Not really. He's 0-4 I think in my Chikara:
11/11 - lost to Archibald Peck by count out 11/12 - lost to Pinkie Sanchez by a running hip attack 11/13 - lost to Brodie Lee by a Big Boot 11/19 - lost to Larry Sweeney by '68 Comeback Special

I can see Saint's Chikara card being really hit or miss. A 5 pin, five downs. Two of the downs he might roll the JS Special, but a 1-3 you play normal so he's still down. Three Add 1 moves is a lot so it's just a matter of not rolling the pin so he can stay alive.
Ok, I just noticed the five ag/pw checks on his card. Is that a Chikara record? Definitely nothing like that on any other LOW card.

His power rating really hurts him in matches. He's also yet to get his Saint Special in on anyone. He's put up some good fights and even had Peck and Sanchez in some tough positions. It's really his PIN that gets him. He takes a lot of pinfalls from nowhere during matches. I'll keep an eye on him as my Chikara progresses but he's really just a jobber right now.

If I start a Chikara fed, I'd probably at least make Saint's pin a 4. Unless you are Steve Lombardi, George South, etc. I don't think anyone should have worse than a 4 pin.

Either way it looks like a fun card to use
