I got mine today, as well. Colt takes his shipping seriously.

Cool. Hopefully mine will arrive today or Monday. Since I ordered a shirt, it might take longer, but if he is serious about shipping things out, then that is fine with me.

He also sent my two free autographed cards. One a Christmas and one a holiday.

Yes, I think he's sending those to everyone who orders between now and Christmas; one Christmas and one Hanukkah.
Hey, is this a good place to talk about the stats now that more people have seen the card? What does everyone think? I'm on board with all of the moves and I like the way it represent his Chikara work. However, I kind of wonder about that "pw" rating. That puts him up there in the same league as Claudio. I was thinking -1 would be appropriate. He's almost between ratings in the Chikara world; almost 1.5 in that you could make an argument either way if the card is made to fit in stat-wise with the rest of Chikara.

-2 is fair. He's 245 which is huge by Chikara standards. And he is more of a power wrestler than Claudio is. Claudio is more of a finesse and agility guy. Colt was a football player. He's not stronger than Brodie Lee or Tursas so I think he's in the right place for Chikara.
And Colt played legit college football with Western Michigan. That's Division 1 football. So he's a big strong guy.

He doesn't really play up a power role in Chikara unless he's in the Matt Classic persona, whereas Claudio is always tossing people around and spinning them through the air for multiple rotations (even up to 100 once). Like I wrote I can understand someone making the case, though. I like the Legends stats a little better for him in this regard because he comes off as an average power guy with average agility. He's like the everyman wrestler. But once again, there is a minor variance between Chikara and Legends with some stats and I believe Colt stats out higher than average power in that "world". Claudio himself got a bump from -1 to -2 in pw for his Chikara card (-2 being more accurate anyway, IMO). College football impresses me not one iota. You can't sway me with team sports references.

It shouldn't. I was pointing out that wrestlers get hyped all the time for playing division II and division III football as if it as a big deal. Colt played for a division I school which means he does have legit sports cred.
I wouldn't want Colt to have a -2 power in Legends. The 0 and 0 ratings are perfect for him. But in Chikara, most of the guys weigh under 200 lbs. He is huge compared to most of them. He doesn't wrestle a power style but can you see anyone but Lee or Tursas overpowering him in the ring. Can you see Tim Donst or Ares being able to overpowering him?

I'm wondering if Colt thinks it was a good business decision to partner with Tom seeing his nice spike in merchandise.

I think so. I just bought the cards but I'll probably be back for the Matt Classic mask at some point.

I think 0/0 is perfect for Legends (when I was plotting out stats for those announced, that's what I had for him.)
Granted I'll never play Chikara, but the -2 doesnt seem unreasonable.

You're looking at Tursas at -4, Brodie Lee at -3, Claudio and Colt at -2 and then a bunch of guys with -1. For me, I think he should be stronger than a lot of the -1 guys.

I know it's a time issue but Chikara is really an awesome product if you ever change your mind.

They painted themselves into a corner with stats by making Sara and Hallowicked -1 pw. That meant someone like Colt would naturally have to be either equal or a little stonger. If it were me I'd have said -1, but this is the ONE instance where you have to take Chikara as a seperate entity than Legends; the pw and ag ratings. In every other regard they are compatible, but I suppose one has got to take the pw and ag in context of the Chikara world.
At any rate, I like the card all around and it provides a nice contrast to the "NWA champion edition" Colt Cabana in Legends 11 (my terminology, not an official designation on the card).
