So here's the roster:
1. Tiachi 2. Nova 3. Euritar 4. Plethador 5. Lord Nexus 6. Wiggy & The View
Thoughts?
Here's mine...
Women are needed so that's good. Hoping Euritar will be different than the online promoter version. Preferred Werner's art to this one (at least as it is online.) Plethador I already brought back as Ultra Mantis because that character needed something to make it interesting. Probably won't use the card unless it's better than Ultra Mantis Black. Interested in seeing Nexus' managerial chart as supposedly it's a 'face' manager card. Wiggy - Hmmmm. Probably won't use it. And with all the talk of Nitro being a interviewer why wasn't he used for this? Odd.

Pretty much all of the cards serve a purpose and are welcome additions to the GWF. The women bulk up a pretty weak division, even though I've been using Super Nova for some time now (I debuted her as Star Warrior's "sister" using an update of the original Supernova's card back in 2128). I believe Euritar's card pretty much has to be different than the online one. Nexus manager card will be interesting to see. I imagine he won't interfere until the opponent does something illegal first, or else his card doesn't have interference and is more of a "coach card" where certain aspects of his wrestler/s card changes when he's at ringside (or dependent on a chart of some sort).

I really liked the Plethador art.
I think the six pack is long overdue for the GWF. I think need to buy 2129 and this.

The women were much needed. The division was down to 4, one who wrestles men mostly. Plethador should be fun. You need some comedy to break up all the seriousness. Euritar is long overdue Nexus should be interesting to see. The view wouldn't be my top choice, but I could use her in my Legends Indy feds.

This mid-year expansion pack idea was a long time coming to COTG. When the main releases are only coming once a year (as they should in my opinion, BTW. Twice a year was too much) this sort of thing, or even a special edition card or two with a mid-year update sheet on what's happening, helps to keep interest up and make the GWF seem more like a "live" product. The only card I thought we'd see that didn't get included was a weaker End Of Days. The booklet refers to his waning powers, so I thought it'd be a natural to have a mid-year card to reflect that.

I am really excited for this mini pack. The Plethador card is fantastic and I was really excited to see Lord Nexus get an actual manager card. The bolster to the women's division is a much needed bonus and I would agree that Euritar is a welcomed sight! The Wiggy card I will probably use more for my modern day wrestling feds than for my GWF fed.

I got this with my Legends Madness order. It comes with a character description card that has all the necessary info about the personalities in the six pack. That's the first time I can recall seeing a card like this since the King Kong Bundy/Avalanche description card. That's a nice touch. Taichi is going to make some waves in the women's division. Nova's also good, but the art by Banks and Werner is the best part of that card (not a knock on the card back, but the art is very good) The Lord Nexus manager card states that he won't interfere unless he feels someone has cheated or wronged his team first, which is always the way I've played hero managers anyway. Plethador gets an upgrade. He's not going to be contending for any belts most likely, but at least he's not in complete jobber territory anymore. The Euritar card is just a very simple commissioner card the likes of which we've seen several times before and the Wiggy card is a nice interviewer card, which has been missing from COTG for a while now. The distractor rating makes it more versatile than most of the old interview segment cards, though.

How does Wiggy get involved? Would she be usable for say a modern day indy promotion as is?

How does Wiggy get involved? Would she be usable for say a modern day indy promotion as is? It's just a traditional interview segment/show card, but she has a distractor rating. It would work just as well with the real life groups as it does COTG.

probably like the Louden LOTF card, whoever you want. Perhaps use her as a manager although I don't think she fits any current team in the GWF. More likely I'll use her in Chikara to manage Donst and maybe a couple others.

Is she a PT manager as well? What does she distract? The same thing as any other card with a distraction rating, I suppose. She can manage if someone wants her to, or she can just be at ringside and choose to interject herself in a match, or whatever the case may be. You've been around here a long time Travis, you know the "it's up to you promoter" deal. Like tax wrote, it's like the Louden Noxious LOTF card: it has that rating to give you more uses for the card. She also mentioned on her podcast that she wanted the option for her card to be a manager so she could have herself manage the Batiri, too.

That's---a really strange question, Trav. No, she's quite conservatively dressed. I think if you want GWF boobage you'll have to look up that "contraband" Sweet Thing card the printer Bob Hoffa made as a gag back in the 90s. Other than that I don't recall any flashing managers.
