Just because I'm new, can anybody give me any MMA forums you may visit? I don't want a dead group or an elitist group.
mmaforums? sherdog?

I started reading Sherdog about eight or 9 years ago. Back then many known fighters would go on the forums and you could talk with them. It was cool to read ( I have never joined that forum, nor will I).
Then, the Ultimate Fighter happened and things changed. The last known fighter I am aware of going on there was Phil Baroni after he lost to Frank Shamrock.
Sherdog forums sometimes have good new info, but most of the time it is one meatfuck or another spouting some useless shit on why this guy sucks or this guy is awesome. And do not even mention the terms"pro" and "wrestling", because the so called MMA 'fans' cannot fathom that wrestlers are athletic and some have legitimate MA backgrounds.
I would go to sites like Sherdog and mmajumkie for news, and find other sites (maybe here?) where you can actually discuss stiff and not be maligned for it.
