With all of the "controversial" stuff (Liz's death) and the Total thing Crimson Cross got..
It's Lex Luger.
Would be a huge surprise

It's John Cena! He was just fired by WWE! DUH! {sarcasism off} No idea who it will be, but I doubt it will be anyone as big as Luger or Savage.

It would be funny if it was Abe Lincoln

One guess is Edouard Carpentier. He had a controversial title match against Lou Thesz where Thesz claims he lost due to an injury. Some territories didn't recognize Carpentier as the champion.

I hope not on Lincoln. Release him in the Promoter, not in a set.
I read over what they said in the Promoter... I really don't know. Maybe... Stan Hansen?

How about Tommy Rich or Eddie Gilbert. They would create controversy.

I am guessing Franchise Shane Douglas. He is always a source of controversy with plenty of connections with current LOW guys. On the other hand, I think Crimson's speculation of Luger being in is perfectly valid as well.

That's a good guess, but I think this last name, since it's being kept secret, has to be a Holy Sh*t kind of guy. With apologies to Carpentier, I don't consider him to be a Holy Sh*t kind of guy. Why I think I it's Luger: Like I've mentioned previously, 1) Controversy - Miss Elizabeth's (smarks blame Luger for her death, but she was a grown woman...made her own decisions). 2) TOTAL - Dennis mentioned it saying this on his order after he preordered (and after last years GIANT mention). And my last reason I claim it's Luger, which I thought of 3) Tom hasn't kept a secret since the Hardcore set. Think of what happened during the 1st Nitro. Hmmmmm? ;-)

I have a hard time buying Luger for whatever reason. I don't know why though. It could easily be him and I would be happy to see him.

not always a holy shit guy one year it was Koko B Ware But if you remember Todd, Koko wasn't a "mystery" guy...he was simply the last name announced the same day as Mascaras. The Sheik was a mystery guy...no one knew until the game was shipped. I'd be beyond disgusted if a Benoit card was released, so much that I'd have some extremely serious thoughts about never playing the game again and tossing it immediately.
