next week in Rochester New York
- Despite losing(non title) their match against the LWF Tag Team Road Warriors LWF officials have decided to give The Killer Bee’s a title shot due to an outstanding performance. In two weeks in Allentown's Agricultural Hall
- Iron Sheik denied a rematch against LWF champion Lou Thesz will have to settle for a 10 man over the top battle royal with the winner facing Thesz the same night for the LWF title. In three weeks when The LWF returns to the Philadelphia Spectrum. Also signed for the big spectrum card a special attraction match between Chief Jay Strongbow and Mr. Fuji
