RRVWrestling Television from Gilley's in DFW
AT the show opening Bill Watts addressed the crowd announcing future talent that will be seen in RRVW such as Steve Corino, The Sandman, and Sabu. Commissioner Watts also announced that AACW World Champion Curt Hennig would be making a stop in RRVW in a few weeks to defend against the #1 contender in RRVW, Watts stated that Dr. Death being RRVW Champion makes him the #1 contender and that he thinks Doc will take the title from Hennig.

Jim Ross interviewed special guest Memphis Wrestling Champion Jerry "The King" Lawler. The interview started well until The King started saying that RRVW talent was inferior and could not hold a candle to himself or anyone in Memphis, the crowd was livid with Lawler...Hacksaw Duggan came out and confronted Lawler...they came close to blows but RRVW security managed to keep it from going there. Duggan told Lawler that if he truly feels RRVW is inferior then why not put his money where his mouth is and meet him for a match next week...Lawler stated he would "think about it" and walked off to a chorus of boos
JYD and Wrestling II defeated Kabuki and Missing Link by DQ when Kabuki nails II with the nunchuks -- Great match, Dog and II took it to Akbar's minions and nearly got the pinfall victory several times, late in the match Akbar slipped Kabuki the nunchucks and Kabuki nailed Wrestling II prompting the DQ
