True. In fact, the top guy is probably not on the cover.. surprise and whatnot. Top Guy will be Hulk Hogan... Yes, Hogan went to TNA and has said he's going after Vince and whatnot, but really Hogan did make the WWF what it was back in his hey day and he should be the top guy with Undertaker second, but it will be interesting to learn who that #1 spot does go to...

Just because a guy's not on the cover doesn't mean they're not on the DVD. There's 23 other spots. some guesses about the other 23 1. Hogan 2. Andre 3. Randy Savage 4. Honkytonk Man 5. Brock Lesnar 6. Ulitmate Warrior 7. Razor Ramon 8. Rick Rude 9. Ric Flair 10. King Kong Bundy 11. Bobby Heenan 12. Superstar Billy Graham 13. Haystacks Calhoun 14. Jesse Ventura 15. Tito Santana 16. Buddy Rogers 17. Bob Backlund 18. Bruno Sammartino 19. George The Animal Steele 20. Nikolai Volkoff

In WWE magazine they were talking about Bret Hart being one editors pick as #1, so that should mean Bret is on the list. (Not that there was much doubt to start)

When the content list for the DVD comes out, we'll know the results of the countdown. I'm still expecting Undertaker at #1.

According to Netflix, these matches have been confirmed for the DVD, though I would trust taking them with a grain of salt until SilverVision confirms everything:
- Lou Thesz vs. Antonio Rocca - Jack Brisco vs. Dory Funk Jr. - Andre the Giant vs. Gorilla Monsoon - Hulk Hogan vs. Iron Sheik - "Ravishing" Rick Rude vs. Ricky Steamboat - The Rock vs. Mankind - Ric Flair vs. Bret Hart (presumably WWF Title change match) - Eddie Guerrero vs. Big Show - Edge vs. The Undertaker

#19 is Edge. Pretty good spot for him, IMO.

An absolutely shitpile of a list. Hogan, who I'm not a fan of, at 23? Mysterio above Hogan? Thesz? Flair?
I can bet most on this board could come up with a list and it'd be pretty similar. This is supposidly the top promotion in "the world".

Here's the Top 50 I would have went with. Granted there are some (most notably Gorgeous George) missing, but I think this list as a whole is better.
50.) John Bradshaw Layfield 49.) Brutus Beefcake 48.) Kane 47.) Lex Luger 46.) Tito Santana 45.) Jimmy Snuka 44.) Jeff Hardy 43.) Yokozuna 42.) Goldberg 41.) Kevin Nash 40.) Pat Patterson 39.) Scott Hall 38.) Jake Roberts 37.) Bam Bam Bigelow 36.) Ted DiBiase 35.) Trish Stratus 34.) Davey Boy Smith 33.) Freddie Blassie 32.) Dusty Rhodes 31.) Rick Rude 30.) Bobby Heenan 29.) The Ultimate Warrior 28.) The Fabulous Moolah 27.) Mick Foley 26.) Steve Williams 25.) Bob Backlund 24.) Randy Orton 23.) Batista 22.) Vader 21.) Curt Hennig 20.) Harley Race 19.) Edge 18.) Rey Mysterio 17.) Ricky Steamboat 16.) Bruno Sammartino 15.) Chris Jericho 14.) Eddie Guerrero 13.) John Cena 12.) Andre the Giant 11.) Kurt Angle 10.) Lou Thesz 9.) Triple H 8.) Randy Savage 7.) Ric Flair 6.) Bret Hart 5.) The Rock 4.) Shawn Michaels 3.) Hulk Hogan 2.) Steve Austin 1.) The Undertaker

I'm not surprised Hogan is so low... he's not on the payroll.
Here's my list(based ONLY on WWE/F work). I think the upper midcarders of today like Mysterio (and even Orton) have no business on here. I'm also pretty biased against Eddie Guerrero.. I never thought he was that good, he's one of those guys that gets alot of love due to tragedy, IMO
1) Austin 2) Hogan 3) The Rock 4) Bruno Sammartino 5) Bret Hart 6) Undertaker 7) Buddy Rogers 8) Lou Thesz (Good arguments could be made for any one of these guys being #1.. I think Austin had the most mainstream impact)
9) Mankind/Foley/Dude Love 10) HHH 11) HBK 12) Andre 13) Savage 14) Steamboat 15) Piper 16) Ultimate Warrior 17) Heenan 18) Cena 19) Hennig 20) Flair 21) Backlund 22) Graham 23) Lawler 24) Jericho 25) Rude 26) Edge 27) Dibiase 28) Jake The Snake 29) Snuka 30) New Age Outlaws 31) Diesel 32) Road Warriors 33) JBL 34) Mr. McMahon 35) Ultimate Warrior 36) Ventura 37) Georgeous George 38) Harley Race 39) JYD 40)George the Animal Steele 41) Jimmy Hart 42)Moolah 43) Iron Sheik 44) Sgt. Slaughter 45) Kurt Angle 46) Big Boss Man 47) Pat Patterson 48) Trish Stratus 49) Honky Tonk Man 50) British Bulldogs

Absolutely agree on Guerrero. Fantastic worker, but his place in history gets skewed due to his death
