Decent day today. I'm excited as that means I can wheel the grill back out and start doing steaks again. Really, anything. I usually grill 3-4 days a week during the spring/summer/fall.
Really, my favorite thing to do on the grill is corn on the cob. Awesome when done well.
Either way, my goal this summer is to master grilling salmon. My dad does smoked salmon with a little pepper that is awesome. I wish I had a smoker.

I'm not sure the channel but a Southern Couple host a Grilling show and the Husband made a great looking Grilled Watermelon slice desert between two scoops of Vanilla icecream, whip topping & mint...

I've heard Pizza grilled before but never tried or tasted it before... Soups are good in the winter or all year round in my book, I love homemade Cajun Corn Chowder and Chicken Finger Soup, great stuff... I love Nacho Dogs, grill your dog and have Hot Nacho Cheese or Salsa Con Queso and pour it on your dog with JalapeƱo's, awesome way to have a hotdog...

I wheeled the grill out for the first time this year. Nothing fancy, just hamburgers and hotdogs. We ate outside, it was a really nice change of pace.

Haha, no. I think my car is too new for that. That's the thing with new cars I dont see a lot of room to do any cooking. I could see it being a lot easier on a car from the mid 80's on back. One thing I've tried (on a stove) that's pretty good is Captain Crunch French Toast. You dip the toast in the captain crunch right before you cook it and it makes a sweet coating. It's a lot better than it sounds

I've had Cap'n Crunch fried chicken, where ground up cereal was used for the breading. It wasn't bad at all.
