The Mummy is really the best one of the bunch and it is classic Hammer. May be the best Mummy movie out there.

Hammer Films The Mummy is really good, I started to watch the next one and I like that one too, but I was pulled away so I need to finish watching it with the other two...

Hammer's Mummy movies are overall a mixed bag. The Mummy is the best and a few others are good movies, but they are all entertaining.

I do like The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb, my favorite scene is when the Mummy crushes the skull with his foot of Hashmi Bey played by George Pastell who was in the first Mummy film from Hammer Films...

I've been watching the Friday the 13th films and I just got the 2009 Friday the 13th and this film is awesome! Jared Padalecki from the CW's Supernatural is in this and Derek Mears plays Jason Voorhees and his mother is played by Nana Vistor who played Kira from Star Trek Deep Space Nine and I have to say this is far better then the remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and is as good as Rob Zombies Halloween, great stuff...

Really? I thought the new F13 was super weak! I reeally liked Zombie's Halloween and TCM was ok, but they were both light years better than the new F13.

So it is the 26th, how many movies have YOU watched thus far? 24 at last count for me, but I know I will be watching more in the next few days to push to the goal of 31!

Nice call on Kolchack Dennis!!! Way back in the late 90's early 2000's I purchased the VHS tapes of Kolchak from Columbia House and really enjoyed them so I had to get the DVD collection and this is a great series. The remake was not even near the quality of the original, it was so-so and it was cancelled with episodes un-aired. I know they inserted Darren McGavin's image as Kolchak in the first episode of the remake and it was nice but looked bad in my view, anyway this is a great series to watch for sure...

I'm up to about 16, three more Hammer Films this Friday with their Frankenstein films I plan to watch and I've also watched Halloween related tv shows and Halloween is Ghost Hunters LIVE here from Buffalo, NY at the Buffalo Central Terminal and I plan to watch most of that...
