I think that's Drew McIntyre behind Zeke. In the closeup you can see McIntyre's white/blue kneepad. Good eye. In the full shot you can see the kneepad as well. That's Drew alright. I think the Rumbler standing next to Santino is a clean shaven variant of Justin Gabriel. I think you may be right on that one, because if you look closely, the hair on the bearded Gabriel and this guy are exactly the same. This would suggest that his beard is a paint app only, which is too funny for me. Although if it was me I would have made a bearded Gabriel and then a Heath Slater, but if it's a paint app change that is a LOT cheaper than a new sculpt.

Some notes:
- Representatives from Mattel appeared at the Ringsidefest in New York City this week to take questions from fans in attendance. Below are some highlights:
* Sin Cara's first figure will be released in April or May of next year. Other new figures debuting in the near future include Jinder Mahal, The Bella Twins, Jerry Lawler and CM Punk with a cloth version of his Best in the World t-shirt.
* Mattel reps have spoke with Zack Ryder about including his Internet Title on a future Ryder action figure. In regards to a replica Internet Title, Mattel said they would have to get Ryder's permission first.
* New versions of the Diva figures are also being worked on, including Beth Phoenix and Kelly Kelly.
* As noted before, Jim Ross is working with Mattel on a new project but it's too early for details. Ross will be helping them promote a new product.
* There will be a Miss Elizabeth figure available towards the end of this year online and if her figure sells well, they're looking at doing one for Sherri Martel and others. Mattel had a good relationship with Randy Savage before he passed so his estate will allow them to produce new figures in the future.
* Mattel can't make figures that break bones, bleed or bruise due to WWE's PG content.
* Mattel is doing a series of figures with Toys R Us where each figure in a set comes with a piece and when you buy all the figures, the pieces assemble to make a Michael Cole figure. Mattel figured people would want a Cole figure but would not buy him.
* Mattel doesn't have the rights to do Brock Lesnar figures as those are held by Jakks Pacific right now. They also don't have rights to Matt Hardy figures and have no plans to do a figure on him.
* There will be no Owen Hart figure because Owen's widow asked them not to do anything with him.
* They will be doing a Tribute to the Troops set with four Superstars next year through K-Mart that will be sold for charity. A Troops ring will also be available.
* Mattel wanted to do a figure for Steve Austin's old Ringmaster gimmick but WWE wants the figures to represent their iconic versions, not the older versions right now.

Also I can confirm that the Alberto Del Rio/Rey Mysterio two-pack is available at retail because I just bought it at TRU. Mysterio is the second mold, decked out in black pants with a black mask with green trim.
Co-sells on the back are John Cena & Wade Barrett, Undertaker & Drew McIntyre (good call Switch), and Evan Bourne & John Morrison. Taker looks to be the version without the hat.

That's the Undertaker that kind of looks like Hugh Jackman. I remember seeing the proto pic for it and laughing.

* There will be no Owen Hart figure because Owen's widow asked them not to do anything with him. I wonder if this is the same reason that Owen isn't in the HoF yet?

I don't get why someone asked Mattel about Owen AGAIN when they said last year and at Comic Con this year (and last year) that they won't make an Owen.

I don't get why someone asked Mattel about Owen AGAIN when they said last year and at Comic Con this year (and last year) that they won't make an Owen. You see that at every Con, people asking the same questions over and over and over again thinking that they are "wearing down resistance" or some such nonsense. It's like in the realm of GI Joe, every time Hasbro has a panel someone asks about the USS Flagg and/or Terrodrome and/or USS Defiant, and the answer is always "No plans at this time." But then they go on Hisstank and brag about how they are "softening them up" because "they see the overwhelming demand" for such products.

I like the sculpt on that Bret Hart but that pink is a bit much. I know, I know, he wore that much pink IRL but on a toy it just looks strange. Like I expect him to have real rooted hair and come with a comb accessory.
Wow Mattel, I just figured out how to double your market! WWE Superstars and Divas with fashions, accessories, and real rooted hair! "I'm a WWE Girl!" becomes a new rallying cry as the brand invades the Girls Toys sections of TRU. New 12" The Miz and R-Truth dolls leave Ken lying in a pool of his own blood while 12" Kelly Kelly and Eve Torres glam it up!
Send me my check.

I like the all pink gear, honestly. The match the figure is apparently based off of (Royal Rumble 1993 vs. Razor Ramon) is one of my favorite matches ever. The figure can also double as a WrestleMania VIII Bret, minus all the blood.

But on a toy it just looks odd to my eye. Like I said it's a sharp sculpt. I am willing to say that it might just be the pictures that make the pink look so overwhelming. Maybe in person it will look better.

Another pic of Bret, I think it looks better here than in RSC's pics.

That Bret looks really good. Ringside continues to get great exclusives.
By the way, how impossible is it for figure collectors and kids to find those Rumblers figures? I walk by the action figure section when I go to Wal-Mart and always notice them either sold out or maybe there's that pack with John Morrison in it. Nothing today for the third straight time.

The last few times I've went to Walmart, they've had nothing for the Rumblers as well. I really want the Del Rio/Mysterio two pack but my Walmart has nothing.

I can't speak for Walmart because I have not checked in a while but TRU here is always well stocked with Rumblers, both figures and accessories/playsets.
