The Future of the Universal Heavyweight Champion
It has been decided that Universal Heavyweight Champion Rocky Marciano (5-0) will face Joe Frazier (4-1) in a return bout over the summer if both men survive warm up matches in March.
Joe Frazier will be facing Jess Willard (0-1) on an HBO Boxing card. If Frazier wins he will move on to get a rematch for the Heavyweight belt. Frazier asked the Championship Committee to give him a match before going back in the ring with Marciano.
Rocky Marciano likewise stated he would like to fight before the summer and the Committee selected Chris Bryd (0-0) as his opponent for the title.
Boxing experts don't expect either man to struggle greatly with their opponents. The rematch is expected to take place in June barring injury or a potential upset from Willard or Bryd.

Some names on here i haven't seen in years....and guys I have no idea who they are. I just remember Tyrell Biggs from the Olympics. I don't remember if he did much in pro boxing or not.

HBO Boxing: 1-15-2011
Heavyweight Match: Al Jones 1-0 (1) d. Tyrell Biggs 0-1 via KO at 1:14 of Round 10
Analysis: Dominating performance for Jones here. He was 89-79 on two of the judges cards and 88-80 on the third judges cards. Jones scored 3 knockdowns in the fight and per round out punched Biggs by roughly 2 to 1.
Notes: Tyrell Biggs announced after the fight that he would be moving down to the Club Level to further perfect his skills.
Heavyweight Match: James Braddock 1-0 d. Brian Nielsen 0-1 via unanimous decision
Analysis: Braddock wins on scores of 117-113, 116-114 and 116-113. The punching was about even but it was clear that Braddock was doing more damage with his blows. Nielsen suffered several cuts throughout the fight and that seemed to sway the judges on a few rounds.
Heavyweight Match: Gerry Cooney 1-0 (1) d. Mike Weaver 0-2 via KO at 2:22 of Round 6
Analysis: Close fight here as the score cards were virtually deadlocked with Cooney edging Weaver at 48-47. Cooney scored two knockdowns on his way to securing the KO victory.
Notes: Mike Weaver was informed after the fight that he was demoted to Club Level fighting for his 0-2 record.
Main Event: Heavyweight Match: Vitali Klitschko 2-1 (1) d. Vaughn Bean 0-1 via TKO at 2:24 of Round 4
Analysis: Vaughn Bean was simply overmatched in this fight. Klitschko was up by scores of 30-27, 28-27 and 28-27 heading into the 4th round. Klitschko was landing punches at a rate of almost 4 to 1 throughout the fight. The TKO came when Bean was no longer able to defend himself and the referee stepped in to stop the fight.
Notes: After the fight Vitali Klitschko told media that he expects to be in line for a shot at Universal Heavyweight Champion Rocky Marciano with a few more wins.

Ali/Quarry PPV: 1-22-2011
Heavyweight Match: Hasim Rahman 1-0 d. Francois Botha 0-1 via majority decision
Analysis: Super close fight here as Rahman won on two cards with scores of 115-114. The third judge tied the fight at 114-114. The punching was even, though Botha was hitting at a much higher accuracy. Rahman walks out of this fight with a hard fought win.
Notes: Rahman and Botha both told the media that they would be interested in a rematch after the fight.
Heavyweight Match: Tom Sayers 1-0 (1) d. Henry Cooper 0-1 via TKO at 1:36 of Round 11
Analysis: The doctor stopped this one due to blood obstructing the vision of Cooper. This was an unfortunate outcome for Cooper as he was leading the judges cards 96-94, 99-91 and 99-91. Sayers punched far less in this bout but made his shots count as he pulled off a late fight victory here.
Heavyweight Match: Jack Peterson 1-0 d. Mitch Green 0-1 via majority decision
Analysis: The judges scored this in favor of Petrson 116-113 and 117-112 while the third judge had it tied at 115. This was a relatively uneventful fight. Both men were content to keep the pace slow.
Heavyweight Match: Evander Holyfield 1-1 (1) d. Jimmy Lee Elder 0-1 via KO at 2:41 of Round 2
Analysis: Holyfield was simply a better boxer in the ring. Elder didn't even land a punch in this bout as Holyfield absolutely destroyed him.
Notes: Due to the minimal damage suffered by Holyfield, he will be able to box again in March.
Heavyweight Match: Lennox Lewis 4-1-1 (3) d. Ray Mercer 0-2 via KO at the end of Round 6
Analysis: Lewis had the edge on the score cards by scores of 49-47, 50-46 and 50-46. Lewis scored a knockdown and hit 3 punches to the 1 of Mercer. Mercer looked completely outclassed in this fight as Lewis dispatched him with relative ease.
Main Event: Heavyweight Match: Muhammad Ali 3-1 (1) d. Jerry Quarry 0-1 via unanimous decision
Analysis: Ali won with scores of 116-112, 117-111 and 116-112. Ali dominated the first 7 rounds of this fight but seemed to tire towards the end. Quarry made it a fight from Round 8 on by taking several rounds. This was a good all around fight. Ali was deadly with his punch accuracy being at a little over 61%. Good showing by Quarry in defeat here.
Notes: Ali says that he wants Lennox Lewis in a rematch during the post-fight press conference.

Depends. Head to head can take several minutes. If you just sim a card it can be done in minutes and then it will pull up a blow by blow recap of each fight. You can also run a sim with thousands of matches at a time.
