I don't think Ziggler is at that level but I think fans would have accepted him as a consolation prize to DB. The level of vitriol would be far less today.

So with RAW cancelled they're giving away the triple threat and rumble for free. I'm interested to see the editing done with the crowd noise in the rumble.

They also really treated Rusev poorly in the Rumble as well. All that work and they make him an afterthought.

Well to be fair, performance in the Rumble only really matters if you're the winner or in some years, the runner up. The crowd chanting "We want Rusev" is amusing.

They should have saved Ziggler or Ambrose to the very end. Give them someone to rally around instead of sitting there getting more and more pissed.

They should have figured that out once Bryan was eliminated. Meltzer said WWE were prepared for the backlash but they didn't expect it to be this strong. Then again, these are the same people who would probably be shocked to find out that water is wet and snow is cold. |
