Cool! And as I said it looked like it was pushed back.

First actual gameplay screenshot: Update from Facebook: "Some people wish that we had released the game back in Summer but I know we made the right decision to hold off. Check out the improvements that have been made to Ragnabrök alone. As of this week, we are entering our final 3 testing phases. Once that's done, not only will I roll out the gameplay footage but I should be able to give you the all important release date. Not long now folks!"

A few new screenshots are on IGN. Seems like people have multiple attires. Still waiting on actual gameplay footage.

And actual gameplay footage is here! Animations are somewhat jerky and honestly I hate that injuring the leg kills suplexes. I mean, a vertical suplex? Sure. Belly to belly, half hatch (the single chickenwing suplex) or German? You don't rely so much on leg strength for that.

That's a pretty cool concept that you can work a body part, but those graphics are pretty lousy. Also, if they're not exagerating it to show it, I'd imagine it might be a bit broken if weakening a leg makes EVERY move fail like that.

Well, the game's an indie game so the graphics aren't gonna be up to par but I agree they're kind of really not great. The lead designer told me that they showcased the legwork stuff in that video so that people who weren't following the project would understand the effect it has on a match. It comes down to the damage done to the limb, your momentum and stamina. If you have momentum and your stamina is still relatively high, you won't fail as often. Gee, might have been a good idea to put that in the trailer, huh?

Yeah, at least one more were he shakes on the leg a bit, but still completely the move would have been good.
They way it is, the game looks kinda broken.

Gameplay video. This does not look good at all.

Looks like this comes out next Tuesday, priced $25. Good luck with that.

So they've been working on it that long to come up with that? Don't quit your day job. If it's not going to be graphically superior it has to bring something extra to the table which this does not appear to do.

If it's not going to be graphically superior it has to bring something extra to the table which this does not appear to do. Yep, two years of bullshit lead to this. No CAW mode on launch which has been a standard feature since like WWF War Zone in 1998, no tournaments which have been standard features since like...the beginning of time, no online play which is a horribly stupid thing. Just eight wrestlers with 30 different animations for each finisher (they noted to me on Twitter that there are 30 RKO animations in the game and they think each of them counts as an individual move) and very few gimmick matches to keep things from getting boring.
