As per usual, I create PPV thread. Poster: Date: 11/21/10 CONFIRMED MATCHES:- WWE Championship Match with John Cena as referee, if Wade Barrett wins the title, Cena is no longer with The Nexus, if Wade Barrett does not win the title, Cena is fired on the spot: Randy Orton (ch) vs. Wade Barrett - World Heavyweight Championship: Kane (ch) vs. Edge - WWE Divas Championship: Michelle McCool and Layla (ch) vs. Natalya - Traditional Survivor Series Match: Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, MVP, Big Show, and Chris Masters vs. Alberto del Rio, Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Jack Swagger, and Tyler Reks - WWE Unified Tag Team Championship: Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater (ch) vs. Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella - Sheamus vs. John Morrison - WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler (ch) vs. Kaval So Bragging Rights sucked. Hell in a Cell sucked. Night of Champions was okay. SurSer, for the past five/six years, has held the tradition of being the worst PPV of the year. This year, if it's the worst PPV of the year, it'll end up legit the worst of all time. Can SurSer pull out a huge victory and actually not suck this year? TUNE IN TO FIND OUT!

I guarantee it will suck this is WWE booking...Titles mean absolutely nothing...they are just props that wrestlers carry..WWE has one good PPV a year if they are luck & that is Wrestlemania..I have been watching wrestling for my entire life and it is so bad I just cannot watch anymore..thank god for Evolve DragonGate USA & of course Ring Of Honor.

WWE, by my count, has had two good PPVs this year (WrestleMania XXVI and Extreme Rules) DGUSA was good at the start, but went downhill real fast after the second or third PPV. Evolve is cool, the stuff I've seen from them, I've liked. And ROH has been great this year.

I have to say wrestling in general is in a down time, I really haven't seen anything that makes me say WOW! these days and I don't see it changing any time soon and if BraggiNg Rights pretty much sucked, this one could suck as well...

Main post updated with a predictable match that has an interesting stipulation to it. Will probably go the way we expect it to (Barrett winning the title), but it'd be interesting to see how they'd handle Cena being "fired".

I turned into RAW lastnight to see the lay down by Otunga to exchange the belts ( then I turned it off ), wow three times a match is won via the finger of doom style concept twice in the WWE and once in TNA in the last few weeks or so. Atleast if Barrett wins and if Cena is let go from Nexus he'll feud with Barrett which is what is being built up...

Just asking, unless it was on NXT, I don't remember.

When you said fingerpoke of doom, I thought you meant making another guy lay down for the pin. I like Barrett. I like that he's pretty much pulling at Cena's strings and there's nothing he can do about it. That said, I hope Survivor Series brings a drastic change to the current story because as you said, it's getting a bit boring.

I think the way they have booked Barrett has been pretty bad honestly. I just don't like the way they do stuff with making him hiding behind Cena during the battle royal, and basically getting crushed by anyone with any talent. What will be the big payoff to all of this? Cena vs Barrett. Basically will be like Goldberg vs Gillberg. And everything with Nexus seems to go exactly as predicted. No variance at all, just watching the obvious results play themselves out. Barrett pulling the strings would actually be more intriguing if need be it would be actually believable that he could beat Cena or it would be a good match, but in my opinion it isn't.

I am just hoping that we get the CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan match/feud that was teased Monday night. I know it would not be like ROH stuff, but they both can work. (Although I have been impressed with The Miz's work as well)

I agree.. that need Barrett to be viable in his own right, and he's not right now.
I'm assuming they're setting up Cena-Barrett to be the program be the filler to be before whoever Cena's gonna face at WM.

Edge versus Kane doesn't sound very appealing. Edge was able to coax some good matches out Taker so maybe he can do the same with Kane. I am assuming that we're also going to get Mysterio vs Del Rio, which would be a good match at least. Right now, I figure we could see two Survivor Series matches, one for each brand. The SD! one I figure would be Big Show, Kofi, Kaval and against Drew, Cody, Tyler Reks and maybe Jack Swagger? Not sure who else could slot in for the faces if Edge and Rey are otherwise engaged, maybe someone like MVP or Chris Masters. The Raw one, maybe a WWE vs Nexus one, or something along those lines.

Nobody can get a good match out of Kane post 1998. Nobody. I have seen many people try, and all have failed. The SurSer matches are five-on-five, and I'm guessing they'll do them dual-branded like last year/usual. If not, then I have no idea who would go on Show's team after Rey. And then there's the Divas match that we all know is going to happen. GOTTA SHOWCASE THE DIVAS, all four of them who know what the fuck they're doing.
