@md81, do you do a title history or anything like that? Yeah, I'll make a separate thread for it since I have so many belts.

Yeah, that ECW/Valentine segment was very cool Pesek should be moving up the ladder for a US title shot, too Yeah, this is me gearing Pesek out of the main events and more inline with mid-card stuff. So he'll be building towards a U.S. Title shot now. I'd say if he keeps the wins going he could be the April/May challenger.

Hey, there's already a JWA! John Pesek is my world TV champion. He's been up and down a lot though, seems like he goes on winning and losing runs.

Merely historical name.
I've noticed that if Pesek gets someone down he just wears them down with his two finishers but if he gets on the defensive it seems like he has trouble coming back and pulling off the win. He does seem either on the verge of a title shot or totally out of the picture for me.

Eddie Gilbert d. George South with the HOT SHOT South caught Gilbert with a cross body block. Gilbert blocked a dropkick and hit an atomic drop on South. Gilbert used the Hot Shot to finish things off.
Johnny Valentine is backstage. He talks about how ECW punked him out a couple of weeks ago. He hasn't forgotten that incident. He promises that he'll have his revenge on ECW for that. He signed a tag team match with Rob Van Dam and Sabu and he finally found a partner. It wasn't an easy search but he finally found Don Muraco to be his partner.
Super Crazy d. Jerry Lynn with the TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT Super Crazy caught Lynn with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and then connected with the Triple Jump Moonsault to pick up the victory.
NWA United States Champion Ted Dibiase is out for an interview. He's beaten a lot of challengers during the last 5 months of his title reign. It surprises him that he's still always considered to be the underdog in these situations. He thinks that Ravishing Rick Rude talks a big game but he's not going to be able to back it up in the ring. The belt is going to stay with him for awhile longer.
Bob Roop d. Bill Dundee with a spinning neckbreaker This was a good back and forth match. Roop caught Dundee with a gut wrench backbreaker and then followed it up with a spinning neckbreaker to pick up the win.
Roop ties Dundee up in the ropes. Roop starts putting the boots to Dundee as the rest of the Varsity Club comes out to the ring. Sullivan grabs a chair and he smashes Dundee right in the head with it. Dundee begins to bleed and Sullivan wipes his hand across Dundee's head and then smears the blood across his chest.
the Valiants d. the Sheepherders by DQ This one spilled out of the ring fairly quickly. Both teams brawled on the outside until the Sheepherders grabbed chairs and started to beat the Valiants with them. The referee called for the DQ for use of the chairs.
Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express are backstage. Tomorrow night is their big cage match with the tag team champions. They got a brief taste of those titles back in December and January and now they want to hold those belts for a really long time. Lyons and Robertson had better come for a fight because the Midnight Express will be throwing everything at them.
Frank Gotch d. Gorgeous George with the GOTCH TOEHOLD Cherie Dupre got involved early and George rolled Gotch up with a handful of tights. George went for the Spinning Toehold but Gotch managed to get into the ropes. Gotch gained control of the match and wore George down with a grinding hammerlock and then applied the Gotch Toehold to win the match.
NWA World Heavyweight Champion the Destroyer is backstage. He'll be front row to watch tonight's main event. He'll be wrestling the winner at Wrestle War '11. He looks forward to scouting his opponents and learning who the next challenger will be.
Rob Van Dam and Sabu d. Johnny Valentine and Don Muraco with the FIVE STAR FROGSPLASH Valentine got beat on for most of the match. He finally was able to get to Muraco to make the tag but Muraco avoided the tag and instead punched Valentine. RVD hit the Five Star Frogsplash to pick up the win.
Don Muraco puts on an ECW t-shirt and then starts putting the boots to Valentine. He hovers over Valentine and pounds on him with some big fists to the face. Captain Lou Albano comes down to the ring and asks Muraco what he's doing. Muraco answers by punching Albano right in the face and then dragging him into position so RVD can hit the Five Star Frogsplash. RVD and Sabu raise Muraco's arms in victory.
NWA Women's Title Match: Jazz d. Sherri Martel (c) by DQ (3rd defense) This one spilled out of the ring and Martel was disqualified for hitting Jazz with a chair.
Martel hits Jazz a second and third time with the chair. Jazz retreats to the backstage area as Martel continues his pursuit.
Main Event: 2 out of 3 Falls: Lou Thesz d. Dick Hutton with the GRECO-ROMAN BACKDROP Lou Thesz d. Dick Hutton by DQ Hutton hit a side salto and used the Cowboy Backbreaker to wear Thesz down. Hutton hit an atomic drop but he just couldn't put Thesz away in either fall of this match. Thesz hit the Greco-Roman Backdrop to win the first fall. Hutton was disqualified in the second fall for ramming Thesz into the ring post.
Lou Thesz moves on to Wrestle War '11 to face the Destroyer for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.

Dan Severn d. Mister X with the WAKIGATAME Severn wore X down with a heel hook. The Wakigatame put Mister X away as Severn picks up the victory.
Don Muraco is backstage. He joined ECW because his career was going nowhere. He hadn't been in an important match for months. Albano wasn't getting him anywhere fast. Now he matters in the NWA again. All it took was for him to make a little noise and his name is back in title contention again.
Buddy Rogers d. Angelo Mosca with a piledriver Rogers put Mosca away in relatively quick fashion with a piledriver.
Buddy Rogers grabs the ring announcer's mic. He wants the fans to know that he isn't finished with Lou Thesz yet, especially if he wins the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. It's the Nature Boy's goal to be the top wrestler in the NWA. And to do that he has to beat Thesz and he has to win the NWA Title.
NWA United States Tag Team Title Match: the Dream Team d. the Hennigs (c) with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK to become the 3rd NWA United States Tag Team Champions Curt caught Beefcake with a rolling neck snap and the Axe. Larry and Valentine tagged in and they exchanged big chops. Valentine ducked a corner charge from Larry and used a shoulder breaker on him. Valentine applied the Figure Four Leglock and Larry was forced to tap out. Brutus Beefcake and Greg Valentine are your NEW NWA United States Tag Team Champions.
Rob Van Dam, Sabu and Bill Alphonso come down to the ring. Alphonso wants to be the first to congratulate the new champions on winning the belts. With that out of the way. He has a contract right here for a title match. At Wrestle War '11 the Dream Team will have to defend the belts against Rob Van Dam and Sabu.
Main Event: Steel Cage Match: NWA World Tag Team Title Match: Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson (c) d. Midnight Express with the SLEEPERHOLD (1st defense) This match was an all out brawl. Robertson hit Eaton and Condrey with a flying dropkick. Lyons locked the Sleeperhold on Eaton and he went out. Lyons and Robertson successfully defend the titles in quite the upset victory here.

I kind of quietly took April off due to some Filsinger burn out. I'm still feeling a little burn out and I'm going to cut completely back to LOW and LOTF. Nothing more than that. I'll be focusing more on Strat honestly but I'm going to start LOW again and get LOTF back up and running.
