You won't get any argument from me that Raw is too damned long. And too pandering. With terrible commentary on all levels. And too long. And that 3 hours is too many. And...yeah, lots of other stuff. It's too long, for one thing.
But...Rusev and Sheamus are both pretty awesome.

Sheamus has been arguably their best wrestler the last couple of years, regularly putting on great, long matches with almost everyone. Too bad he's booked on the mid card. And too bad the one match I really wanted to see wasn't available to watch on RAW.

Did they just book Cena vs. Ryback in the main event 1 second after Ryback turned on Cena?

Dude, that's Kofi, not Xavier Woods. I'm sure of it.

That was DEFINITELY Kofi in the preacher skit tonight... I agree. The Ryback think is a real mystery... they seem to want to push him again, but having him turn and re-turn in the same night? That's not good for anyone.
I didn't watch the whole show, but here's another week gone by with no mention of Lesnar, or the title.. *Sigh*
They're also doing a great job making Ambrose and Wyatt seem completely irrelevant.. way to kill momentum, WWE.

It's Xavier Woods. At least it was when it was on Main Event this past week, even mentioned by name. I don't watch RAW. Is there more than one guy doing this? Is this some kind of remix of that apparently abandoned idea of the angry black men they teased a while back? Now they're a group of evangelists?
Ryback as an angry loner Hulk type guy who will crush anyone who annoys him is solid gold money. If they go that route then they're on to something. IF (big if) this isn't about "turn and turn again" and is just about "RYBACK SMASH" then I'm on board.
Roster is so watered down by them pulling the rug out from under people fans start to get behind so no one equals or surpasses the "chosen ones" that they don't even have a team full of credible stars to join Cena's side. Big Show in 2014 going into 2015 is a clear indication of the problems they face. They took a guy like Show who should be a legendary attraction at this point and now he's just another throwaway guy to fill out a squad. Most of us remember stacked five on five Survivor Series events when there were entire teams full of guys who felt like big stars, PLUS a full survivor match of tag teams. Now they can't even make one half assed decent match.

Maybe they changed their minds and decided to have Kofi play the part of this new role, or maybe next week we get Big E doing it. Looks like a face group to me, which I think could be real good.
Looks like I missed a good ending to RAW 2 weeks in a row. Oh well. Maybe I'll stick around for the ending next week. I did enjoy the Ryback stuff I saw.

I'm kinda excited to have them do something with Kofi, Woods, and Big E, hopefully it won't be too, well, gimmicky. (Assuming it's still a stable, and they haven't just decided to run with Kofi as a preacher and dropped the others). This sorta of gimmick could go bad very quickly.

I just watched the Kofi video from RAW last night on youtube. It's a group of guys apparently. Finally. Seems like this is just the advance hype stuff, and they won't actually be acting like evangelists. I hope they portray these guys as a trio of good, charismatic wrestlers that avoids the stereotypical stuff. Kofi is ready for a bigger role in the company, and Big E and Woods have a lot of potential that's currently being wasted. Here's the Woods one from last week. It's still featured on the WWE youtube channel, which tells me it's not just a character switch but a group. If they were pulling Woods from the gimmick they'd have pulled the video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MV8IU0ln3MA

So, Grumpy Cat is hosting RAW tonight. Nothing says "were mainstream" like catching onto Reddit memes 2 years later. You don't see the NFL inviting CM Punk to MNF and offering him an open mic to speak about his plight. That's why WWE is a joke in the real world. Maybe next week WWE can have the chocolate rain guy host

Wow, they're actually doubling down and moving backwards in pop culture relevance.
The week after Larry, there'll be a guest appearance by Andrew Dice Clay. Then Jerry Lewis. Then reanimating the corpse of Will Rogers.
Also, I'm not a Cena-hater but he's one of the worst babyfaces ever. He sits in the locker room with his thumb up his rear end while his team gets taken out one by one and doesn't lift a finger, but he has enough to cut a self-righteous promo with stupid preschool jokes.

Anyone who watched RAW with a critical eye can only come to the conclusion that Cena may be the worst hero and team leader in Survivor Series history. They SHOWED him watching on a monitor in the back, yet he still kept letting his team get beat down.Authority is seen everywhere together, Cena's team is walking around by themselves like high school kids in a slasher flick waiting for Jason to pick them off one by one.
Erick Rowan: Norman the Abysskind 2015. If he becomes a cute and cuddly misunderstood monster it's all over.
