And the money in the Money In The Bank commercial should have been a puppet. Actually, it shouldn't have even been money. There's no money in the briefcase. But I guess a talking contract would look weird.

Her NXT matches are far better than anything on Raw so far... she has alot more personality and confidence, too.

This morning I'm planning on watching Cena vs. Wyatt because I heard that was really good (not holding my breath) and Evolution vs. Shield because it's a Shield match and those are never bad. Have some 04-05 New Japan to get through and then I'll force myself to sit through those two matches.

Cena/Wyatt: ****1/4
Shield/Evolution: ***
That 10-12 minutes where they didn't act like they were in a street fight really hurt the main event. Cena/Wyatt was real good but not a MOTYC like I'd heard.

I watched the show with friends, and mostly paid attention. I was surprised to come home and read that Cena vs. Wyatt was a MOTY candidate. Seems like the more "hardcore spots" a match has, the better chances it has to win MOTY? Seemed like a go-through-the-motions Cena match to me live.
Ok show, nothing great.

A lot of fans called it a MOTYC because of the hardcore stuff but they openly shit on the finish. There's also fans calling the main event a MOTYC and I can't see that at all since there was a significant chunk of that match that was really pointless down time before they started brawling again. |

The Bryan/Brie/Stephanie thing is a huge waste of time. It's not like Stephanie Vs. Brie is going to main event Money in the Bank... Right?

The show was adequate. I don't see how, in light of the main event, they are going to keep this thing going for another 76 days to get to the rumored Triple H vs. Reigns program at SummerSlam. I'm guessing Evolution will point fingers at each other tonight on RAW, leading to a Batista vs. Orton feud and HHH saying "if you want something done right, do it yourself", starting his one on one feud w Reigns. Maybe HHH takes out Rollins with the hammer one week, then Ambrose the next as a way to drag it out with Reigns finally going over at Summmerslam. |

I oddly think Evolution stays together. Not even kicking Batista out.
I'm basing this solely on the fact that they have three separate Evolution tee-shirt designs for sale, all of which include Batista.

Best part of the show was when #Bluetista started trending. I thought it was hilarious. Really hoping for a big Bluetista chant to break out tonight.

I thought the Evolution vs. The Shield was awesome! You have to give kudos to Trips, Randy and Dave for putting over the newer talent. In another time this may not have happened. John Cena needs to go away now. I am tired of his merchandising. The Wyatts need to crucify him and take him out of the arena and Cena needs to take a break right now. His overexposure is off putting. Like Hogan it is time for a heel turn.

The Evolution/Shield match pissed me off in retrospect because the story they told was that Evolution had the Shield beat and in the end, beat themselves. They kind of passively buried the Shield by going that route.
We ain't getting heel Cena because of Make-A-Wish and Cena being the most reliable merch pusher they've got. A change of character, like oh I don't know, some character progression, would look pretty nice on him. Too bad they think their audience can't deal with that.
