That would be nice.. I know they are trying to use those to get more subs for the promoter, but offering them to everyone else 6 months or a year later seems pretty reasonable.

I'm down with a cage match... Book it! Consider it done. Wilfdfire v. Guest. Cage Match. While I am booking, I will be joining Traci Brooks to challenge Ty States and April Hunter to a ladder match. I don't really care how it turns out, but we get Traci and April!

Quack, Quack, Quack

Just for the record, I certainly lay no claim to the idea of creating PDFs to sell cards. If I had to assign it, it was probably BDS who first suggested it to Tom WAAYY back when he first designed online... could have been Mark, though, or perhaps even Osk. My point was not whose idea it was, but that it was far from a new idea.

I sent Tom art and stats for Private Jim Nelson and the Executioners. These aren't cards/wrestlers who would see a regular edition, but hopefully as a PDF release (along with guys like Texas Red, the Crusaders, Dr X...just alternate versions).

That is how I would envision this playing out (if it did). One brand new lower to midcard wrestler, perhaps a woman wrestler and 1 or 2 "alternate identity" wrestlers along the lines of you described. Maybe even throw in some jobbers for good measure.

I'm not even sure that he's saying it was "his" idea. Just that it was an idea that had come up before and if you want to give "props" about it, say "props to everyone who thought of this." Or "props to my bizoy Osk for reaching out to appease the masses. Word." To say "Prizops to my homey Osk for this mack daddy idea" makes it sound like it's some revolutionary movement that only the Great and Powerful Osk could have come up with, as opposed to something that's been kicked around forever. Pretty brave words coming from a recluse. What is your motivation to try and clown someone here? Would any of you even have blinked at that post if it wasn't Rob who posted it? If Ty had posted the same thing would you have jumped all over it? I doubt it. Take your chill pills guys. I think Rob was simply propping out Osk for taking the bull by the horns. Seemed a lot more to me like a thank you than any of the crazy made up nonsense you've got floating around in that head of yours.

Keep it up. maybe even a set similar to GWFZ territories couild be drawn up. Just a mass amount of guys for one great price. If there's as many signed guys (and gals) as there seems to be, a super pack might be in order one day. Just a thought. I sent Tom art and stats for Private Jim Nelson and the Executioners. These aren't cards/wrestlers who would see a regular edition, but hopefully as a PDF release (along with guys like Texas Red, the Crusaders, Dr X...just alternate versions). Maybe even throw in some jobbers for good measure. Agreed. With PDF the ideas are endless. While it might be tough to sell someone on spending 12 bucks on a set of jobbers, a reasonably priced set of PDF jobbers would be pretty popular imo.

Whatever Howard. No matter how much it bothers you, Rob, myself and many others have all the respect in the world for your character Varsity, and I guess that bothers you for whatever reason. If it helps you vent by posting these things so be it. Like you said, you'll never leave your apartment anyways so who cares.

Pretty brave words coming from a recluse. ...says the one who won't even register a fake screen name or e-mail account (registering as "guest," while cute, doesn't count). This recent debate is exactly why I post as a guest. I want to be judged by my participation, not by my screen name. Rob gets behind this project ya'll are very excited and happy about and here you are blasting him for it. Crazy.

Havoc likes the spotlight though so maybe he'd pull a big swerve and end up Montrealing Wildfire. The possibilities are endless.

Payback/guest, this thread has ventured into the absurd. Time to let it be. You and Antimony are not going to be friends.
No one is bagging on the idea of a PDF set itself, just some anciallary issues around it. I think the vast consensus is LOW fans support this idea. Now we have to wait and see if this comes to be.
That is all the big words and attempts at diplomacy I am going to undertake today.

The one thing I am hoping is, if there is a PDF version, it will come at a little cheaper price. Since printing and paper costs aren't involved, I'm hoping to see them at a slightly reduced cost. Game editions run $13. I'd think $10 would be reasonable
