I kinda hope that's the case. I want Legends in color going forward.

I'd like Legends to stay B/W but it probably makes more sense for things to be uniform across all the game lines.

I'd prefer B and W because it's going to look weird with a lot of the sets being b and w and others being color (the feds are easier as they can be run totally separately)
Then again, from the sounds of it, Tom thinks the legends well is drying up anyways and we could see most of the sets being PDFs anyways.

I don't think the potential list of names is drying up. It just takes work to get signings.

Well I don't either....seems like a lot of the southern guys are untapped. it will take some work getting them especially if they're not convention guys.

I could do a count but I've signed a lot of people without ever meeting them face to face. So far this year my numbers are down but I'm trying to find people every day.

Color cards for the current wrestlers like Chikara and ROH makes sense but at the same time I always felt black and white was a better fit for the older guys. I dont mind having a color card for someone like Delerious but really wouldn't want one for guys like William Muldoon and Frank Gotch. Hopefully enough people feel the same as me about the older LOW wrestlers and they will continue in black and white

I think one key factor is that some guys want money and FG isn't willing to pay for most anyone aside from an Andre...Without opening up the purse strings and giving back to the guys that are making FG money could hinder the signing of bigger names. Ya gotta give a little to get a little is what they say, right?

They paid a little for Eddie Gilbert I believe.

They paid a little for Eddie Gilbert I believe. We don't know the financials specifics in any case, and it's not my concern as a fan. I've got Rick Rude, Mil Mascaras, Val Venis, Finlay, The Road Warriors, and Andre The Giant in the game. The specifics of how tehy got there are of no concern to me. Todd, I'm imagining a cool sepia tone Gotch card with simulated aging to look like an old photograph. Or maybe done to look like those painted tobacco cards of the baseball players and athletes from around that era (or which there was actually a Gotch card). If they're inventive enough (and with the Filsinger Games artists they would be) they can make any card work in any format.

To be honest as much as I balked at the idea of ever getting rid of LOW. I think the time has come. If getting folks to sign is hard and may even cost more for whatever reason then it might be better to phase it out.
That being said I wouldn't make the sets colour. I think there is something special about LOW being in Black and White. Maybe release the odd pdf set that has been going on at the moment. But reissuing in colour I don't think would be something I would do. I do think that some of the legends could be reissued in the current coloured sets coming out. Like Jerry Lynn, D-lo Brown and the like that have appeared in ROH or other indy sets that are currently coming out.

If Legends ended, or there was only going to be indy fed sets and certain cards re-released, then I would do stats for all the people I know are signed.

If B&W LOW ends, I'll keep playing the game with the wrestlers we have and the great bootlegs that are out there. Mark is doing a great job with his his boots! Jamie's puro stuff is awesome. Anyway, I own CHIKARA and want to buy the ROH set, but I only play online. All I know is that I better not lose my online stuff I've purchased.
