I just saw this this morning:
Jorge Gonzales (El Gigante between 1989 and 1992 and in the World Wrestling Federation under the ring name Giant González in 1993) passed away on September 22, 2010 at the age of 44.
As of October 29, 2009, Gonzalez used a wheelchair full-time, and had to use a dialysis machine to treat kidney failure. It was revealed in an OWW radio interview with Harvey Wippleman that he was diabetic while he worked with the WWF.
While he may never have been called a great in-ring performer, everyone who watched wrestling from 1989 to 1993 saw and remember him.

The 1993 WWF roster has taken kind of a big hit in the past month when you think about it. Luna, Bastion Booger, and Giant Gonzalez. I remember him, I thought he was naked. His match with Undertaker from SummerSlam was good.
