Doesn't look like he belongs in the GWF? I think if there's anything we've learned over the years, it's that there is no one particular GWF "look". We've seen traditional wrestlers, ninjas, MMA fighters, boxers, about a dozen different animal hybrids, vampires, and the list goes on. It looks like a pretty cool character design and a great piece of art; that's the kind of thing I think fits in perfectly with the GWF.
Here's a thought; what if Harbinger and Balaal are the only new characters in this edition and everyone else is just a "Black Death" version of an existing character? No new heroes, no one advancing ANY other storyline, just a whole lot of trouble for the GWF.

I think it's more what he's doing that reminds me of G.I Joe. Every time I look at that picture I think of about a million different drawings of Snake Eyes jumping from a window. I dont think it's a bad picture though

I also thought that pic looked like Spawn, in addition to Snake Eyes.

I actually thought of Taskmaster, when he had that newer costume a few years ago.

Well with Euritar being Commish...and The Betrayer having 'two' personalities....I think the other 'personalities' is actually Tistan and the two are going to revamp the Code Enforcer stick...

I'm not sure who is trying to be cute with the unregistered name, but they're not even close there. They both have pincers for hands. End of similarity. You're reaching too far, both in the comparison and the cutesy name. If anything, Mantis has more similarities to the oft-forgotten early 80s toy and cartoon line, the Sectaurs.

I agree. I'm sure throughout the history of cartoonish/comic art there have been thousands of characters with crab claws or pincers as hands.
