Hogan really went hardcore on Bundy, I guess the thirst for revenge really took him over. Other than a quick turnaround thanks to the champion's advantage, Bundy was pretty much squashed. I'm glad you're realyl enjoying it, I'm actually having a lot of fun running it. It doesn't jurt that I love 80's WWF, but still .

Doink the Clown pinned Virgil following the WHOOPIE CUSHION.
Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart pinned B. Brian Blair following a choke slam.
[glow=red,2,300]TV Show[/glow] Superstars of Wrestling opens with a video package showingthe highlights of the last Saturday Night's Main Event, spotlighting the heel turn of Shawn Michaels and the returns and title wins by Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan.
After a short Superstars introduction video, we go ringside where we see our commentators, Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse "The Body" Ventura, who welcome us to the very first episode of Superstars of Wrestling and inform us that newly crowned WWF World Champ Hulk Hogan will be defending his title tonight against the mighty Sumo wrestler, Yokozuna!!!
We then move into the ring with Howard Finkel, who gets s underway.
Warlord (w/ Mr. Fuji) pinned Bret "Hitman" Hart following a gorilla press slam. - Suprisingly dominant performance from Warlord. He simply overpowered Bret here.
Earthquake & Dino Bravo def Strike Force when Bravo made Tito pass out in a bear hug. - Much better performance from Strike Force, putting up much more of a fight here, but ultimately they fell short again. Both members looked very frustrated while leaving the ring.
After the commercial break, we head straight to the ring where Bobby 'The Brain" Heenan is joined there by his entire Heenan Family. He says there is a weak link in the Heenan Family, someone who has been dragging them down, someone who did not pull his weight and cost Bundy his world title last year. He turned to Big John Studd and informed him that he was fired!!! After this the rest of the Heenan Family cleared out as Hercules attacked Studd from behind. A ref ran into the ring and we have a match!
Big John Studd pinned Hercules (w/ Bobby Heenan) following the GIANT BACKBREAKER. - A very angry Studd took out his revenge on Hercules, despite all the cheating from the Heenan Family. Studd survived several attacks from herc using his chain, plus intereference from Heenan to pull through and win the match.
WWF Tag Team Champions The Undertaker and Jake "The Snake" Roberts def WWF Intercontinental Champion The Ultimate Warrior and "Macho Man" Randy Savage by DQ in a non-title match when Warrior slammed Taker on the outside. - The match never really got started, an over-zealous Warrior got his team DQed very early on.
Mean Gene Okerlund was backstage with newly crowned WWF World Champ Hulk Hogan who told us, in his own way, after crushing one monster last night in Bundy he would have no problem, with the help of his prayers, vitamins and Hulkamaniacs, doing the same to Yokozuna.
WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan def Yokozuna (w/ Mr. Fuji) by DQ to retain the title. - Back and forth match, with Hogan showing great feats of strength, slamming and suplexing Yoko, Mr. Fuji had enough, breaking up a pinfall attempt and causing the DQ. Th Show ended with Hogan chasing both men off and posing for the crowd.

Barbarian (w/ Mr. Fuji) pinned Marty Jannetty following the kick of fear.
Demolition Smash def Haku (w/ Bobby Heenan) by DQ qhen Haku slammed him on the outside.
[glow=red,2,300]TV SHOW[/glow] After our opening video package we go to our commenatators Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse "The Body" Ventura. They run down the horror week that Big John Studd has had, from being fired last week to the beating he got on a house show from Hercules after Herc pinned him. They announced that Studd should be healthy just in time for Saturday Night's Main Event, where he will face Hercules in a No Holds Barred match. We then head to the ring to get the action started.
"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan pinned Crush following the FLYING SPEAR. - Pretty good match between the returning Duggan and the newcomer from Hawaii, Crush. Duggan's experience told out in the end. As Duggan was leaving the ring, he was attacked by Ludvig Borga. Borga and Crush proceeded to beat Duggan down leaving him injured for 3 weeks.
WWF Intercontinental Champion Ultimate Warrior pinned Raymond Rougeau with the WARRIOR PRESS AND SPLASH to retain the title. - Raymond caught the champ early but once Warrior gained the momentum, there was no stopping him and it over pretty quickly.
We then head to the back where Mean Gene Okerlund is with an injured "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan who tells Crush and Borga to come to Saturday Night's Main event where he will bring a partner and get his revenge!
Bob Backlund and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat def The Twin Towers (w/ Slick) by DQ when Akeem hit Backlund with Slick's cane. - Match never really got started, but newcomer Steamboat showed some impressive moves before the DQ.
The Hart Foundation def Hercules & King Kong Bundy (w/ Bobby Heenan) when Neidhart pinned Hercules following the ANVILIZER. - Very entertaining tag team match, pitting the tag team nous of the Hart Foundation versus the brute force and power of the Heenan Family. The Harts were smart in that they managed to stay out of Bundy's clutches for the most part and it paid off.
WHen Introduced first for our main event, "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase came out not only with Virgil, but with another man, dressed in a shirt, tie and suspenders and carrying a briefcase. Dibiase introduced this man as Irwin R. Schyster, his personal friend and a tax auditor who will be going through the records of every wrestler in the WWF to make sure they pay their taxes, then he'd come after the fans! AS you can imagine, this didn't go down too well.
"Million Dollar Man' Ted Dibiase (W/ Virgil and IRS) def "Rowdy" Roddy Piper by DQ. - Sick of the interference by his Corproration, Piper went nuts, bringing a chair into the ring and cleaning house, he challenged the three men to a six man tag team match at Saturday Night's Main Event, against himself, Bob Backlund and Ricky Steamboat! Dibiase got on the mic and accepted the challenge, ending the show!

[glow=red,2,300]TV SHOW[/glow]
Bam Bam Bigelow pinned Bret "Hitman" Hart following the GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK. - Massive upset from a much-improved Bigelow. He didn't let Bret get a foothold in the match at all and finished him off pretty quickly.
"Ravishing" Rick Rude (w/ Bobby Heenan) pinned Raymond Rougeau following the RUDE AWAKENING. - SQUASH. Raymond tried to get some offense in at the start, but it was all rebuffed by Rude, who then quickly got a clean victory.
Ludvig Borga def Bob Backlund by DQ after Backlund took a steel chair away from Borga and was caught with it.
The Mega Maniacs def WWF Tag Team Champions The Undertaker and Jake "The Snake" Roberts by DQ when Taker hit Warrior over the head with a steel chair. The Champs retain the titles. - Excellent tag team match that really could have gone either way. Neither team had the advantage very long. Int he end, Taker tried to illegally gain a long-term advantage and got caught.
Andre the Giant pinned Irwin R. Schyster (w/ Virgil) following the ELBOWDROP. - IRS put up a good fight here, giving Andre a run for his money, but in the end Andre just overpowered him.

Thanks to the idea in the Booking Ideas thread, our matches will now be timed!
[glow=red,2,300]DARK MATCHES[/glow] B. Brian Blair made Marty Jannetty pass out in the SLEEPER in 1:24.
"The Rocket" Owen Hart made Conquistador II submit to the SHARPSHOOTER in 0:44.
Rhythm 'n' Blues def "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka & Koko B. Ware when Valentine made Sunka pass out in the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK in 2:08.
[glow=red,2,300]TV SHOW[/glow] Bam Bam Bigelow and Tatanka def "Cowboy" Bob Orton & Bad News Brown when Orton was DQed for slamming Bigelow on the concrete floor in 5:40. - Nice tag team match, with noone looking like getting a pinfall, Orton's evil ways took over and I guess Bad News didn't have the insinct as a partner yet to know to disctract the ref.
Demolition Smash pinned Nikolai Volkoff following a flying double ax handle in 10:56. - These two put on a slobberknocker of a brawl, full of stiff punches and stiffer moves, in the end Smash managed to just have a little more in the tank.
"Superstar" Billy Graham made Akeem (w/ Slick) submit to the SUPERSTAR BEARHUG in 4:40. - Akeem could not use his size and strength here against Graham, and he seemed lost without out, not really putting up much of a fight.
Randy Savage came out for the next match with a beautiful brunette who Jesse and Gorilla kindly informed us was the Macho Man's wife, Miss Elizabeth!
"Macho Man" Randy Savage (w/ Elizabeth) pinned "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase (w/ Virgil) following the FLYING ELBOWDROP in 4:48. - Seems like Elizabeth inspired the Macho Man here, as he made relatively light work of Dibiase, and Virgil dared not interefewr lest he incur the wrath of the buxom brunette.
WWF Intercontinental Champion The Ultimate Warrior pinned "Ravishing" Rick Rude with the WARRIOR PRESS AND SPLASH to retain the title in 5:05. - Rude had Warrior in trouble early in the match but then Warrior used the power of his fans to "hulk up" and then ran over Rude to retain his title.
