www.asggames.com/asgstore/agora.cgiDon't know if anyone has tried this. It is very similar to the old APBA Board & Die game. You can download 9 holes with a demo assortment of players. It can be pricey depending on how far you get in it. I ordered this last week and have been having a ball with it and playing non-stop. I loved the old APBA Golf game. The problem was playing through with guys that you didn't care about plus the boards could be massive. The computer takes care of all of those issues extremely well and giving a buttload of stats as well. Currently I have the 50s-60s (one set), the 70s and the 80 as well as 4 courses plus about 12 quick play courses. Pretty deep pick if you like this sort of thing. I may post some of my results later if interested.

Quite a bit of parity. Looks interesting... I had a Avalon Hill Golf game back in the day that was pretty cool.. never did anything so ambitious though!

Probably has to do with the use of HOF type cards... Of course, I didn't mention the 13 (out of 115) guys that had less than $10,000 in winnings in 1970...or the 8 (out of 100) with less than $10,000 in the Greatest Tour... Next up...1980!

As you mention...it's not for everybody...but I enjoy it and it relaxes/de-stresses me in a different way that COTG/LOW. What else could I ask for?

Actually, about half the courses/tournaments are "quick play"...the other half are SBS...
I have 23 Courses (11 QP) with about 650 golfers. Each tour will have over 100 golfers.
What I usually do on the SBS is have the computer play the first two rounds, then go SBS on the leaders for the 3rd and 4th days. You can think of this as like watching the network coverage of the tournaments on Sat and Sun. The great part is with using a mini-laptop (what I chose over an IPad from previous conversations) is that I can pick it up and play a hole here and there as I want or have time.
Like LOW, I am learning/experiencing older golfers that I really haven't seen.

Yeah,
As much as I liked its 'big brother' APBA Golf...I couldn't have done this wrestling with boards and such.

Yeah, I feel the same about APBA games, I used to have the charts permanently set up the way I liked them when I was a kid.
The worst was APBA bowling... I remember getting that and having big plans for using it and never really doing it because the charts were too annoying.

Multiply the chart annoyance with trying to locate the ball on a schematic golf hole that was as big as the charts.
The computer program is much simpler easier and more convenient.

New Kids on the Block is my favourite band of 90s. They had so many hit songs! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real masterpieces, not fake like today! And it is sooo good NKOTB have a tour in 2019! And I'm going to visit their concert in 2019. The concert setlist is here: New Kids on the Block tour Salt Lake City. Check it out and maybe we can even visit one of the concerts together!
