You need another straight chart situation. Cards have three that just say the chart, with two having a (c) and the last not. You could put into the turnbuckle on lvl 1. then you'd need another CH somewhere. And if you keep into the ropes (c) it should go at #4 right before the first lvl. 3 move.

Make the Ch D an F, and then put it back at #4 on lvl. 2 offense. Since it has the chance for a three move it goes after a straight chart move.
On the choices, C and F go with 2 moves, D and E on 3 moves.

I'd probably make his reversal-2 on level 2 defense reversal-1. He never was very high on the card.
