PWTorch.com is reporting that TNA Wrestling recently asked former WCW Champion Diamond Dallas Page to return to the company. Page, who is now 54, had a brief run with TNA back in 2005. Page reportedly turned down the offer
how sad

I never got why people liked DDP. He seemed like a poor man's Stone Cold. Then again, I didn't like any main event guy in WCW during that era who wasn't named Goldberg.

If I was into todays wrestling and mainly TNA, I would be interested in whats happening with the ppv's. I guess those good old days are gone with the current era, now I think it's a good thing if DDP turned down a TNA offer, some of these guys know the time has past to be part of a wrestling company and they've moved on. I've liked DDP from the start, he was one of my favorite WCW wrestlers and in the end WCW for me was better then the WWE before the last few bad years it had...

He was really solid in the ring. His Halloween Havoc match with Goldberg in 98 was probably the best match Goldberg had in his career. And his wife is hot.

I remember that match, I didn't think much of it. Then again, I was like 7 and was mad that Hogan/Warrior sucked and the same can be said about Bret/Sting. And yeah, Kimberly was hot. Still is.

You should look back at DDP/Golberg. It's the first match where someone showed some cracks in the Goldberg armor. It's very well built as a match too.

It would have been good if TNA and ROH would have come together as one core company and cross-promoted back when Bryan Danielson and other key wrestlers were still with ROH and that could have been good for both. I recall TNA broke off their alignment with ROH because TNA were headed where they are now several years back...
In the end TNA does have younger wrestlers but they seem to focus on the past to try and draw in viewers. It's not a bad thing to look to the past, but they need the future too...

Kimberly is hot but she and DDP divorced in 2005. Hey guys, she might be available.
I seem to remember TNA distancing itself from ROH after the ROH owner was arrested for some sort of sex offense and TNA didn't want the bad publicity.

And then TNA let their guys work ROH again until ROH announced they would be on Pay-Per-View. TNA then pulled their guys because they thought ROH would use them on PPV. Now TNA guys can work ROH, but only DVD Tapings.

The only place I want to see DDP is on card stock. I feel the same way about a bunch of others in TNA
