The majority of you have been around longer than I, and I've wanted to post this on one of these boards for like forever, just to get people's opinions on the matter. I'm talking from a match quality and rewatch appeal.
To me it's the 90s, not just for nostalgia when it comes to the WWF/WCW, but because EVERYTHING at one point or another was on fire. Mexico from 1993 - 1995, Japan for pretty much the whole decade, WWF was great in the early part of the decade and picked back up near the end, WCW was good until 1994, picked back up in 96, dropped back off in 1998. And obviously, ECW was good from 1995-1999.
So, which decade do you think has been the best for pro wrestling so far?

That is a really good question. While I love 80's wrestling with clearly defined good guys and bad guys, the 90's was probably the overall best era. Mid to Late 90's were especially solid.

The 90s are tough to beat. I remember the mid-to-late 80s quiet fondly, but the 90s were so cutting edge, with so many different product options out there to enjoy.

The 90s are tough to beat but man the early to mid 80s, which is when I started watching wrestling. I lived up north and the only wrestling I got was WCCW. But then we moved here to beautiful [/sarcasm] Orlando and was introduced to JCP NWA and AWA. I wasn't as big on WWE cause I found it too cartoony.
