Tell me what you like so much, Havoc ... The wife is intrigued. No level limits. World flows like a medieval Fallout. Each trigger controls a weapon. Dragons. Not stuck to one fighting choice. Choose your race and do what you want. Probably 200-300 hours gameplay.

I'll be playing this a while. I'm guessing after the initial massive amount of time, it'll probably take me 4-5 months.

It did look awesome in the demo I saw, but went with Batman Arkham City instead (only had money to buy one right now)

This game, with the time I get to play, would take me many, many months to finish... and I'd still play to explore.
I've rented right now. Not sure when I'll get to buy it.

On second thought, fuck this game. All the "hard core" gamers talk about how easy the dragons are to kill. I'm not a hardcore gamer so this game can go to hell. Climbing a mountain to try to kill a dragon. I went more a warrior route with my character which is essentially pointless in the beginning of these battles. Can't hit him with an arrow because he doesn't stay in one place long enough. Ditto for magic against him. And to top it off, how am I suppose to concentrate on killing a dragon when an idiot frost troll is attacking me too.
I'd be all for making more of an attempt but when I'm level 12 and my armor is still so shitty that a frost troll can run down and kill me in 2 seconds while I'm trying to attack the dragon then I've got better things to do with my time.
Larry, you enjoy this type of bullshit in your gaming so you would like the game even more but for me, it and the XBox are going into storage.

Alright, quick question ... Do the mobs level with you like they did in Oblivion? If I'm level 5 and go into an area where I see skeletons that are about my level, too, then come back at level 50, are there still pansy skeletons there or are there like liches and stuff? That made me so mad in Oblivion.
Fighting a dragon while fending off trolls? That is, in fact, my kind of BS. Hard games FTW.

I've read that things level but there's too much stuff to visit multiple times. Once you clear an area its likely to remain cleared for awhile. I went back to a dungeon I cleared to get something and it was empty. They probably repopulate much later though. It's a lot like Fallout 3 so I bet that's the case. In Fallout three, the random attackers when adventuring were different and harder at the higher levels.

To answer your leveling question, yes, they do. I just went on a plain old bandit killing mission recommended for level 6. I'm level 20. Went in and got killed by upper level bandits. I'm now going to use my dragon shouts or werewolf up.
On the dragon front, I killed a random dragon in River Run. After, spending time trying to up my smithing to eventually create some Daedric armor I leveled up several times. Went back to River Run and another dragon, a harder one, attacked the city. He kicked my ass numerous times and had to go back to a previous save to avoid for now. Still have more to do to get my Daedric armor but once I do I should be well prepared for just about everything.
