I've taken a step back and removed myself from all the dirt websites about pro wrestling and have satdown and just watch the WWE as is and it's been a blast like when I was a kid and all we had was the shows and magazines to inform us on whats going on with the wrestling...
This will be my third week straight and the WWE has been fun to watch, yeah it's not perfect but I really like whats going on with the WWE leading to Wrestlemania 2010...
One key factor stands out for me is CM Punk and the Straight Edge Society, great stuff with Punk for sure...

Yeah, I agree.. wrestling is more fun if you don't read about it ahead of time.
I watched Raw the week where they had the elimination chamber qualifying matches.. that was a good show. The HBK thing is fun, though I'm not looking forward to HHH Vs. HBK at Mania (which I suspect will be the Main Event, though I hope I'm wrong)
I think the Legacy breakup has been handled pretty poorly, but I am looking forward to Dibiase especially stepping out on his own, I think he could be really good.

I'm hopeful that the Legacy breakup and the end of ECW will finally lead to the Cody/Goldust feud the teased like two years ago and never developed.

Well I don't think your going to see HHH vs. HBK at WM 2010, with John Morrison having a quote bad ankle and I would say this leads HBK coming over to Smackdown to enter the EC Match with Morrison exiting that match, where that can lead to UT losing the belt which will make him mad at HBK and they do the match at WM...
Goldust vs. Cody Rhodes does need to happen and I'm not sure when and if it does happen, but I would like to see it...
NXT is coming next week and I think it will be very cool for sure, the two pairings that have major storylines to come are the pairings of THE MIZ & DANIEL BRYAN and CHRIS JERICHO & WADE BARRETT. This has the already heat between the Miz and Y2J, now add them mentoring two new guys to the WWE and the NXT show, should be interesting for sure...

I can't imagine that WWE would really waste the UT's Wrestlemania streak on HBK, that have trouble with new guys as it is, and that's a sure way to put a guy over.

Well here is the thing, they wouldn't build up this story over several months to just drop it, word is that HBK will be taking his post WM vacation for six months and I'm sure the Undertaker might do the same which both men seem they do every year of late. I really don't think Taker trusts any of the younger guys in the ring for a WM match, HBK and UT had a great match last year and they want to have that match again and they just might give Mr.Wrestlemania himself HBK the victory which is fitting between the two biggest names linked to WM after Hogan, but in the end we'll see where it lands but I think HBK vs. UT will take place one more time...

I'm hoping they're just using it as a real to turn HBK heel... maybe they'll have HHH 'injure' him and have him go away for a while... then they can pretend it never happened and re-re-re form DX... they seem to like to do that.
You could well be right, though, which would be a real lost oppertunity, IMO.

It will be interesting to see how the ppv this month unfolds and leads to WM 2010, I think overall the WWE has so many avenues they can go thats what makes it a good time...

They all ready blew the rub for retiring Ric Flair on HBK, why not let him end UT's streak. Then put the IC belt on him for 455 days while their at it.

Heh, yeah, but he'll never be an 18-time World Champion!
You know what I think? I think TNA should have some sorta scramble match and give Flair like 5 more mini title runs, that'll fix'em!
Back on topic, I thought up until the Jerry Springer Fiasco, WM was looking decent, then they totally blew the Hart angle and made me not want to watch again... I might check on NXT to see Danielson though, if I can remember to put the TV on when it's on.

Well I think there are still some really good things going on with the WWE for sure, I was never a big Hart fan so thats not drawing me to watch the WWE anyways...
NXT looks good, Wade Barrett being mentored by Jericho looks cool and he could have a good feud with Daniel Bryan ( I'm calling him that no matter what thats now his name ) and we'll see how the rest pan out...

So, I’m starting to think that the Legacy split is going to end in a swerve, with Ted helping Randy win the Elimination Chamber. I’ve no evidence to support this, it’s just a gut feeling.

That wouldn't be a bad thing, I thinking Sheamus could retain and head to WM 2010 ( note, I cant stand Sheamus he sucks in my view ) or HHH gets another title reign by winning the EC which leads to what I have no clue...

HHH could easily win the EC and main event Wrestlemania.. that never surprises me.
What if they did something really cool like bring up Joe Hennig and Brett Dibiase to be Legacy? Instant feud with Ted and Rhodes, not to mention anyone on NXT who has to 'work' for it.
It probably makes too much sense, but it would be pretty awesome...

I think you might see Hennig and DiBiase in Season 2 of NXT since they are not on the Season 1 roster, but they could also be elevated right to RAW or Smackdown...
I really was hoping Kaval ( aka Low-Ki / Senshi ) would be on the debut season of NXT, but who knows he could either be on the next season or elevated to one of the other brands...
