I decided to give it a shot and I thought it was better then last weeks iMPACT! for sure, I'm glad they gave more in-ring action and yeah it wasn't all clean but it's what it is and it could have been like last week with very little action, but last weeks Main Event was better then this weeks...

Impact was good this past week. Not great but certainly entertaining, with some good matches (the ladies, the tag match) and some good segments (main event, the stinger at the end). I don't mind the lack of clean finishes because it serves the purpose of the story. The heels have to run wild right now because they just came into power. Bischoff loves to run the "long game" and I have no doubt that this is cut from that cloth.

This week (10/28)'s Impact was another good show. I liked the ongoing storyline with Matt Morgan and Anderson's PCS, and the seeming cracks starting to show in Fortune. I figure that Morgan and Williams will jump over and fued with Fortune to add another midcard fued, although frankly they could push Morgan to the top of the card for a little while and see if it works. The Knockouts were more interesting than they have been in a while. Mickey and Tara is nothing we haven't seen before but they both seem interested in putting on something worth watching. Jarrett is getting himself back into form, which I appreciate. And both tag matches were well done, pushing storylines both short and long.
Some cons. I liked the match between Jay Lethal and Robbie E, but I wouldn't have hot-shotted it. I know the PPV is coming up but still, seemed very rushed in this storyline. Also, would it have killed someone (Bischoff or Flair) to make a mention of Angle's reappearance? They had a moment in Bischoff's office where he could have told Gunnar and Murphy to look out for him, which would have sold the ending to the previous week.
All in all a pretty good show. We're starting to see how this will be different from the nWo running WCW but hopefully the twists and turns will pay off.

Kung Fu Bischoff in the house! I tried watching but the current state of wrestling is not entertaining enough to watch. I was back into TNA for a few weeks but I just can't stand it for so many reasons, I'll give it a chance here there, but today's wrestling no longer keeps me tuned in more then several weeks if that... I'll be honest, TNA was entertaining starting back in October 2005 till early 2007, oh well this is how it goes...

Kung Fu Bischoff in the house! Saw the opening like 10 seconds of iMPACT, rolled my eyes, and went back to watching basketball.

I learned that TV in Montreal sucks.

I liked the ep. Impact reminds me of the "glory days" of WCW, and it makes a nice alternative to what is pushed on Mondays. There's a reason I don't watch Raw, and Smackdown has been hit or miss since the move. Impact at least has been consistantly entertaining for me.
The bits wih Eric Young and Orlando Jordan were hilarious. I love a good "do you validate?" joke. Bischoff's introduction was pretty hilarious as well. "The President Obama of Head Trauma?" I love it! ;D

TNA is providing some interesting pairings as the Immortal story moves along. Jarrett-Joe has a lot of potential; Jarrett looks better than he has in years.
Also, if you watch Reaction, they took Dixie Carter's name off the credits, most likely in response to someone mentioning that on Dixie's Twitter feed!

The main thing about TNA is that is is providing an alternative to WWE's product. The last thing you can say about TNA is that it is a clone of WWE. Like it or not (and I do like it), it serves a purpose. Just like WCW did back in the day.

Good points JJ about TNA giving people something other then the WWE, I plan to try and watch more of TNA to give it another run...

So tonight's TNA (11/18) showcased exactly what TNA brings to the table that WWE tends not to:
8 person tag match - Generation Me, Robbie E, & Cookie vs. MCMG, Jay Lethal, & Velvet Sky
This was a great tag team match, as everyone was all over the ring, making tags and great action.

When Jarrett said he had 6 students I was expecting 6 guys from Anarchy to show up! Oh well!
Along the context as Double J's comment, if WWE had done a match like Abyss vs Shannon Moore, it would have been a 2 minute squash. But this matchup was a pretty solid encounter, and Moore looked very good in there.
Side note: Angelina Love looked like she stole Lady Alexandra's old ECW outfit.

Part of the problem is that since TNA is looked as not-on-par with WWE and thus it's product "must be" inferior. TNA, for all that is wrong, still has better matches then some of the WWE counterparts. That is NOT to say that WWE doesn't have solid matches from time to time, but too often they go the squash route with things that don't need to be.
