I posted a question on the official board about the possibility of having seperate charts for LOW and COTG because I really dont think the updated charts fit with LOW but are great for New Beginnings. I was just wondering what you guys thought of that idea?

I haven't seen the new charts, so I can't make the observation. Just curious, why is it you say it. What's different about them besides the Add 1's?

If your concern is that certain moves wouldn't make sense to be used by certain Legends (like a huracanrana), you could always improvise and say the wrestler did something more suited to his style. I always did this with the original charts as well. Not every situation on the chart is going to "fit" every wrestler, so you have to improvise from time-to-time.
If the concern is that the charts are too strong for LOW with features like more "Add 1" situations, then I'd suggest just using the original charts or the first revisions (released around '97-'98).
I was concerned when the latest revisions came out, that they wouldn't work with LOW. But I use them and so far they've worked out well in my fed. Just my thoughts.

Yeah a lot of Add 1 moves in LOW could be worrisome.

It would be nice to see LOW have its own charts but what is available does the job. Also what I do is when it comes to rolling on a chart I make another roll even is the old charts and odd is the newer charts. This allows for some variation on what can happen and of course more options. Then again I also change how things actually happen anyways as it suits the wrestlers and or the angle.
I must say that I love the news ones if only due to the cool pics that Werner did on them.

Good idea using the even/odd roll for which charts. Does openm a lot more possibilities. Some matches that end in Countout on the old charts leads to an interesting rematch with no DQ/Countout. Never thought about doing it this way.

I second Holland's comment. That is a really cool idea, CPB. It definitely adds more variety and possibilities when rolling on the various charts.
