I've wanted to take a shot at running my own mutiple territory system for years and finally decided to give a shot. This is a work in progress so changes are going to made as I to continue tweek everything. Special thanks to Cruefan for providing the inspiration and the helpful advice Here are some of the basics 1. Instead of running title tournaments I decided to do something different and name existing champions and just jump in and joining the territories in progress 2. I'm starting off with three territories Capital Wrestling (Northeast), Smoky Mountain (Tennessee and Kentucky), and Southern Championship Wrestling based in Texas. 3. Each Territory will have regional titles( some unique to the territory) and compete for the LWF Titles. LWF World, World Tag Team, and United States Starting LWF Champions
LWF World Champion - Buddy Rogers LWF World Tag Team Champions - The Midnight Express W/ Jim Cornette LWF United States Champion - Rick RudeCAPITAL WRESTLING (Northeast)
President - Gorilla Monsoon Capital Champion - Greg Valentine Capital Tag Team Champions - The Vachons W/ Lou Albano Roster1. Greg Valentine 2. Masked Superstar 3. S.D Jones 4. The Sheik W/ The Grand Wizard 5. Jimmy Snuka 6. Eddie Kingston 7. Bobby ShaneW/ Jimmy Hart 8. John Toolos 9. Curt Hennig (Alternate Version) 10. Ox Baker 11. Mister X 12. Tiger Mask 13. Bob Roop 14. Antonio Rocca 15. Ivan Koloff 16. Johnny Rodz 17. William Muldoon 18. The Vachons W/ Lou Albano Capital Wrestling Philadelphia Spectrum Philadelphia PA Card 1 1. Playboy Buddy Rose def S.D Jones **½Rose used assortment of elbow drops and a pair of body slams with little effect and then quickly resorted to using dirty tactics ( rope chokes, foreign objects, etc). Jones managed fought back hard scoring two near falls with a HEADBUTT and power body slam before Rose got the upper hand outside the ring and put his opponent away with a BOMBS AWAY 2. Bobby Shane W/ Jimmy Hart W def Curt Henning** The Mouth Of The South Jimmy Hart newest protégé The King Of Wrestling Bobby Shane is immediately greeted by a chorus of boos as he makes his way to the ring to face the young Curt Henning. Henning keeps Shane on his toes with a fast paced attack but Shane eventually manages to incapacitate him with a loaded knee to the head long enough to lock on his JAPANESE SLEEPER for the win. 3. The Masked Superstar def Eddie Kingston ***- Kingston held his own taking the Masked Superstar off his feet several times with backfists to the future and lariats getting several near falls in the process. The Masked Superstar put down Kingston twice via a spinning neck breaker and superstar clothesline both for two counts. The action spilled outside the ring where The Masked Superstar lost control and gave Kingston a piledriver on the concrete winning the match by count out 4. Ivan Koloff def Bob Roop **½ - Roop controlled most of the action scoring two near falls with a gut wrench backbreaker and spinning neck breaker before Koloff turned things pretty quick with a leg drop and smashed Roop with the chains avoiding the disqualification and getting the pinfall 5. Butcher Vachon W/ Lou Albano def Jim Brunzell ** Preview of next week’s LWF tag team title match between the champion Vachons and challenger Killer Bees. Mad Dog overpowers Brunzell winning via Piledriver in 8:39 6. The Sheik W/ Grand Wizard vs. Bobo Brazil **- In a match that will unofficially decide Buddy Roger’s next opponent for his next LWF title defense Brazil starts out strong wasting no time taking the fight to The Sheik with Bobo body slams, grinding hammerlocks and multiple big hammer punches. In the end it was The Sheik’s deadly Fireball that put a stop to the pounding allowing The Sheik to get an easy cover 7. Capitol Wrestling Title Match Jimmy Snuka def Greg Valentine *** Great back an forth match with neither man getting much of an advantage for very long. Valentine had Snuka backed against the ropes with a series of Valentine chops and attempted a body slam when Snuka reversed the move with head butt and delivered a piledriver. With the crowd more than happy to see Valentine laying prone in the center of the ring got behind Snuka as climbed the top turnbuckle and delivered a SUPERFLY LEAP winning the match and becoming the new Capitol Champion Coming Next Smoky Mountain Wrestling's Big Apple Grapple

After the attack Gilbert bragged about what he did and taunted the Boogie Woogie man but at the same time refused to meet Valiant in the ring again until Valiant interfered in a match costing Gilbert a shot at the SMW title. Valiant and Gilbert went blow for blow in a real nail biter. Valiant had the SLEEPER HOLD on Gilbert twice and Gilbert landed a devastating DDT which Valiant managed to kick out of at the last possible second. It wasn’t long before the action spilled outside the ring where both men were disqualified by referee Mark Curtis The Armstrongs def The Moon Dogs **Several months back Smoky Mountain Wrestling held a online election ( voted on by fans) to elect the first SMW Commissioner. The race was originally between three candidates Bob Armstrong, Jim Cornette, and Tammy Lee Stych. The race was close and could have gone to any of the three until Jim Cornette suddenly dropped out of the race and endorsed Tammy Lee Sytch who went on to win the election. Cornette has never been shy about his dislike of Sytch so this immediately created rumors of foul play. Bob Armstrong was at the head of the pack and pushed SMW for investigation for months claiming Cornette and Sytch conspired to keep him out of the commissioners office. Sytch tired of Armstrong booked both Armstrongs against her personal security guards Moondog Rex and Spot hoping to teach them a lesson. The Armstrongs dominated the action inside the ring while The Moondogs dominated outside but The Armstrongs never really lost total control of the match and won via a Brad Armstrong RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP on Moondog Rex Loser Leaves Town Match The Iron Sheik def Colt Cabana ***The Iron Sheik and Colt Cabana have been locked in a bitter feud for months with the last encounter seeing Cabana leave the arena with a concussion due to a Sheik’ loaded boot to the head. Things came to a head a few weeks ago when Cabana made a surprise returned from the injury after everyone was convinced that the Sheik had triumphed and gotten rid of Cabana for good. Cabana and The Iron Sheik agreed that SMW wasn’t big enough for both of them and signed a contract for a loser leaves town match just one week ago on a live SMW TV taping. The Iron Sheik pummeled Cabana before the opening bell getting an early advantage and proceeded to beat him from ring post to ring post. Cabana came back getting near falls with Cabanarana and COLT 45. The Iron Sheik managed to block a bionic elbow countering with a belly to belly and sidewinder suplex getting the win at the 11:12 mark sending Cabana out of Smoky Mountain Wrestling for good SMW Ladies Title Match Jazz def April Hunter ***After losing to Jazz in the SMW Ladies title tournament last month April Hunted attempted to have Jazz stripped of the title making accusations that she’s juicing up and in violation of the LWF’s substance abuse policy. Jazz tested clean ( results announced on TV Taping) and agreed to a rematch. Hunter managed just one pin attempt with a before Jazz locked on a Boston crab for several minutes as Hunter struggled to crawl across the ring to reach the ropes coming within a few inches before tapping out. SMW Tag Team Title Match The Bladerunners def The Young Bucks **1/2Despite repeated requests over the past few weeks by The Young Bucks The Bladerunners declined to give their allies a title match worrying that it would somehow ruin their friendship. The Bladerunners finally agreed after The Jacksons called out the champions describing how and why they’re the rightful number one contenders and deserve their shot no matter what. This match started out a great contest between friends putting on a great back and forth match but turned out badly as both teams ended up in a four man all out brawl when Bladerunner Flash made a cover on Matt Jackson following a leaping fist and then Nick Jackson ran in the ring attacking Flash breaking the count and drawing the disqualification SMW Title Cage Match Roderick Strong def Bryan Danielson(LE) ***1/2Tension has been building over the last few months between these two due to both matches ending in time limit draw and a double count out. At the last TV taping before Big Apple Grapple SMW Commissioner Tammy Lee Sytch (favors Strong) announced the third meeting between SMW Champion Bryan Danielson and challenger Roderick Strong would be winner take all inside the steel cage. Strong made the first attempt to leave the cage following an atomic drop that sent Danielson face first into the cage busting him wide open. A short time later Danielson went for the cage door but after delivering a series of round house kicks but was stopped just in time. Strong gained the upper hand with a power bomb backbreaker and climbed up the side of the cage but instead of going over the top Strong elected to deliver a knee drop off the top of cage and walked out the cage door the New SMW Champion LWF World Tag Team Title Match The Midnight Express W/ Jim Cornette def Kendrick and London ** Kendrick and London and Midnight Express have been bitter rivals trading the SMW tag team titles back and forth several times in the past and continue the rivalry with a battle for the LWF World Tag Team titles. The Midnight Express retain their LWF World Tag Team Titles with a VEGAMATIC on Brian Kendrick following some key interference by Cornette with tennis racket Up Next we head to the Dallas Sportatorium where David Von Erich challenges Rick Rude for the LWF United States title
